This thread will contain almost the entire thread from the James Randi
so-called "educational" foundation forum. I say almost because at the
time I copied the thread it was still open for posts and replies. It is
now closed or was when I last checked. I would say there are probably
about five or so posts after what I have here. Anyway, I want to point
out some things in the thread. Towards the end of the thread, I ask why
doesn't Randi try and debunk what I wrote, and also I sent an e-mail to
the foundation asking this. To this day, I have not gotten a reply nor
have I seen anything by him debunking what I posted. Wonder why? Also
in the thread you can see that most of the other posters are not
exactly what an idiot would consider intelligent. I do at one point go
into the definition of skepticism as pertaining to the religion. There
is a big difference in being skeptical about something and being a
follower or skepticism. I also would like to point out that at the end
of the patent list posted by someone else, he managed to throw in some
patents pertaining to restraint devices. Also one of the patents that
that moron posted is one of the patents that I posted. This thread
contains almost everything from my death to psychotronic weaponry
posts. The posters names or psuedonyms are at the beginning of their
posts. Here is the thread from the forum:

psychotronic weaponry

This post will contain a compilation of
several posts/e-mails that were sent out or
posted elsewhere between October 23 2003
and December 8 2003. The patent list
referred to contains 156 patents with
number and name. Will post list in its entirety
tomorrow, with a brief foreword. Said list
will probably be referred to several times in
subsequent postings. All patents referred
to here can be found in their entirety at
www.uspto.gov. Everything after the
opening paragraph has been sent out to various
skeptic sites and even some sites dealing
with mind control. It has also been posted
to a newsgroup about mind control. I also
send the same people and post in the
same group about religious mind control.
If anyone does a search on the internet for
my name, use just James Vierling, you will
get a site, the mindcontrolforums
address, that has about 82 pages, when
saved to a word document, about myself
and what has been done to me. Hopefully
you will read this post first as it may
clarify some of what that site contains.
What is there was written in 2002. I do not
have any affiliations with the site, other
than what is at the address about myself, but
I do send them what I write about the
technology and about religion. I do want to
have that posted there though as it may
help someone else and/or get them to write
in detail who, what, when, where, etc. At
this point I should point out that I am not
looking for sympathetic replies. I will
however try to answer intelligent questions, and
I am not above flaming if necessary. That
stated, most of what I will be posting will
pertain to remote usage of psychotronic
devices, however a lot of it also applies to
implanted devices. I am not necessarily
looking for immediate replies, as some of
the patents in the list will take an hour
or two to read by themselves. Now on to the
rest of the post.

The following contains a brief description
of some of the patents in the patent list
previously posted/e-mailed as to how they
would/could apply to the psychotronic
attacks or as to what they point out about
other mind control devices and methods.
Each will have the patent number followed
by the patent title and the dates when
filed and when granted. (month and year
only) This post/e-mail is not in any
particular order. Any pages referenced in
the brief descriptions would relate to where
they appear when using Microsoft Word with
1 inch top and bottom borders.
3951134 - Apparatus and method for
remotely monitoring and altering brainwaves.
Filed August 1974, Granted April 1976.
This one is pretty much self-explanatory. It
does show the need for the users to attack
someone first. It also shows the ability to
monitor the entire brain at once.

