Internet site For Gifs of missing children

Is there an internet site that has gifs and info on missing
childre? A system that is prefereably at the end of a T1 that is
permanently hooked to the net?

ftp.halcyon.com has had the missing kid GIF files for over
three years. Also browsable at http://www.halcyon.com.

I am a foster parent in england and look after teenagers and sadly to
too often kids go missing , we have been succesful in finding many
through our network and through magazines and so far three american kids
ahve shown up here and gone home , if I can help id like to , its never
easy but nnever give up hope , there are more vigilant people than you
would beleive, So if someone can help me out I will domy best , I spend
many an hour in the west end of London finging "unawas" etc. So please
write me and if you can help me out wiht this gif veiwer stuff I have a
fighting chance

like to help but do not know how to veiw gifs, please someone tell me
where I can get a programme to view and how to do it and I will do my
best to help

There is a conf. for gifs. of missing on FIDO net. I hope that will help.
