Our home is a single wide manufactured home (Four Seasons). 16' wide by 76
feet long. It
is a 2000 model. Vinyl siding, peaked shingled roof, double pane windows,
wooden
deck at front entrance. Off street parking. Only 6 miles to Interstate 25
(to get to Colorado Springs)
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, the master bath has a garden tub and a shower ( I like
the garden tub because I can actually get my shoulders under the water.
The kitchen/dining/living area is bright & open. The ceilings are
"cathedral type (they match the roofline. The washer & dryer are in a
hidden pantry off the kitchen. This gets them out of sight when
entertaining guests.
We are including all appliances with the home - washer/dryer, stove,
dishwasher, refrigerator. All draperies are included as well. The carpets
are gray. The walls are white (so you can paint them to your liking. The
bathrooms are done in a brown/beige tone. Each one has a skylight.
The remainder of a seven-year transferable warrantee covers the structure,
stove, dishwasher, hot-water heater, furnace and refrigerator.
There are two phone lines installed - one for phone, one for internet/fax
etc. We are leaving the satellite dish and wiring. You must contact Direct
TV for a receiver. There is also an 8 x 10 shed, an 8 x10 wood deck at
front door, a 4 x
4 wood deck at back door.
The neighborhood is quiet. There are lots of kids. The schools are quite
good so I hear. We have no children yet, so I can only tell you what I
hear. There is a brand new home next door with 2 girls, 7 and 9. There are
older kids around for babysitting as well. There is a good vet in town, but
you are only allowed a small dog or cat.
Grocery shopping is one mile away. Lafayette is a nice old town - 10 miles
from Boulder, 20 miles from Denver. There are movie theatres about 8 miles
away in Louisville. There will be closer ones in November at Flatirons Mall
(about 6 miles away). Flatirons is a really nice, brand-new mall.
Lafayette also has a new community center with a pool and gym. The library
is top-notch.
Denver is a large city with MANY things to do & see. They have a great zoo,
botanical gardens, and museums. The night life is pretty active. There
are two amusement parks, many mini-golf & go-cart places near here as well.
The best part... the mountains are only 30 minutes away.
The home is located in Boulder Ridge MHP. The managers are really nice
folks. There are about 250 homes in this park. It has a pool and a
playground.
Remember. Our home will be available on September 5th, 2001.
Upon approval, we can time the transfer to take place on the 1st of
September, so you will make the first payment of mortgage and rent on the
1st of September.
Since our moving date is on the 4th of September, we will pay you the rent
and mortgage prorated as follows:
Mortgage: 630.62 ¸ 30 = 21.02 x 4 days = $84.08
Lot Rent: 390.50 ¸ 30 = 13.02 x 4 days = $52.06
Total that we will pay you on Sept. 1 = $136.14
(rent includes water & sewer fees as well)