4158196 - Man - machine interface.
Filed April 1977, Granted June 1979. 1st
paragraph under background of the
invention, in the first sentence, replace the word
direct with remote and electrical with
electromagnetic. The impulses or action
potentials as the patent states that are
picked up by electrodes in the trapezius
muscles are action potentials or impulses
that originate in the brain before traversing
the nervous system to the trapezius
muscles.
4140997 - Brainwave responsive
programmable electronic visual display systems.
Filed July 1977, granted February 1979.
Makes reference to 3951134, so it can be
used with or as a part of. It leaves
plenty of room to develop it further than as it is
described within the patent when it uses
the 1-N bit references for colors, motions or
movements, and shapes for the display and
for evoked potential correlation. Can be
used as a brainwave entrainment device
with light.
5230344 - Evoked potential processing
system with spectral averaging, adaptive
averaging, two-dimensional filters,
electrode configuration and method thereof. Filed
July 1992, granted July 1993. Shows ways
to collect, identify and store in memory
various evoked potentials. Done through
use of real time correlation of
pre-determined stimuli and evoked
potential responses. This is a cause - effect type
scenario. Pre - determined could be
anything from radio and television programs to
'street theater'. This could also be
done with remote neural monitoring and storage of
what was monitored then correlating this
with say a video camera from work, all that
would be needed is an exact time frame of
a known occurrence within the video to go
from, in either direction, with what was
earlier recorded. Can also collect, identify and
store evoked potentials from more than one
area of the brain simultaneously. Also
goes into varying frequencies of stimuli,
i.e. brightness or volume. This would/ could
account for 'whisper' type attacks and
vary degrees of clarity and shading in the
image attacks. Take into account a much
better computer being used.
6397188 - Natural language dialogue
system automatically continuing conversation
on behalf of a user who does not respond.
Filed July 1999, granted May 2002. This
one in the context of the psychotronic
weaponry, relates to a torture technique and
should be applied to evoked potentials
also. When used with or within a predictability
or probability computer program type
scenario it would/could result in the illusion of
so-called psychic phenomena. Might also
aid in the illusion of time travel. Especially
when the pre-determined response time is
set to zero or close to it. This one also
applies to creating the appearance of
schizophrenic and/or ADD type disorders in
that if the memory space allotted for the
'conversation' was set at a small level thus
causing it to jump to a different line of
'conversation' when limit reached. Same if
time limit for 'conversation' was set
at a short limit. Could also be adapted to change
'conversation' direction (open or go
through a different gate) when various words were
input.
6615197 - Brain programmer for
increasing human information processing capacity.
Filed March 2000, granted September 2003.
This one pretty much states that
auditory, visual or other types of
entrainment devices can be used to effect memory
and cognition (learning process). Shows
that knowledge exists to program memory
(human) and some of what can be used to do
so. Used as a part of the psychotronic
weaponry it would/could create false
memory and/or reinforce previously
programmed delusions. The claims read like
an instruction manual for a
brainwashing program. It flat out states
that it programs ' triggers' associated with
bringing back an implanted memory. This
one could easily be adapted to the
psychotronic attacks.
6488617 - Method and device for
producing a desired brain state. Filed October
2000, granted December 2002. Desired by
whom? This one states that entrainment
can be done through magnetic fields and
pulses. It also refers to 'other' means of
collecting the EEG, EMG or MRI data and
feeding to a computer. The QEEG as
mentioned might be a way to aid in the
detection of the psychotronic attacks.
Paragraph 2 under background of the
invention: Kind of ironic that the patent claims
to fight against what it was found at
least 65 years before (Luxemborg effect) and
documented 25 years before (Beck article)
that electromagnetic entrainment causes.
This patent is basically about mood
alteration. * Have encyclopedia entry on TMS
that does mention adverse effects. This
patent also states that a computer can run
the entrainment system.
4085740 - Method for measuring
physiological parameters. Filed March 1966 (This
may be typo from patent site), granted
April 1978. Different frequency and/or power
level, this is a microwave weapon.
6102847 - Bio-feedback process and
device for affecting the human psyche. Filed
June 1998, granted August 2000. Goes into
measuring action potentials on surface
of skin. Also states that artificial
neural networks can learn what pisses someone off
or not. The next to last page, page 12,
contains a reference to remote activation of
medicaments by either a person monitoring
the computer or the computer doing it
itself.
4834701 - Apparatus for inducing
frequency reduction in brain wave. Filed July 1985,
granted May 1989. Entrainment device and
method using audible sound. Does not
go into programming with it as it is a
relatively short patent.
5649061 - Device for estimating a mental
decision. Filed May 1995, granted July
1997. Assigned to Army. As applied to the
remote monitoring, the filtering process
mentioned would be how the attackers
(human or computer) would/could be able to
ascertain the line of sight, visual
fixation or even the pupil sizes. This goes back to
the action potentials. This patent also
goes into extracting single evoked potentials
from a field of view, or if you prefer a
plurality of evoked potentials. Goes into
regression analysis for determination of
specific evoked potentials (means using
previously monitored and recorded evoked
potentials and comparing them to
determine what a specific evoked potential
translates to). Background of the
invention, paragraph 2 omitted use as a
'trigger' type mechanism in a torture routine
in a computerized or a human controlled
torture device.
5392788 - Method and device for
interpreting concepts and conceptual thought from
brainwave data and for assisting for
diagnosis of brainwave dysfunction. Filed
February 1993, granted February 1995.
Translates to the people with the
psychotronic weaponry being able to use
the psychotronic weaponry to attack
someone and record the spatial potentials
and evoked potentials that are responses
to the attacks. Becomes a thought reading
machine with enough attacks. This one
also corresponds to radio, television or
'street theater' being able to be used as a
system to present stimuli. Also goes into
the vectors used in an artificial neural
network for storing data and interpreting
thought. States that the EEG and the SP's
and EP's are the same whether a person
is picturing something in their mind or
viewing the actual picture. This would be
the same when someone thinks (unvoiced
speech) as when they hear themselves say
it out loud or when someone else says it
with variances for tone, pitch and volume.
It also says the same EEG's , SP's or
EP's occur in someone's brain whether
they read the word dog or see an actual dog
as their brain interprets dog the same
from either. This one also states that if used in
the weaponry, the attackers would know
exactly what if any brain dysfunction they
would be causing. Goes into a sort of
behavior modification when a person doesn't
think what it wants them to.
6536440 - Method and system for
generating sensory data onto the human neural
cortex. Filed October 2000, granted March
2003. Pretty much self-explanatory.
Again use of sound whether below audible,
audible, or above audible frequencies
would require close proximity or line of
sight. Does show that pretty much anything
put into a computer can be used for what
is transmitted into the brain by the
psychotronic attacks. 5213562 - Method
of inducing mental, emotional and physical
states of consciousness including specific
mental activity in human beings. Filed
April 1990, granted May 1993. Basically a
brain programmer using audible sound
entrainment and someone else's EEG
patterns subliminally with/in the audible
sound. Like most of the other patents, it
doesn't go into the 'other' frequencies, as if
the ones it uses weren't bad enough
anyway. Does go into previous research a little.
Gives credit to H.W. Dove for discovering
binaural beat phenomena in 1839, basically
means he named it as it was already
occurring. Also states that what is described in
the patent worked better on naïve
subjects, which translates into non-consensual
human experimentation. 4008714 - Brainwave
correlation system and method of
delivering a recorded program of material
educational in content. Filed February
1976, granted February 1977. Shows that
meditative states aid in brain
programming. Another example of someone
pushing parapsychology to get
specimens for their experiments.
Correlates EEGs to sound or visual entrainment
aids. 5159703 - Silent subliminal
presentation system. Filed December 1989,
granted October 1992. Brain programmer
with or without entrainment. States that it
can be used when other sounds are present.
Shows how to detect it. Can be
stopped by use of earplugs that stop
frequencies used from entering ear. Also this
would show up on EEGs as evoked potentials
even being subliminal. 6565504 -
Method and apparatus to create and induce
self-created hypnosis. Filed January
2001, granted May 2003. References in
background of the invention to the mass
produced hypnosis devices can and/or are
brainwave entrainment devices
with/without script built in subliminally
or aloud and also would include the supposed
self-help type programming tapes. The
comments apply to all brainwave entrainment
with or without technological aids. Also
note the reference to drug induced hypnotic
states, which would be the psychotropic
and psychoactive drugs. Also note the term
"any other means" when entering data
into the computer program. This program
queries the user, the psychotronic
weaponry would have the queries built into it at its
end and would be able to build specific
torture routines (scripts) from various effects
it receives through the remote neural
monitoring process. This would be within the
capabilities of most artificial neural
networks. There is also a reference to the
routines or scripts being delivered back
to the user (person under attack in the
psychotronic scenario) by "any other
means". 6128527 - Apparatus and method of
analyzing electrical brain activity. Filed
December 1997, granted October 2000.
Fairly self-explanatory. Does mention
electromagnetic communication between
implanted microelectrode and receiver.
Also goes into brain mapping, or if you prefer
brain activity mapping. Uses
microelectrodes in or on brain as opposed to earlier
skin electrodes. Everything listed could
also be done with remote neural monitoring.
5788648 - Electroencephalographic
apparatus for exploring responses to quantified
stimuli. Filed March 1997, granted August
1998. Another example of monitoring
specific response to stimulus and
correlating them. Does mention 'other' types of
sensing apparatus and 'other' means
for applying stimuli. Mentions correlating
different responses, using evoked
potentials, to different forms of stimuli. Depending
on the extent of data stored in the memory
system, this would/could be how the
attackers see and hear what the person
under attack sees and hears. Would also
apply to other sensory inputs. Mentions
other impressions (brainwave signals in
response to) magnetic, electric,
temperature, etc. Also mentions real time
electromagnetic transmissions of the data
and mentions satellites. 6097981 -
Electroencephalograph based biofeedback
system and method. Filed December
1997, granted August 2000. Not in previous
list. States at least one EEG signal is
encoded/embedded/modulated onto an
infra-red (some infra-red wavelengths fall
under the radio frequency wavelength
description also) signal and transmitted to a
computer. Shows that a computer is quite
capable of comparing EEG signals
(various potentials included) with
previously attained ones. Shows that a computer
can manipulate a display for output back
to a person (or images used in the
psychotronic attacks based on the analysis
of the EEG signals). Also goes into
using two images, one that the user
(person under attack) is supposed to
concentrate on and one for distraction
purposes. (Good guy - bad guy routine)
States that there is a 'reward' type
scenario for concentrating on the image that the
computer (or human controlling the system)
wants the user (person under attack) to
concentrate on. 5279305 -
Electroencephalograph incorporating at least one
wireless link. Filed August 1992, granted
January 1994. Not on previous list/s. Uses
telemetry method for transmitting signals.
Uses conventional computer controlled
broadcast television tuner. 4926969 -
Sensory driven controller. Filed November
1988, granted May 1990. Not on previous
list/s. Another version of picking out a
specific evoked potential from a group of
evoked potentials in response to a plurality
of stimuli and using it to control a
device. 4495950 - QREEG process matrix
synchronizer system. Filed January 1983,
granted January 1985. Not on previous
list/s. Mentions that it has military
applications. Monitors sleep-dream state EEGs,
EKGs, etc. Goes along with using artifacts
filtered out of EEG and interpreting them
or using them to monitor other
physiological functions and also all brain functions at
one time to determine entire surroundings.
5023783 - Evoked response audiometer
for testing sleeping subjects. Filed June
1990, granted June 1991. Shows monitoring
capability while sleeping. Says can use
sound to cause evoked potentials while
someone is sleeping. (Falling asleep with
radio or television on is not a good idea).
This type of thing could be used early in
the attacks to get some evoked responses
to use for other attacks.
5370126 - Method and apparatus for
3-dimensional mapping of evoked potentials.
Filed March 1993, granted December 1994.
Refers to a continuous or 'movie' type
displaying of the evoked potentials. This
particular patent as is, refers more to
displaying where in the brain that the
evoked potentials start and the paths that they
take through the brain. Add in the
aforementioned interpretation programs for color,
shape, motion, contrast, etc. for visual
and tone, pitch, volume, etc. for sound and
basically someone would/could see and hear
whatever someone they would be
attacking with the psychotronic weaponry
sees and hears in a movie or continuous
display format. Might be able to use this
patent in a detection device, or this patent
might also add in the misdiagnosis with
proof of being attacked.

6466185 - Multi-planar volumetric
display system and method of operation using
psychological vision cues. Filed August
2001, granted October 2002. Funded by
DARPA. Modify what the patent says to use
the data stream from the remote neural
monitoring as its input data stream. This
patent says it does what it does with a 195
MHz processor. Hmm, I think DARPA has some
faster ones. Can be used to
generate virtual reality or holographic
displays from separated and processed EEG
stream/s (separating various potentials
and 'noise' and interpreting them). Basically
the psychological cues that the patent
makes reference to in order to generate the
displays, would approximate what the Brain
programmable display system does with
evoked potentials to create a display.

5840040 - Encephalolexianzlizer. Filed
December 1992, granted November 1998.
Funded by the Dept. of Energy for Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory. States
that by monitoring the brainwaves they can
tell if someone is moving or if thinking of
moving, or if someone not moving or nor
thinking of moving. Says uses the frequency
power spectrum of brainwaves which could
be detected remotely with the
psychotronic weaponry also. If this were
used as a part of the psychotronic attacks,
it would/could cause fear, stress and/or
the illusion of psychic abilities (which do not
exist), time travel (impossible), etc.
Would/could also add to the paranoia scenario
as it would make someone feel as if they
were being watched.

6547746 - Method and apparatus for
determining thresholds. Filed August 2001,
granted April 2003. Pretty much straight
forward. It goes into measuring EEG and
what can be derived from it for responses
to external stimuli like non-visible light,
electromagnetic, magnetic, electrical,
etc. Gives brief descriptions on a number of
other patents. Uses recurrence
quantitization analysis. Basically ties anyone remote
neural monitoring anyone in with or
knowing about and covering up for any other
electromagnetic, magnetic or subliminal
attacks done on that person.

4289121 - Method for controlling
functional state of central nervous system and
device for effecting same. Filed September
1979, granted September 1981. Another
entrainment device using audible and/or
visual methods. Granted to a person in
Soviet Union. Shows Soviets researched
control through entrainment and 'biorythms'
in late 1970s also.

6011991 - Communication system and
method including brainwave analysis and/or
brain activity. Filed December 1998,
granted January 2000. Brain to computer link, or
brain to computer to brain link when a
part of the psychotronic weaponry. States that
literally thousands of people's
brainwaves can be monitored and stored in same
place. Again take into account speed and
available memory of computer being used
to do so. In other words, by cross
referencing different people's brainwaves the
create the illusion of mind reading.

4736751 - Brainwave source network
scanning system and method. Filed December
1986, granted April 1988. Funded by Air
Force. Way to monitor brain evoked
potentials and evoked magnetic fields.
Could easily be used with or as a part of the
remote neural monitoring part of the
psychotronic weaponry.

