The link to the Kuby interview was only meant to demonstrate Kuby's bona fides
as a civil rights criminal defense attorney (which is why Dude drops the Kuby
name to the police).

Although it should be obvious, I note that the interview precedes 9/11 by many
years.

or was it the compromised second draft?

I think ron kuby is an attorney or political activist,
but I am not really sure, the dude also mentions
bill kunsler too, and he is a well know defense attorney.
