we are in a park in phx,az. and are 3 mos
behind on mortgage from oakwood acc. corp have been trying for 3 mos to
get re-finance,no one will do wth it on lot.
have good credit job. etc. is there anyone out there who can help??

If you are behind on your current mortgage it leaves little doubt why no
one will refinance your current mortgage. If you catch up on your
payments you will have a better chance to refinance but your late
payments will be on record. Doesn't matter where you live, the rules
are the same.