4819648 - Non-invasive electromagnetic
technique for monitoring time-trends of
physiological changes at a particular
location in the brain. Filed September 1987,
granted April 19889. Funded by the Navy.
Uses electromagnetic fields to measure
electrical resistivity changes in brain
matter and fluid.
3892227 - System for stimulation and
recording of neurophysiologic data. Filed
March 1973, granted July 1975. First
paragraph under background of the invention,
first sentence states that using EEGs and
stimuli correlated together to collect
evoked potential data was done in the
1950s. The patent is for remote gathering of
EEG data in response to stimuli and
sending said data to a central facility for
processing by a computer. It uses a lot of
the same procedures listed in later
patents for gathering evoked potential
data. Leave out the magnetic tape and put in
electromagnetic transmissions and add the
remote neural monitoring and it is an
early brain to computer to brain device
using specific evoked potentials and other
brainwave data (artifacts). It also
suggests that someone could be attacked locally
and the data transmitted back to a central
facility until enough information was
gathered to attack them from the central
facility. Or even that the attacks could be
done locally with a central facility
controlling them (this would require a slight
additional time frame for the receiving
and retransmitting of the brainwave data). This
patent also lists a paper on a study done
in Japan that was written in 1968 about
this type of experiment (the experiment as
mentioned in the patent). It also says that
these type of experiments were performed
on infants. And also that a lot of this
experimentation was done in so-called
Third World countries and that the findings of
the experiment was made available to
interested organizations.

3886314 - No hands voice instruction for
EEG telemetering system. Filed
September 1973, granted May 1975. States
that the EEG data from 8 (or as many
as used) different electrodes could be
modulated separately onto different carrier
waves and sent through a phone line to be
recombined (or even left as is) in a
computer for analysis. Another form of
remote neural monitoring. Also refers to
inverting and non-inverting signals
nullifying each other.

3117571 - Production of reversible
changes in living tissue by ultrasound. Filed
February 1957, granted January 1964.
States that to use ultrasound, the bone in the
way needs to be removed. This patent would
not work for the psychotronic effects,
unless the ultrasound was modulated in
some way and used on someone before
their skull had hardened or become fully
formed (grew together). Or during a process
where the skull had already been removed.
Does say that irreversible changes can
be accomplished with the devices and
methods as listed in this patent. Mentions
that ultrasound can not be used when a
space containing gas (air or other) is in its
path in the way mentioned in the patent.
Also says that it can be used to suppress
electrical activity in the brain when the
above conditions are met.

Couple of definitions.
Ultrasound - Is usually used in
reference to sound waves above the threshold of
human hearing. Technically it can be used
to describe anything traveling faster than
the speed of sound waves, but usually is
the first.
Hypersonic and Supersonic - Would be the
opposite usage, usually in reference to
anything faster than the speed of sound
waves but can be used to mean above the
threshold of human hearing.

The following is about patents all filed
by the same person. Titles omitted, but are in
patents list.
5995954 - Funded by DARPA. Filed March
1992, granted November 1999. This one
is a computer program for a neural network
memory.
The rest, 5782874, 5800481, 5935054,
6017302, 6091994, 6238333, and 6506148 all
deal with various forms of nervous system
manipulation. Basically they deal with
subliminal brainwave entrainment. The
patents go into pulsative, thermal, electrical,
magnetic, electromagnetic, and acoustical
ways of doing this. The author refers to
creating 'sensory resonances' by
subliminally manipulating the various presentation
methods described above and using them on
other parts of the body away from the
brain. This sends impulses to the brain
and entrains it to the frequencies stated in
the patents. The patents read like most
other entrainment devices or methods. In the
patents there are no mentions of any EEGs
or other monitoring devices being used.
Some of the patents state that they may
have uses in the 'non-lethal' weapons area.
All of the patents tend to stick to the
same two frequencies for their effects (at ½ Hz
a person would be almost literally brain
dead and at 2.4 Hz a person would be little
more than comatose). Only one of them
mentions any malicious uses, 6506148. The
ones that the MPRII guidelines would apply
to, state that they can be used for
manipulation of someone's nervous system
and still comply with those guidelines. A
couple of the patents mention the elapsed
time before the mentioned effects occur,
this happens with all entrainment devices.
The patents are an example of causing
some physiological effects through the
subliminal entrainment. The frequencies as
stated above should be taken into account
when reading the list of effects caused by
the various forms of the subliminal
entrainment. Most of the effects sound like things
that happen when someone is close to
death.

6577132 - Passive system for the detection
and indication of non-ionizing
electromagnetic radiations and static
electricity. Filed November 2001, granted June
2003. May be effective for blocking
emissions in the area that would interfere with
detecting the psychotronic attacks. Should
be adaptable for detection of the entire
range of non-ionizing electromagnetic
radiations. Goes into effects of
electromagnetic radiation on humans. Does
say it needs to be used in conjunction
with a radiation measuring device.
Mentions use with a computer to display
readings.
6377833 - System and method for computer
input of dynamic mental information.
Filed September 1999, granted April 2002.
This would be a very effective aid in the
detection of the psychotronic attacks.
Unfortunately, it would also need to be used in
conjunction with a system that detects the
broadcasts and correlates them what it
does, otherwise it would probably be used
to misdiagnose someone under attack.
This patent also describes what is (or
could be) done with the data collected from
remote neural monitoring pretty well. The
patent specifically states that other forms
of brain-scanning devices may be used
instead of MRI. The physiological responses
mentioned in the patent would be the
electrical impulses in the brain that correspond
directly to the evoked potentials in an
EEG reading. The patent also mentions that it
can be used for more than one area of the
brain at a time or all at once. The 3d to 2d
(d = dimensional) would mean they could
view it like a television screen. However
this could also be turned right back into
3d for display in a virtual reality type of
system or can even use both together as
described in other patents on the list.
5512823 - Electromagnetic field detector
for detecting electromagnetic field strength
in an extremely low frequency band and a
very low frequency band. Filed December
1993, granted April 1996. Is a device for
determining electromagnetic field strength
within certain frequency bands, not for
determining exact frequency. Might work as
part of an overall system to detect the
psychotronic attacks. If nothing else it would
help to point out things that would
interfere with detection of the psychotronic
attacks. Narrowing the bands as described
or adding additional bands to the ones
listed, say .001 Hz to 12 Hz for example,
and a dial to dial in the specific
frequencies and lowering the flux density
levels measured to say femtoteslas or
adding this as a separate option may aid
in the detection of psychotronic attacks.
Use of a computer to scan the frequencies
and store the readings in memory or
display and/or print out with an
appropriate filtering device to remove the fields
generated by the computer and other
electronic devices, which could already be
measured with the device, would also help.
Use of a second computer measuring
and correlating the above with an EEG
reading of the person under attack would be
of use also. The patent basically
describes a smoke detector or smaller sized device
for detecting said electromagnetic field
strength, which should in my opinion be just
as mandatory (voluntarily or not) in
multiple family dwellings as a smoke detector for
safety concerns as also mentioned in the
patent.

4591788 - Magnetic field sensing device.
Filed September 1982, granted May 1986.
Says it is capable of detecting magnetic
fields in the .001 Hz to 6 Hz frequency
range. Basically just detects that the
magnetic field is there and sounds like
something from a Junior High or High
School general science class demonstration.

4752730 - Radiation monitor diode detector
with constant efficiency for both CW and
pulsed signals. Filed October 1985,
granted June 1988. Funded by Dept. of Navy. A
device and/or method to make radio
frequency detection apparatuses more reliable
for detection of pulsed and/or variable
continuous electromagnetic waves. Coupled
with the modified version (or version as
stated) in patent 5512823 should be able to
detect field strength of said pulsed or
variable continuous waves and the frequency of
them.

5627521 - Personal microwave and radio
frequency detector. Filed March 1994,
granted May 1997. Assigned to U.S.A.
represented by Sec. of Navy. Hearing aid
modified to detect microwave and radio
frequencies. States that the frequency range
can be adjusted from what is used as an
example in the patent. Also states that it
uses a pre-determined threshold for
intensity, but does not mention what level, and
says that that would also be adjustable.
Refers to "input modulated signals". Does
say that it detects the pulsed repetition
rate of microwave signals. Also says it can
detect radar signals at great distances.
Modified with or used with some of the other
patents, might be effective for detecting
psychotronic attacks.

5394164 - Human equivalent antenna for
electromagnetic fields. Filed July 1992,
granted February 1995. Would depend on how
sensitive it could be made and extent
of frequency range it could be modified to
detect as to whether or not it would be
useful in detecting psychotronic attacks.
Also whether or not it could be hooked up
to a computer for comparisons of readings.

5204613 - RF power sensor having improved
linearity over greater dynamic range.
Filed May 1991, granted April 1993. Again,
coupled with a computer that could scan
the frequencies and store the readings in
memory and modified to detect the pulsed
or variable continuous waves might be
useful in detection of the psychotronic
attacks. The patent says that the device
can be built with a variety of different parts.
Also says that it can be modified with
more detector diodes in series which should
increase both sensitivity and accuracy.

4198596 - Device for direct and continuous
receiving and measuring of electrical,
magnetic, and acoustic signals. Filed
October 1977, granted April 1980. Assigned to
Societe Nationale Elf Aquitaine
(production) in France. Device for scanning low
frequencies (says between 10 Hz and 250
KHz) of electromagnetic waves either
natural or artificial. Says a "direct
and continuous receiving and measuring device".
Does show that scanning for said low
frequencies was done in the 1970s.

