We have fairly new Bizhub 350 printer which started printing lighter
shades of gray instead of dark black after the toner change. I've
inserted toner myself. I am not sure what I did wrong or is it normal?

Can someone help me to solve this problem. I've already tried setting
darkest setting from "utility" section of the configuration from the
printer itself.
Oh, does anyone know how to reset the administrator password? I am not
sure if I had set the password or support contracting company did.
