of the movie said about the children..... they were led to the basment
in pairs and one of them was made to face the corner as the witch killed
the other one. Did no one see that part of the movie or what and that
is why mike was in the corner

in josh's torn shirt.--even though you are to assume that they are
josh's teeth. i believe that josh was a victim, and the "witch" was the
killer that you never see. mike standing in the corner refers back to
the myth of the child killer that the authorities arrested back in the
50's. he said that he was possessed by emily(the witch), and when he
would kill the children(by two's), he would make one stand facing the
corner because "he didn't like eyes watching him kill". this can be
found in the website for blair witch. one of the flaws that i observed
of the film is the fact that they didn't go into the myth far enough to
educate the viewing audience. allot of the stuff that happens in the
film is not thoroughly explained(ie.stickmen,rock piles)

making a documentary. The directors followed them and made the noises
in the woods.
The story is fake, but the fear is real. Mike and Heather obviously
faked the ending, because they dropped the cameras at a wonderfully
convenient time to be in on it the whole time. They were really
scared out of their minds until the last scebne. It was faked.
Somehow I doubt that, Josh was a good screamer for a guy with no
teeth.
From what I read in an interview, Josh was taken out of the
documentary when he disappeared. Josh was yelling in the woods that
night and in the house working with the directors.
Also...Mike and Heather had idea about anything. As a matter of
fact, the directors and Josh were in the basement.
This is why Mike was standing in the corner. As he came down the
stairs. They grabbed him and carefully placed the camera to the
floor and told him to go stand in the corner. There was a little bit
of a tussle between them but was editted out. Heather heard the
commotion between the directors and Mike downstairs and became even
more freaked out. The directors did the same thing with Heather and
said that it took about 10 minutes for Heather to calm down.