6411104 - Apparatus and method for
detecting electromagnetic wave source, and
method for analyzing the same. Filed April
2000, granted June 2002. Device for
detecting an electromagnetic wave,
measuring its intensity and using a triangulation
method for determining where said
electromagnetic wave is emanating from. Larger
scale for psychotronic attacks maybe. As
is would be useful for detecting attacks on
electronic equipment in home or office by
electromagnetic weaponry.

5666105 - Personal radiation hazard meter.
Filed March 1996, granted September
1997. Detects electromagnetic radiation
intensity levels. Does detect .01 milliwatts
per centimeter squared level. May be
useful as part of detection system.

5458142 - Device for monitoring a magnetic
field emanating from an organism. Filed
March 1993, granted October 1995.
References the 3951134 patent for remote
monitoring. Device that may aid in
detecting the so-called retransmission in that
patent. Goes into 'aura' and
'therapeutic touch' type BS, but the sensing device and
filtering means may be useful in detecting
the psychotronic attacks. The patent also
mentions using electromagnetic radiation
to effect (attack) someone. Again notice
the absence of EEG or other monitoring
equipment. If used with said EEG and
appropriate computer programs (mentioned
in other patents) could be used as a
psychotronic weapon with evoked
potentials.

5256968 - Portable dual band
electromagnetic field radiation measurement
apparatus. Filed April 1991, granted
October 1993. Device measures intensity levels
of all frequencies contained in a complex
electromagnetic field including pulsed
fields. States that it measures Elf 1 -
1000 Hz and Vlf 10 - 500 KHz ranges.
Adapted for the decimal place frequency
measurements (.001, 6.26, etc) might aid in
isolation of psychotronic frequencies.

Possilbe record for the longest post on
this site?

Pasted into word, the count is 5,489
words.

If I get an hour, I may even read half of
this.

edited to add:

James, just pick one patent and proove
that it is being used as a weapon. Just one.
If you can do that, then somebody here may
choose to look closer. Otherwise, most
don't have the time.

Hey, mom was too. It's an obvious clear
cut case. I'm glad Cleo posted this link in
the introduction thread, I was wondering
if anyone else caught onto that.

The guy needs help. He doesn't need to be
made fun, but I'm sure now he'll be
peaved at our observations here. My mom
would be downright furious.

Just don't defed his delusions, it will
make him think "at least some people get it",
and just encourage him. This will enable
him to throw that in other peoples' faces
when they confront him with trying to get
him help.

Tis a sad scenario, but not much anyone
can do. I'm just sorry to see that site that
is encouraging folks to post their
delusions and then there's that page for "perps" to
admit they are using these machines and
mind control.

I'm sure some people "confess" as a joke,
but like the site says, they will be taken
seriously. That's going to make matters
worse.

Don't confess a perp as a joke, and don't
"add your story" as a joke.

If anything, add your story about your
experiences of how this type of thing only
made your relative more ill. But pretty
much just leave it alone.

To those that 'replied' within minutes of
the original posts either under the science
category or the introduction under the
community category. Your posts make
absolutely no sense. First off had any of
you actually read the page mentioned at
mindcontrolforums then you would have
known that I did not mention anything about
the psychotronic weaponry in my faxes to
the FBI, FCC or NCAA other than one line
that states, " They even went so far as to
say that they could hear my thoughts. This
may be possible through technology, but if
so has never been agreed to or wanted
by me." It was not until a couple of
months ago that I gave the entire page after
printing to the Mishawaka police
department and it was not due to my calling them.
What is it there that you know-it-alls
claim to show schizophrenia? This must just be
a pre-programmed response not well thought
out and without checking the facts. Are
you a doctor? Do you even know what
schizophrenia means, or are you under some
pre-programmed notion of it also? Sorry
about your luck there genius (calling you a
genius would be an example of sarcasm),
but I am not schizophrenic. I have come
across morons and a**holes like you
before, and I don't have a problem with pointing
out that you are. To mr./mrs. "pick one
patent and prove it is used for a weapon"
your post is moronic in so many ways and
shows a definite degree of laziness on
your part. I guess you prefer everything
made easy so you don't have to actually
think. Responding without taking the time
to read the patent list posted also shows a
lack of the ability to comprehend
information. That is really sad considering the fact
that in other groups and in e-mails sent
out, I have explained that I try to write things
in a way that anyone reading them would
understand. Basically either you people
are frightened of the information or are
trying to scare others away from reading it.
Well if pointing out that religion is an
atrocity and that the government has and still
does take part in highly illegal
operations against citizens of this and other countries
scares you, then you are either for it,
take part in it or you just prefer your own little
fantasy world where those organizations
"couldn't possibly do that". Back to the
posters, and in particular the one that
said the patent post was to long to read. This
was explained in the foreword of the post
and in the fact that I stated that I only have
one hour per day to use the internet at
the library. And by the way, if it would take
you an hour to read that post, which was
only 10 pages as typed into a word
document, then it would have, by use of
extrapolation, taken you 8 hours to read the
eighty pages from the site. Which in turn,
by use of reasoning, from reading your
posts would definitely point out that you
did not read it in its entirety. OOh you all
play follow the leader how grown-up.

For those with intelligence and reasoning
capabilities the entire patent list that I
mentioned before will follow. I would like
to add that some of the patents mentioned
are there to show what the attackers can
do through manipulation of the evoked
potential data in their computer and some
show AI (artificial intelligence) programs
that would be capable of carrying out some
of the attacks. Knowledge of how the
brain works and what learning (will post
one that explains the learning process
somewhat) is would be helpful in
understanding the patents also (some do get into
these areas). There are several sites that
may aid in this, one being Cogprints under
the neurology and AI sections, or just
checking out (reading) reference material at a
library. The list is not in any particular
order other than how I saved them to disc to
read at home or the first part in the
order that they were stacked on my table after
being printed up. As you read the patents,
if you choose to do so, keep in mind that
all of them state that the specific
embodiment as listed is not the only possible one.
Also that any patent that lists electrodes
in the particular embodiment does not need
them when used in conjunction with remote
monitoring apparatuses. The list also
goes into brainwave entrainment and the
programming that can occur with them.
Basically brainwave entrainment is also
what is called mood alteration sometimes.
There are also some patents that go into
subliminal messaging and programming
someone or affecting someone's nervous
system with the aforementioned
technologies. And finally and maybe most
important the list does go into a number
of detection devices for various forms of
electromagnetic fields, and magnetic fields.

zakur, that's not nice

quote:

Basically either you people are
frightened of the information or are
trying to scare others away from
reading it. Well if pointing out that
religion is an atrocity and

that the government has and still
does take part in highly illegal
operations against citizens of this
and other countries

scares you, then you are either for
it, take part in it or you just prefer
your own little fantasy world where
those organizations "couldn't
possibly do that".

Back to the posters, and in
particular the one that said the patent post
was to long to read. This was
explained in the foreword of the post and
in the fact that I stated that I only
have one hour per day to use the
internet at the library.

And by the way, if it would take you
an hour to read that post, which
was only 10 pages

"only 10 pages"

"scares you, then you are either for it,
take part in it or you just prefer your own little
fantasy world where those organizations
"couldn't possibly do that".

Yep, sounds exactly like my mom. 30 years
experience with schizophrenia is hardly
a cause for a 'lazy' observation. She
always says the same thing...and when that
doesn't get my goat she says "you just
don't see it, you just refuse to see it".

Why don't you work james?

What is your source of income james?

Why don't you have a computer at home
james?

You are in your own little world james,
and I for one will not agree with you just to
appease you and get you to stop calling me
a scaredy cat.

James, tell us the name of the 'thing'
that goes with the patent number, and not your

Instead of reading dry patent notices,
here's a much more interesting means to bone
up on these weapons.

-------------------------------------------------

The Mind Has No Firewall
TIMOTHY L. THOMAS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lieutenant Colonel Timothy L. Thomas (USA
Ret.) is an analyst at the Foreign
Military Studies Office, Fort Leavenworth,
Kansas. Recently he has written
extensively on the Russian view of
information operations and on current Russian
military-political issues. During his
military career he served in the 82d Airborne
Division and was the Department Head of
Soviet Military-Political Affairs at the US
Army's Russian Institute in Garmisch,
Germany.

>From Parameters, Spring 1998, pp. 84-92.

excerpted from the above article:

An entirely new arsenal of weapons, based
on devices designed to introduce
subliminal messages or to alter the body's
psychological and data-processing
capabilities, might be used to
incapacitate individuals. These weapons aim to control
or alter the psyche, or to attack the
various sensory and data-processing systems of
the human organism. In both cases, the
goal is to confuse or destroy the signals
that normally keep the body in
equilibrium.

"This article examines energy-based
weapons, psychotronic weapons, and other
developments designed to alter the ability
of the human body to process stimuli. One
consequence of this assessment is that the
way we commonly use the term
"information warfare" falls short when the
individual soldier, not his equipment,
becomes the target of attack."

