Everyone,

I noticed my handlebars had a slight angle to them(about 2 or 3 degrees)

Originally the bar ends pointed in a straight back direction. I thought
I'd tilt them up towards the sky and get a slight riser bar look and
feel........after a 2 hour ride my hands were a little sore on the
outside palm. So I'm switching them back.....it just didn't feel right.

My question is.....Is there a general way to install these slightly bent
bars......I'm guessing they should angle towards the back of the bike
only......at least on my bike they feel much more comfortable in that
position. Strange what 2 degrees of angles will do to your comfort.

Any suggestions?

By all means run them the way you feel comfortable. I've seen people angle
them downwards, forwards, every way. Me, I like them angled up towards me a
bit, mine are flat 5 degree.
