FS: Tepco J-340 / Robert A Jones FM Translator -- Works -- 91.7 -> 88.1MHz

This Translator is set up to receive on 91.7MHz and re broadcast on 88.1MHz. It has been tested and found to work. Puts out 10-40 watts (tested into dummy load) and mutes output when input signal is not present. It needs a new meter, but otherwise seems to be completely functional.
