Hello
I am looking to start a motor bike track for the kids/adults, I am looking
to put a workshop on where kids can learn to repair bikes with the aim of
getting a NVQ.
I am also going to put a traing track on where they can learn the basics of
riding a bike.
The problem I am looking for land near and surrounding areas of wearside.
The land has to be a mile each way from residentail areas.
I am hoping that whenyou are on the roads you might have seen land like this
or maybe you have a friend that does.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks

This Wikipedia entry should explain it all:

Wearside is an unrecognised conurbation in North East England

Ok, after consulting my English-English dictionary, and then allowing
for stupidity (on her part), I have come up with this.

This person is looking for land near the city of Sunderland England,
with the goal of establishing a place where folks can earn their
National Vocational Qualification in motorcycle repair.

Think I'll go across the street and get a drink. Who wants one?

there is plenty of land here... in the Iowa area... but the commute might
take away from your profits...if you are doing this for profit...

a conurbation is when towns and cities grow into each other creating on
large metropolitan area.
Sort of like areas of the east cost where there never seems to be any rural
area between cities.
Heck or NW indiana from Chicago east through Gary forthat matter.

Deb,

My heart goes out to you. What a bunch of Fricken A-holes. You asked
an legitamate question, seeking help and get 10 responses so far, none
of which are helpful. Bring on the flames everyone. Afterall, it
appears to be what you all do best.

Somebody comes in and posts a very region-specific question in a way
that none of us understood to the point that we had to *research* what
the hell she was talking about. I'm sure that there are more suitable
places that she could have asked that question, perhaps a uk forum or
even a land sales agent in her locale. Instead, she decided to post to a
usenet newsgroup frequented *mainly* (not solely) by Americans, which
resulted in *zero* responses from anybody in her area, because this was
not the place. Also, none of those responses that were posted were
insulting, demeaning, or rude, but were a discussion of what this person
was trying to ask. If any were taken as insulting, demeaning, or rude,
then perhaps that person (or you) are a bit to thin-skinned to be
dipping your toes into this particular pool.

In other words, piss off, you wanker.

And to add to this... I don't think she even responded to any of the
questions... she just posted and ran....I think....