This post will contain a complete e-mail
that was sent out to another group
previously. I should add that anything
that I say was written and sent to another
group previously was also written and sent
out before I read the patents in the list I
posted here. May I add that to find said
patents in the list, I had to go through and at
least partially read about 4 - 5 times as
many as listed. Anyway here is the
previously written e-mail with more added
to the end.

Charts for reference - can be applied to
any measurement (time, distance, mass,
etc.)

Electromagnetic waves (radio waves,
microwaves,
infrared, visible and ultraviolet
radiation, X-rays, gamma rays, and cosmic rays - in
order of decreasing wavelengths) NOTE
decreasing wavelength does not mean
decreasing speed of waves. This applies in
a vacuum as external influences may
effect the speed and direction
of different electromagnetic waves
differently. The following chart uses the speed of
visible electromagnetic radiation or
light. Chart will vary depending on how precise of
an initial measurement of 1 light year
that you use (I used the measurement 5.88 x
10 to the 12th power from the dictionary I
have). Note, I also rounded off a year to
365 days, which doesn't account for the
extra 1/4th day every year, in these
extrapolations.

Distance
5,880,000,000,000 miles = 1 light year
16,109,589,040 miles = 1 light day
671,232,876.6 miles = 1 light hour
11,187,214.61 miles = 1 light minute
186,453.5768 miles = 1 light second
18,645.35768 miles = 1 light decisecond
1,864.535768 miles = 1 light centisecond
186.4535768 miles = 1 light millisecond
.1864535768 miles = 1 light microsecond =
984.47488 feet
.0001864535768 miles = 1 light nanosecond
= .98447488 feet = 11.81369856 inches

If you want to make your own chart, the
process goes: year to day divide by 365,
day to hour divide by 24, hour to minute
divide by 60, minute to second divide by 60,
others multiply by number in first chart.
To convert miles to feet multiply by 5280,
feet to inches multiply by 12. Again
numbers will vary depending on how precise you
want to get. The next set of figures uses
8,000 miles as the diameter of the earth
and 3.14 as pi. These figures will also
vary depending on how precise you want to
get.

8,000 miles = diameter of earth
3.14 = pi
circumference = diameter x pi
25,120 miles = circumference of earth Then
by using the speed of light per second
and
dividing by the circumference of the
earth, electromagnetic visible radiation would
theoretically travel around the earth
7.422515 times in one second. Again this would
occur at the equator at sea level under
ideal conditions and with electromagnetic
waves following the curvature of the
earth. But consider that at a 50% loss of
efficiency the waves would still travel
around the earth 3.7112575 times in one
second. Using these figures, 1 trip around
the earth in one second would require only
13.5% efficiency. This also means that at
1,000 miles away, under ideal conditions,
the electromagnetic wave would reach you
in .005363265 of one second or if rounded
off 5/1000th of one second. And if you
convert miles per second to kilometers per
second (I'll use 1 mile = 1.6 kilometer)
you get 298,325.7228 kilometers per second.
This means a single wavelength would reach
you from 298,325.7228 kilometers
away in 1 second. Which in turn means that
a continuous pulse of say millimeter
waves lasting 1 second would be
298,325.7228 kilometers long. Well there are
1,000,000 millimeters in 1 kilometer.
Which means that a 1 second continuous
pulse of millimeter sized electromagnetic
waves would contain 298,325,722,800
wavelengths. Or a pulse of millimeter
waves lasting 1/1,000,000th of 1 second (a
microsecond) would contain 298,325.7228
millimeter wavelengths, under ideal
conditions. But again at only 10%
efficiency, move the decimal point one space to
the left. Again, under ideal conditions,
if every millimeter wave contained only 1 bit of
data then 298,325.7228 millimeter waves
would contain 37.29071535 kilobytes of
data. (I use the term data to
describe the words, lyrics, or images used
in the
attacks) . 1 byte = 8 bits, 1 kilobyte =
1000 bytes. That's at the microsecond pulse
level. You can apply the above processes
to figure out any wavelength or data
quantities.

This begins the added on part.
I used millimeter wave as an example only.
A little more on the time frames. At 100
miles, the time required for the
transmission to reach its target would be
.0005363265 of 1 second or 5/10000th of 1
second or if you prefer 1/1860th of 1
second. The time frames listed here in
conjunction with the patent on conceptual
thought and a computer that could do say
1,000,000 calculations per second (slow
computer) could lead to believe time
travel or psychic type crap were involved.
Neither of which is possible or exist.
This is especially true in people that already
believe that type stuff. This type of
attack may only take 1,000 calculations per
second. This means the remote monitoring
attack broadcast (using 100 miles) would
reach the person under attack in 1/1860th
of 1 second. Said broadcast would then
continue on (or they may use secondary
transmission simultaneously) to receiver
also 100 miles away in 1/1860th of 1
second. Using the slow computer reference
above, the computer could do the 1,000
calculations in 1/1000th of 1 second. This
would then be transmitted back to the
person under attack in 1/1860th of 1 second.
Using the above mentioned .0005363265
(rounded off to .0005363 due to calculator
using) and multiplying by 3 (to person,
back, to person again) comes to .0016089 of
1 second. Adding in .001 (for the computer
calculation time) comes to .00260889 of
1 second. It takes longer to say or even
to think (unspoken words) the word one than
the entire process as described. This also
applies in the patent 3951134 where the
monitoring would already be going on and
the first transmission would be the
standard signal. Either way is possible,
but the latter is the more likely. This could
also vary depending on amount of data
(specific evoked potentials in response to
specific stimuli) that the attackers have
accumulated on an individual under attack.
This could also be coupled with or
contained in a predictability or probability type
program which again will take less time
the more repetitions (attacks) performed and
data collected. The time frames would also
apply to the brain to brain scenarios.
Taking into account the above time frames,
this would be how the attackers would or
could cause the appearance of someone
having the symptoms of so-called ADD or
ADHD. By basically just jumping around to
various torture vectors within each
individual's torture routine. The torture
vectors refer to various gates being opened
within a computer program thus causing the
computer to take that direction (vector)
sub-routine. There is also a patent in the
list previously posted that goes into how
these programs can update the torture
routines themselves, or basically use new
words, phrases, and images placed into the
pre-existing routines or sub-routines or
even create new sub-routines within a
sub-routine. The amount of these would vary
from individual to individual as needed
for the attackers to achieve their 'targeted'
results. The predictability or probability
programs could also be used with or
contained within the programs for the
patents that monitor 'interest' (or dis-interest) in
what they are attacking someone with.
These patents basically translate into
monitoring the effectiveness of various
torture tactics and responsiveness to
programming and could simply be part of a
bigger program containing all of the above
and more. The patent for the 3 brain
architecture gives pretty good descriptive
information on Artificial Neural Networks
(ANNs) and other artificial intelligence
program capabilities. The virtual reality
type patents go into using evoked potentials
to control specific and sometimes numerous
avatars (characters) in both 2 and 3
dimensional virtual space. Turned around
this basically means that a human or
computer could control the avatars on
their monitor creating the movements of the
images used in the torture attacks. This
would also allow the computer to generate 2
or 3 dimensional view of what someone
under attack sees (sound also fits this) by
the use of the above program/s that
translate the specific evoked potentials from the
attacks. Again taking into account the
above time frames, this would be very, very
close to real time. There is also a patent
that uses a television monitor for a display
device that could be used in the
aforementioned manner. A couple of the patents
describe how the scenes on the displays
can be edited and manipulated to create
different scenes containing things from
the monitoring process or to add things to
them or to create entirely new scenarios
from the evoked potentials. The patents
also mention monitoring someone for the
evoked potentials due to subliminal
messaging. All of the above can be used
with the mood manipulation (brainwave
entrainment). Death to psychotronic

This post contains an article from a site
that says it may be forwarded as long as
profit not involved. Again I reiterate
that I have no affiliation with the sites mentioned
nor do I endorse everything on any site
including this one. The part after the original
article is a follow-up ost written by me
as part of another discussion in a newsgroup.

