"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or
abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress
shall have power to enforce this arivle by appropriate legislation"

It doesn't specifically state homosexual crossdressers, bisexuals,
transgenders, female impersonators and the like. So the states could deny
the right to vote based on males fraudulently voting as women.

Same logic you're using.
