John....For a guy that despises Spam...this is getting closer...WORSE PART
IS....I went to this page just to see....
Your web page server tried to download that "evil" spyware program Gator
onto my computer...Gator...reports all your web surfing habit to a main
advertising source...it then generates pop up ads....even on web sites that
do not have them...they are coming directly out of your computer...

I have put your site and web host on my list of those that are
blocked...Sorry..

I can put anyone who wants, on the Manufactured Home E-Mail Network for
periodic circulations of
manufactured home type information. The latest was an official proposal
regarding Manufactured Home Warranty Issues.

This way it bypasses the Website, for those thinking on site ads within are
somehow spamming, even if found within the subject matter. Likewise, the
page downloads nothing, unless you make a conscious effort to select
something to do so. As to this Gator scenario, it seems like some want to
find something that is just not there. By-the-way, aren't you one of these
dealers who my proposal was armed at in making responsible for all these
warranty violations. Now, I wonder!

My security settings are set to ask permission on every download...It was
there..You probably already have Gator on your system and it will not
install twice..

Yes I am a dealer and have no problem with your proposal...simply because it
can and will not go anywhere..

Since I am just one of thousands who use http://maxpages.com as their Web
server, this would be a concern to them as well. Therefore, I transferred
your thoughts to them for proper investigation. Since it is their ads and so
called Gator we supposedly all have to deal with for spamming and spyware,
as you put it, they should be concerned, since they themselves frown on this
practice.

Likewise, I just ran Ad-Away, a program that detects the so-called results
of these ads you say can be uploaded on ones computer. Even though I check
the Manufactured Home (Owners) Network daily, not one Gator type ad was
found on my computer.

Re: Make The Dealers Responsible...

As a dealer, you can only hope my proposal goes nowhere. However, I am
currently updating information for the forth circulation based on making the
dealers accountable for warranty repairs on new manufactured homes. For this
is far more than a simple proposal, it is actual first-hand information from
many of the innocent victims out there.

As to going nowhere, apparently something sparked an interest, for I even
have people like Senator Dunn looking at this concept. Senator Dunn is the
Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Mobile & Manufactured Homes. You
would know this if you hadn't opted to put my website and web host on your
list of those that are blocked, simply based on your misconnecption
regarding to spams and Gator.

Thanks to all others who support this concept.