The following is an article that I came
across Friday august 29th, 2003. I do not
know if anyone that I am sending to has
read before or not, but I have not seen any
references to it. (*NOTE I sent this out
to several sites in e-mails then) The link is
www.elfis.net/elfol8/e8elfeeg2.htm and
www.vxm.com/bib.doc.html for bibliography.
(*NOTE there is also a link to a site
containing MKUltra material on the page below
the link to this article. I cannot access
it due to the library computer saying it
contains pornography, so I do not know how
much information it contains.) I came
across this article while checking out
sites returned from the search

found the site mentioned from that search
in a previous post/e-mail). (*NOTE for
those that received this before I may
alter the wording somewhat or delete a few
sentences. The *NOTE will be anything that
I inserted this time.) A couple of
questions to keep in mind while reading
the article or to ask yourself afterwards. The
supposed established reputations;
established where? Inside their own brainwashing
cults (religions)? Why if these
'sensitives' were "marching to the same cosmic
drummer" would they not acknowledges each
other? Would not their 'abilities' make
them? Hmmm, back to the religion thing. On
the 1962 detection comments; If this
were true then either electro or magneto
encephalographic machines would register
these signals without being hooked up to
or irradiating anyone. Going back to the
first paragraph in the article, the
so-called 'earth brainwave' would have to be
extremely weak or it would entrain
everyone's brain. (*NOTE it is still stronger than
the magnetic fields that someone's brain
emits. However the brain has a natural
defense to this entrainment. Which is why
that frequency is broadcast stronger to do
the entraining.) This would seem to make
the documented occurrences of brainwave
entrainment and/or brainwave interference
at locations with very high natural
geomagnetic, ferromagnetic or
electromagnetic concentrations completely false, as
the signals would be the same anyway. If
these pronounced natural occurrences are
what is being referred to, then using an
EEG or a MEG would seem pointless as the
person being monitored would already be
entrained to said frequencies?? (*NOTE
entrainment does take different amounts of
time to occur and this even varies with
each individual.) A couple of more
paragraphs down the author asks a question.
Referring to patent 3951134 which was
granted in 1976, two years before date on
article, his question had already been
answered. Also since the technological ability
to put words and images directly into a
person's brain had been around for quite a
few years before, the question seems to be
nothing more than 'psychic' propaganda.
Note the usage of the 'magic circle'
analogy. This could also be referred to as trying
to get more guinea pigs by preying on
people that have already been brainwashed by
their particular cult (religion) as
either; that they posses a supernatural or a
paranormal ability or that other members
of their cults do and they want to be like
them, maybe even to start their own cult.
Also in this article the author points out his
blatant non-consensual experimentations,
and whether or not the author abandoned
the tests, it is rather obvious that
others did not. The author also points out what
appears to be the Soviet 'woodpecker'
signal. Note the mention of psychoactive
components. Personally, I would say that
the 'over the horizon radar' was an
unexpected side effect of the mind control
experiments or simply a convenient cover
for them. As most satellite capable
countries could track the launch or flight after
launch, no matter at what height the
missile flew, of any ballistic missile with their
satellites, the whole thing sounds like
propaganda to prey on peoples' fears or
ignorance. Wonder where they learned that?
Then there is the network referred to.
Wonder where those people are now? This
almost appears to state that these
people were carrying on the MKUltra type
experiments on their own. (*NOTE If you
read about MKUltra, that is the impression
that government wanted to give in the first
place.) Even with the allusions to
'beneficial' results, (I have already written my
opinions and the facts about brainwave
entrainment.), the last line pretty much sums
it all up. The article is 8 pages when
saved as a word file. Death to psychotronic
weaponry. Religion is fraud. James M.
Vierling Jr.

Clinical research indicates that somewhere
between 25% to 75% of human and
animal subjects may exhibit marked
psychophysiological sensitivity to extreme
low frequency magnetic and electric
fields. Brainwave entrainment can be
demonstrated electroencephalographically
when subjects are in the vicinity of
oscillations in the frequency range of
approximately 3 to 20 Hz at intensities of
below 100 nanoteslas. (1 tesla = 104
gauss)

ELF fields of 6.67 Hz, 6.26 Hz and lower
tend to produce symptoms of confusion,
anxiety, depression, tension, fear, mild
nausea and headaches, cholinergia,
arthritic-like aches, insomnia, extended reaction
times, hemispheric EEG desynchronization,
and many other vegetative disturbances.

H and B field (magnetic vector)
oscillations of 7.8, 8.O and 9 Hz produce
anxiety-relieving and stress-reducing
effects
mimicking some "meditative" states. It has
been speculated that frequencies in this
range may be the universally permeating
"clock frequencies" or carriers on which
"mind" or "consciousness" states can be
impressed and interact with other
life-forms in
the nebulous realms of ESP, psychotronics,
distant healing, radiesthesia, and
related paranormal but anecdotal
phenomena.

Coherent ELF energies have the unique and
interesting property of almost lossless
propagation within the earth-ionosphere
cavity waveguide, and attenuation of these
signals due to distance from transmitter
sites is negligible. Power losses are O.8
db
per Mm (million meters) . The magnetic
vectors, unlike electrical ( E-wave)
components, permeate any substance and
cannot
be effectively shielded, even by iron,
mu-metal, lead, copper, "Faraday cages", etc.

The established physics of radio
propagation therefore suggests that vast
geographical areas can be readily
mood-manipulated
by transmissions of EM energy within the
earth-ionosphere cavity wave guide. The
accidental discovery in 1938 of the
"Luxembourg Effect", by which a
transmitter of relatively low power, fed to an
antenna array producing a
circularly-polarized
signal, can "piggy-back" to any
preexisting RF energy source and produce
disturbances of the ionosphere at any
frequency
desired (which then "modulates" all other
energies within that "waveguide" is fully
described in the literature of 40 years
ago but
probably forgotten or overlooked by
today's technologists.

HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

My personal interest in EEG and
consciousness dates to 1969 when I became
fascinated with the (re)discoveries of Joe
Kamiya and the conscious control of
brainwaves via biofeedback. I developed
sensitive and reliable monopolar
instrumentation
for this purpose under the Alpha-Metrics
trademark.

In the course of traveling, lecturing,
teaching classes and demonstrating this EEG
equipment, and because one of my personal
interests was in parapsychology and
consciousness research, I had the unique
opportunity (and reliable instrumentation
at hand)
to make electroencephalographic recordings
of the brain wave patterns of a number
of truly exceptional subjects in the U.S
and
Hawaii who were famous or who had
demonstrated established reputations as
psychics , healers , medicine-men ,
dowsers,
etc.

Since I had a wealth of personal contacts
in both the "scientific" establishment and
"psychic underground" communities, I was
fortunate for the opportunity of meeting
and being allowed to wire up and instrument
a cross-section of "sensitives" from
vastly
different disciplines, ranging from
charismatic Christian faith healers, to an authentic
Hawaiian Kahuna, to practitioners of
Wicca, hex, Santaria,
radiesthesia-radionics, seers, ESP "readers", psychics, etc.,
etc.

A striking number of these authentic
"sensitives" exhibited a nearly identical EEG
signature when reporting that they were in
their
"working" state of consciousness, a state
persisting from one to several seconds
intermittently during the "altered state
of
consciousness" phase of the paranormal
activity. The signal appeared to be an
almost pure sine-wave of up to 25
microvolts as
read MONOPOLAR, frontal to occipital,
midline; and 7.8 to 8.0 Hz in frequency; or
on the "alpha-theta" borderline.

This serendipitous discovery was
unexpected, in that although the subjects were
practicing opposing disciplines, and
coming
from totally disparate teachings and
viewpoints, and would barely acknowledge the
existence or authenticity of practitioners
outside of their belief system, they all
appeared to be "marching to the sound of the
same cosmic drummer" when in an altered
state of consciousness.

After replicating this observation a
number of times at sites thousands of miles apart,
the obvious question arose that if these
exceptional people, unbeknown to each
other, were falling into the same "cosmic
consciousness" mode, what or where was the
signal to which their brain waves became
entrained? What was the "drummer"? Is
there a "clock" or "synchronizing" signal
present?

In 1952, physicist W. O. Schumann
postulated mathematically that our earth and
ionosphere constituted a cavity wave guide
whose physical constants and magnetic
field would oscillate at a resonant frequency
identical to the range of human brain
waves. In 1962, our National Bureau of
Standards division' of Radio Propagation
reported the actual physical detection and
instrumental recordings of these signals;
and as predicted, tracings were
indistinguishable from encephalographic
recordings
from human brain waves. This
newly-discovered phenomenon was dubbed "earth
brain wave".

Since there is a pronounced node in these
"Schumann Resonances" at 7.8 - 8.O
Hz, the question of possible EEG and ELF
interconnectedness appears to be a
irresistible area for investigation.

In 1973 a professional coil fabricator
duplicated the "Schumann" pick-up described
on page 313 in the Journal of Research of
the National Bureau of Standards, Division
of Radio Propagation, Vol 66D No.3
May-June 1962, and I perfected an
extremely low noise, highly-filtered
amplifier capable of recording and displaying the
naturally-occurring magnetic oscillations
surrounding our biosphere.

My intention was to re-contact as many of
the "sensitive" subjects from my first
study as feasible, and this time make
simultaneous EEG and ELF records and
compare the signals for frequency and
phase coherency. This was done on a more
limited scale than in the original phase
of investigations. In a few instances, careful
analysis revealed episodes of absolute
entrainment during the brief seconds when
sensitives reported being in their altered
states of consciousness. Unexpected
variables emerged, such as reliability
factors dependent on lunar phases and time of
day.

This study was extended to test the theory
that if a very small percentage of
subjects, by virtue of hereditary factors,
or religious
or metaphysical discipline, or meditative
practices, had sensitized some portion of
their minds or brains to act as an
extremely
sensitive " dual-conversion
superheterodyne receiver"; would it be possible to
remotely sense, amplify, and display this
real-time "drummer" to less sensitive
subjects whose heads were as unresponsive
and un-selective as a crystal set, so that
they
too could mimic the highly organized
"psychic" abilities of the trained "seer"?

Late in 1973, apparatus was built for
pulsing a miniature lamp held in an empty
eyeglass frame as a real-time photic
stimulus
that would cause an evoked potential in
step with the ELF "cosmic drummer". This
was moderately promising, but marginally
successful because of the individually
variable delay-llne (of about 100 milliseconds)
between the onset of the stimulus and its
response.

