Strong motor, heavy, the front forks are not very adjustable as I remember,
and they're really too soft. Pretty good handling and decent brakes.
Good, but not great.
Roq
The handling isn't leading edge, but then neither are most riders. If
you're light then you'll probably find the rear shock too hard, but
otherwise it's a first class bike.
Does qtr miles in the low 10's from stock and I once had an indicated
166 on the clock. Awesome.

The bike's not the ideal racebike ........ but Ken's proven that "it ain't no
slouch!"
Happy riding ..........

Indeed. A week before hitting the first AFM race at Sears this year
I proclaimed "It's too big to race!!" Oy. Did I feel stupid after
seeing Ken fly around turn 2 on that thing.

I've got a '95 rf900 and love it. Plenty of smooth power all over the
RPM range. It's a VERY capable bike on the street. I haven't pushed it
to it's limits yet but I'm getting close. The only thing I don't like
about it is the Battlestar Galactica rear-end but hey, I'm not looking
at it when I'm riding it.
