I am not bragging about this, I just wanted to share it with the group!
And, to whoever posted the test, THANKS! It was very interesting!
There's no need to brag, because the test is horseshit. I had five
separate people take the test, and not one of them scored lower than a
130 (I scored a 154). Which would mean, apparently, that ALL of us are
geniuses! You, me and everyone else who took the test!
I sincerely doubt it.

do not share these views jeremy. Way too anal. If you want to know your

Actually a strong arguement to the use of IQ testing is that they are
culturally biased, and that they do not test all aspects of
intelligence. There are also cultural differences. Here in the US
people think the use of jargon actually makes a person looks smarter as
well as how long they take to say a simple sentence. Other cultures
value how little you can say and still be understood.

Go ahead, check out the URL....
Now, a quote from the site's FAQ:
>4. What is the highest score possible?
>The highest for persons under 16 years of age
>is 230. The highest adult score possible is
>170.
Here are the FACTS:
1) Drew is in his twenties, therefore technically an ADULT--(a term I
use *very* loosely).
2) The HIGHEST POSSIBLE SCORE an adult can receive on this test is 170.
3) Drew lied about his age when filling out the forms to take the
test--probably lied about how long it took him, too.
4) In conclusion, Drew LIED about his IQ--which should come as a
surprise to no one. The results are FALSE, and could be obtained by
*anybody* using simple trial and error.
I'm not even a firm believer in these tests, The fact that he had to lie
about his results, however, is pretty sad.... and pretty stupid.
Over and out.

Damn, Drew that was easy, huh, wonder how I did that? Guess if anyone knows

Having been made aware of the true nature of this situation, the reader
is invited to ponder the great irony found in the preceding post.
I'm sorry, I know I promised to stop bashing this imbecile. I was just
so incensed when I read the FALSE results of his IQ test, I couldn't
resist exposing him for the liar he is.
-Jeremy
Many people would argue that IQ tests in general aren't an accurate
measure of intelligence. I tend to agree. Although, I can see why you'd
be indignant of the fact that Drew seems to have scored higher than
you--don't be. His score is complete bullshit.
For this test, if we follow Drew's link we find his IQ test "results",
which give a very impressive score of 210. See below:
http://www2.iqtest.com/view/iqtest/options/990822/9353730984248
However, as I already stated, it's literally impossible for an "adult"
to score higher than 170 on this test without cheating. The highest
score a child under sixteen years of age can receive is 230 (I got this
information for the site's FAQ). The results are formulated using
several factors, including age and the amount of time it took to
complete the test.
I took the test using legitimate information. I used my real age (25),
and the ACTUAL time it took to complete the test (roughly ten minutes).
The score I received was 154--this is probably inaccurate, despite the
test's claim that it comes within five points of being accurate. Just
out of curiosity, I asked some friends of mine to take this same test,
and ever one of them scored very well.
We all knew that Drew was full of shit when he began trumpeting his
"over 200 IQ" to anyone who would listen. Check out some of the smug
things he said about me in this very thread--I mean, this is a guy
that's just begging to be made an example of. If anyone else had posted
these fake results, I would have let it go. But Drew has always made a
point of claiming his intelligence is superior to everyone else's. We
now have concrete proof that this claim isn't even close to being true.
So, why did you LIE to us, Drew? There was no need for it--none of us
believed you were anywhere near being a genius, anyway! It must be
embarrassing to be so ignorant--is that why you did it?
By the way, before Drew can claim he made an honest mistake in filling
out information for the test, consider this.
1) On the test, you are CLEARLY asked to state your age before you
begin. Anyone under sixteen is considered a child. Drew may very well
claim that he just "forgot" to fill in his age--well, if that were the
case, the default in the program automatically lists you as an adult. I
checked it out.
2) If you don't enter the time it took you to complete the test, the
default lists your time at thirteen minutes (the average time it takes).
3) Just to see what would happen, I took the test a second time--this
time, I listed my age at thirteen years and listed my time at eight
minutes. My "new"" score shot up to a 194. It's now easy to see how Drew
got his fictional results. After two or three tries, I was able to come
up with a score of 213--anyone want to see the link?
I'm not a genius, despite what this test says. I am, however, smarter
than Drew--not that it's a great feat.
-Jeremy
Hey, Drew... do you have anything else to say about *my* IQ?
Ha ha!
Yeah, some "genius" Drew turned out to be... he wasn't even smart enough
to *cheat* correctly!
Come on, EVERYBODY take the test! It's easy to be a "genius" when you
use the Drew Method! Also, keep watching for details on how to join the
"Friends of Drew Society." Here are the qualifications you must have to
be considered for membership:
1) You must constantly proclaim your intelligence, but not be able to
construct a simple sentence.
2) You must misspell easy words (like "what") on a regular basis.
3) You must make frequent use of the abbreviation "LOL" when posting on
Usenet, especially when making a fool of yourself.
4) You must type "b/c" as opposed to "because."
5) If you don't like what a male poster has written, start calling him a
"faggot."
6) If you don't like what a female poster has written, start calling her
a "cunt."
7) You must be a moronic bigot (see #5).
8) If you piss people off, try to appease them by giving out insincere
apologies.
9) You must have an IQ no higher than 70, but claim that it's "over
200."
10) Whatever you do, DON'T MAKE USE OF A SPELLCHECK.
Unfortunately, I think *everyone* who posts here is too smart to join
(except, of course, Proklon-Star and Pat Diggler).

Seriously jeremy, you need to do other things with your life rather than

responding to me and others about attacks on your character. Does it

opinion of you really affect your life?

Okay--this sentence doesn't even make sense, but I think I caught the
gist of it. Drew claims I insulted his sexuality by calling his fiancee'
a man, is that it?
Not even a half-truth.
I was responding to yet another one of Drew's rambling missives, in
which he continued to assert his superior intellect. He was, as usual,
failing miserably.
In it, he wrote something like:
"no, I have more fun with my fiance, she's alot more fun."
I simply stated that based on what he'd written, his significant other
was a man. Drew, being the seasoned writer that he is, had used the
masculine form of fiancee'. I was only trying to make a point about his
stupidity--and I succeeded. I wasn't "insulting" his sexuality, I was
insulting his intelligence.

It took about two minutes to uncover your stupid ruse. I saw your

Right--but you forgot to mention a few things. You took it again and made
FALSE claims when you filled out the information. You thought you'd
impress us all with your amazing intellect, even if you had to lie to do
it. How fucking "sad" is that?
Which brings me to another point--why would you post it in the first
place, you buffoon??? Does anybody give a shit?? Would anybody even
believe it??? It's so obvious that you wanted to impress everyone--you
even wrote "Check this out." Meanwhile, you tell *me* to get a life when

Think about what you just wrote. You tried to make a point about how the
people's opinions on this newsgroup don't matter, isn't that correct?
Okay--THEN WHY DID YOU FIND IT NECESSARY TO LIE IN ORDER TO IMPRESS
THEM?
God, you're *so* stupid. You can't even make a valid argument.

relevance to Drew (although he might not know how to tie his shoes,
either). Drew doesn't have any "mental energy" to waste. Read some of
his posts and see for yourself.