The next effort at inducing psychic
awareness was to place a 9 ft. diameter coil of
about 100 turns of #28 magnet wire on the
floor of the laboratory, and expose
subjects to the real-time magnetic replica of the
highly-amplified "Schumann" signal sensed
at a remote location to avoid feedback.
Results with individuals and groups
experiencing this "magic circle" were
dramatically
successful. The third generation
investigations were extended to determine if
subjects brainwaves could be influenced by
artificially generated magnetic
oscillations of sine-waves of low intensity and at
specific frequencies within the ranges
occurring
naturally.

Some subjects exhibited absolute brainwave
entrainment over the range of
approximately 6 to 14 Hz and at signal
strengths of
approximately 100 nanoteslas. Onset of
phase/frequency lock-on averaged from one
second to four seconds from the time of
switching on the artificial ELF generator,
and would sometimes last for the duration
of the stimulus, usually 10 second
episodes.

One subject (Mr. A.P., aged 54) displayed
absolute entrainment when he was
placed inside a triple-shielded magnetic
(iron)
and triple electrostatic (copper) Faraday
cage. The artificial ELF stimulus was
originating from a pocket-sized battery
powered
device positioned outside the shielded
room and 12 ft. removed from the subject.
Tuning the device over a wide frequency
range caused subjects EEG to exactly
follow the stimulus.

After demonstrating the neurological
responses of sensitive individuals, and doing
preliminary mapping of subjective states
as
reported for various specific frequencies
(defined to 1/100 Hz on a digital frequency
counter attached to the ELF generator),
experiments were undertaken on a broader
scale with totally unaware subjects, such
as customers at local coffee shops during
rush hours. This obviated the variables of
"suggestion", "expectancy" or "hypnosis".

Anecdotal data amassed suggesting that a
pocket-sized transmitter at power levels
of under 100 milliwatts could drastically
alter the moods of unsuspecting persons,
and that vast geographical areas could be
surreptitiously mood manipulated by
invisible and remote transmissions of EM
energy. Tests were rapid:y abandoned
after dramatic proof because of ethical
considerations.

It is well known that naturally-occurring
earth-ionosphere magnetic oscillations will
vary slightly in frequency diurnally,
monthly
(full vs. new boon), and in definite
cycles related to sunspot activity. This may well
explain observable "full moon craziness".

Resonant frequencies are also affected by
earth-venus-mercury-moon-Jupiter-sun
gravity vectors. And there is
well-documented correlation between these
geophysical phenomena and episodes of
political unrest, mood alteration, and
health cycles; as supported by a vast
technical and medical Literature. Our
"Drummer"seems to affect all life-forms.
An
excellent reference source of widely
unrelated phenomena dramatically tied to our
earth's geomagnetic cycles is Peterson's
Man. Weather. Sun. cited in the
bibliography.

And by artificially amplifying or altering
or distorting these geomagnetic fields, or
transmitting specific and coherent
frequencies,
vast segments of earth's populations could
be affected. This now becomes an
attractive modality of psychological or
psionic
warfare; or intentional modification of
moods that could reflect in areas ranging from
time-specific insomnia to stock market
fluctuations. (There have been recent
epidemics of 4:00 to 5:30 AM "worry",
insomnia coinciding with the 9 Hz
"Schumann"
drop-out as observed in journals of
geomagnetic research.)

On several occasions within the last few
years, our laboratory began detecting
wavetrains in the ELF ranges that could
not be
of natural origin. These may or may not be
related to recent Soviet transmissions of
radio energy spread over broad segments
of the frequency spectrum ranging up to 28
MHz. Danish monitoring stations report
that peak powers of these signals are on
the order of 40 megawatts. Transmitters
are presumably located near Riga or Gomel.
Transmissions have disrupted lawful
radio communications throughout the world,
and have been protested by many
nations. The Soviets have not given an
adequate
explanation of the purpose of these tests.
An early supposition assumed Soviet
experiments with over-the horizon radar.
Perhaps the psychoactive EM components are
unexpected side-effects of this new
technology.

Canadian Department of Transport
monitoring sources have established that
spectrum analysis of these strange signals
appear
to be higher harmonics of a fundamental
frequency of 6.67 Hz. (The Tesla fo) . The
signals are modulated with pulses with
repetition rates of 5 to 15 pulses per
second, usually 10 Hz.

Besides modifying the electrical, ionic,
and stratospheric jet stream equilibrium
weather-motion factors, the signals fall
precisely
within the windows known to be
psychoactive.

The Canadians report alarming
mood-alterations in certain areas of Eastern Canada,
such as near Timmins and Kirkland Lake,
Ontario, which observers believe are
linked to Soviet transmissions.

Since both theory and laboratory tests
prove that magnetic (H-wave) shielding is
impossible at these psycho-active
frequencies,
even with highly sophisticated multiple
iron or mu-metal shielding, it can be
speculated that ELF signals can be a
powerful
potential weapon with global capabilities
in psycho-physiological warfare. (The
wavelength of an 8 Hz signal is 22,159
miles).

I feel that tests should be undertaken
with a number of remote ELF sensors that can
be made directional in order to establish
by triangulation the sources of these
recently detected manmade disturbances,
whether originating from offshore or
domestically. ELF data should be
correlated with data monitored from Soviet
transmissions that can be detected on
commercial short-wave receivers. These two
modalities can be in turn correlated with
human or animal EEG recordings. (Note:
this was done 5/25/78 with positive
correlations; R.C.B.)

ELF as a modality for mood-manipulation is
a demonstrated reality. And there is a
strong possibility that it has been
implemented since 1975 by the Soviets,
intentionally or accidentally as an
unpredicted side effect of local standing
waves or
re-radiation of power lines.

This speculation is being explored
currently by a network of independent scientists
working in the disciplines of
psychophysiology, geophysics. radio
propagation, pharmacology, physics,
electronics, and psychotherapy.

A bibliography of pertinent medical and
technical articles and books is attached to
this report.

Possible countermeasure proposals embrace
psychopharmacology, adaptive
desensitization, and the utilization of
personal
low-powered (milliwatt) magnetic
oscillators which by the law of inverse-square will
override hostile signals, man made or
natural, with beneficial frequencies.

An interesting device of this nature with
possible "countermeasure" capabilities is
the "Vitasette" instrument designed by W.
Ludwlg for limited distribution and
testing in West Germany. One model of this
device is the size of a cigarette lighter
and has a
claimed battery life of two years.
Frequencies are user programmable over the range
of 1.25 to 19 Hz by activating specific
combinations of switches. This "
transmitter" generates spike-wave pulses when a
mu-metal core of extremely high
permeability
is driven to beyond saturation with a
single transistor and coil.

Effective range is claimed to be about one
meter. This is sufficient to insure proper
synchronization of the wearer 's
biological
clocks" , circadian rhythms, and possible
coherency of left and right hemisphere
neuronal firings. Ludwig claims cures for
a
broad spectrum of vegetative disturbances

Similar to the characteristics of a
frequency-modulation discriminator (Foster-Seeley)
the brain cells appear to "latch" to the
highest amplitude pulses in their
proximity, and unlike "A.M." detectors, will reject
background noise and pulses of lower
intensity. The analogy would be that a
small transistor radio held up to a listener's
ear would drown out a nearby rock-muslc
band with thousands of watts of audio
amplification. Similarly, a milliwatt device worn
on the body could override a hostile
transmission of megawatt power at a
distance.

While almost everyone is familiar with
electronic "heart pacers" capable of insuring
proper heart rhythms, few are aware of
recent research establishing that
brainwaves and other biological functions can be
influenced at great distances by magnetic
pulses of critical frequencies.

There is promise that such devices, when
tuned to highly specific "beneficial" rates,
could be of value in stress-modification,
tension and anxiety relief, dyslexia;
psychotherapy, insomnia, "confusion" states if
caused by left and right hemisphere
desynchronization, headaches, sexual
dysfunction, and many other conditions.
However, much like the initial application
of
atomic energy, the first large-scale
implementations of ELF discoveries appear to be
destructive.

I invite other interested investigators to
replicate and verify my observations.
A brief disclosure of my procedures
follows.

A human subject, selected for sensitivity,
is wired to a battery-powered, totally
isolated EEG amplifier. The output is
recorded
on one or more channels of chart, or
(preferably) fed as an FM/VCO to channel(s) of
magnetic tape. Monopolar electrodes
were frontal to occipital, midline.

Simultaneously, but with electrical or
optical isolation sufficient to eliminate
cross-talk, the output of a
magnetic-signal detector
(Schumann coil) is chartrecorded or fed to
its separate magnetic tape channel.

The "Schumann" coils typically consist of
50,000 to 250,000 turns of #38 magnet
wire wound on a ferrite, soft-iron, or
mu-metal core. Coil axis is oriented to
magnetic N-5 and connected to a separate
amplifier having a bandpass of 2-40 Hz, a
noise figure capable of seeing O.1
micro-volt rms at 10 k ohms, and 100 db. or better
rejection of frequencies of 60 Hz and
higher.

With proper subjects, phase and frequency
EEG "lock-ons" can be easily observed
by inspecting the chart recordings, or if
measurements are made in the field, by
later observation of the magnetic tape
records after signal recovery on paper
charts or
dual-trace storage scopes (Tektronlx 214).

My initial transmitter of ELF signals
consisted of a phase-shift, pure sine-wave
oscillator whose output was fed to a 10 Hy
soft
iron core inductance of 1200 ohm dc
resistance. Power level was 9 volts at O.7 ma,
or 6.3 milliwatts. This device could cause
EEG modification and mood alteratlon in
subjects at up to 10 ft. A higher power
device constructed in 1973 provided
greater
effective range, as was expected. Highly
specific modulating and carrier frequencies
must obviously be withheld for fear of
potential mis-use, as are "keyhole" and
waveform data, also details of the
multiple-source devices producing "
soliton" ELF
magnetic standing waves.

My investigations began in 1970 . Early
research In consciousness-modification by
external non-chemical stimulus was
undertaken in the following areas.

Photic stimulation of the subjects by
miniature lamps, both cold-cathode
(phosphors) and filament, and "strobe".
These light
sources were either driven by oscillators
or by the subject's amplified brainwaves in
real time and later) with delayed and
phase-modified pulses to "pump" EEG's.

Exposure of subjects to voltage-gradient
oscillating fields, and electrostatic
(modulated) fields.

Exposure of subjects to pulse-modulated
negative ion generators, typically (-)20 kv
dc sources of corona discharge modulated
by mechanically rotating screen-shields or
by carefully adjusted spark gaps that
would arc over and short the output at
frequencies centering on the 8 Hz. range.

Exposure of subjects to actinic stimulus
of nearly monochromatic red-green-blue
pulses of light through a fiber-optic
display
device, held close to the left or right
eye. Phase and frequency of each channel was
selectively varied in efforts to excite
red-green-blue rod and cone receptors
independently and evoke "standing wave"
potentials in specific sites of the
occipital
cortex. By selective excitation of both
eyes with delayed pulses, evoked "standing
waves" occurred.

Audible " click" stimulus was explored, as
were infrasonics , ultrasonics (28 k Hz)
and phase-shifted sound fed to left and
right
ears. Audio-modulated 100 kHz
electrostatic fields were tested.

In two series of tests, the amplified,
filtered, and clipped ( about 200 mv) real-time
"Schumann" signals were fed directly to
the
head via surface electrodes. This approach
was dramatically psychoactive, and
abandoned in 1974 as dangerous
aftersubjects
experienced "LSD" type visions.

At this time, we prefer SINUSOIDAL (not
pulsed, triangular, square, saw-toothed,
etc.) waveforms. Fundamental frequencies
are psychoactive, but can be enhanced by
audio-modulating them onto compound
carrier frequencies, hetrodyning multiple
sources, generating "soliton" waves; etc.

We feel that much data has been overlooked
by other researchers not specifying the
precise frequencies under investigation to
accuracies of .01 to .001 Hz. There is
evidence that long-chain molecules near
liquid-crystal boundaries may simulate
coherent
dipole arrays with very high Qs.
Biological signals are after all at the opposite end of
the electromagnetic spectrum where
communications frequencies in the VHF and
UHF bands are specified to .005% and
better.

These investigations have been undertaken
privately as a personal interest by the
author. They have been totally funded by
myself, and are in no way connected with
any outside interests, either governmental
or commercial.

Results have been reported on an informal
basis via limited personal
communications with other interested
parties. Highly
specific frequency and advanced waveform
data are proprietary.

Precise technical details on low-noise
biological and geomagnetic amplifiers, filters,
Schumann detector coils (now into our
forth-generation devices), practical and
inexpensive voltage-controlled oscillator and
F.M. discriminator circuits for cassette
tape recording of ELF and EEG signals and
data, practical and inexpensive
modifications to digital frequency
counters
extending their ranges to 1/100 Hz,
suggestions for recording and displaying and
analyzing these signals, etc., etc., can
be made
available to other serious and informed
research workers who have a responsible
interest in this subject. We feel it wise
to
withhold only the data on hemispheric
desynchronization frequencies.

The instruments and hardware used in this
study can be made available for
inspection and evaluation.

Emphasis in this report on ELF magnetic
phenomena rather than details of results of
related psychoactive modalities is based
on
the conclusion that the physics and
propagation characteristics make this the most
viable choice of technically feasible
global
mood manipulation.

That written, the "sub-conscious" is
nothing more than something that has been
learned by someone, (or in some cases
programmed into someone), that they don't
have to think about (consciously try) to
accomplish. Heart beat, breathing, walking
(once learned and provided no injuries
happen to necessitate re-learning), reading,
etc. However, the brain functions relating
to these activities still occur, i.e. your heart
will not beat without the electrical
impulses from your brain (the few beats that may
occur due to habituation of muscle
contraction sometimes occur, but will cease after
a couple). As the brain and nervous
systems develop (read about DNA, which is
nothing more than a chain of elements, on
your own), which said development being
chemical interactions between elements and
what supplies the electrical impulses to
the nervous system as a sort of kick
start. This is also when the development of a
defense mechanism against interference
waveforms starts, if it didn't then the fetus
would be nothing more than a part of the
same organism as the mother. The
mother's womb is basically a life support
system or extra-venous feeding tube
supplying elements for the chemical
interactions to occur. The 'kicking' or movement
of the fetus inside the womb is the
fetus's nervous system developing and an
electrical impulse or impulses reaching
the muscle system causing a reaction and
can also be a response to an external
stimulus (or sensory input) reaching the fetus.
At birth a child's brain starts receiving
and processing other sensory input in
response to external stimuli. Crawling and
walking are things that are learned ,
usually aided by visual stimuli of seeing
someone or something else moving and
trying to mimick them or it, but once
learned and repeated don't have to be thought
out to accomplished. Talking would be an
example of both sub-conscious and
conscious processes. Once someone learns
how to pronounc

pronounce or say the words then they don't
have to consciously think about doing
so, however someone can consciously think
about what words to use or if that
someone chooses to respond with words or
not. A child can learn to mimick words
before it learns either their definitions
or their spelling. This happens due to the
child's brain comparing (or correlating)
the auditory evoked potentials that occur from
it hearing itself to the auditory evoked
potentials that occur from hearing what the
child is trying to mimick or imitate.
(This is also how an impressionist would learn to
imitate others). This would also be how
someone learns to think to themselves which
IS unvoiced speech. The brain correlates
all evoked potentials from sensory inputs.
Also a child may learn the meaning, to a
certain extent, of some simplistic words
before learning to spell or read through
what is known as conditioned response. In
other words, if said child makes a certain
sound then a certain effect may happen.
For example, the child yells "ma" or "mom"
and someone responds then the child
will associate one with the other. So if
its mother responds then the child associates
the two, but by the same effect if said
child yelled "ma" or "mom" and the father
responds this would then be what the child
will associate with said noise until taught
the definitions of the words. By associate
I mean this is the set of evoked potentials
through sensory input (whether an
auditory, visual or other response was made) that
the child's brain will correlate with the
evoked potentials from the sound that it made.
If the child could actually think the
words to make this association, then said child
would also be able to say the words and
would also know what the words meant.

Emotions come from how someone perceives
an external stimulus, or how they have
been programmed to perceive said stimulus.
A simple "No" may cause a child, or in
some cases an adult, to become angry or
sad when in fact it may have been very
beneficial, i.e. reaching for something on
the stove, grabbing for a sharp object, etc.
This is also from the conditioned response
thing where the child's brain has already
associated reaching for something with
getting it especially in a child where the
definitions of various objects or what
they do has not yet been learned. Fear would
be an emotion that can be caused by an
absence of external stimuli, however this
only happens when external stimuli have
been present before. Once someone has
learned how to think to themselves or how
to visualize something in their brain,
which also happens due to the association
of evoked potentials that occur in
someone's brain to various external
stimuli, then this can sometimes also be a way
for a person to change their emotions.
This however is also causing an emotion in
response to a stimulus. Again, neither
thoughts nor emotions transfer by any kind of
brain projection. A couple of examples:
Someone you enjoy seeing or talking to
arrives where you are or phones you. This
stimulus in turn evokes potentials in your
brain which your brain associates with
pleasant emotions. At which point you
become happy or glad, however this person
is in a bad mood or as some call it a
'negative' emotional state. You are happy,
they are not. This person then tells you
why they are not happy which in turn
changes your emotional state in response to
the evoked potentials from the external
stimulus (the other person's story). The
emotional change occurring due to the
association of your brain with the evoked
potentials from the story or due to the
evoked potentials from the stimulus of seeing
someone that is usually associated with
good emotions not in a good mood. This
would also apply if say someone that you
don't like enters wherever you are. You
were in a good mood, but in response to
said stimulus (the person entering) and the
processes mentioned above an emotional
change occurs. Even if the person you
don't like is in a very good mood. This
would also be why a scenario like the one just
mentioned can cause a brief emotional
response to just the person entering while
not changing someone's entire mood.

All brain functions can be recorded. By
the way, 25 microvolts written in numerals is
.000025 of 1 volt, or in fractional terms
25/1000000th of 1 volt. Do you really think
that the 'people' (I use the term loosely)
that took part in MKUltra style atrocities
using psychoactive and psychotropic drugs
were not recording the brainwave
patterns and frequencies of their guinea
pigs or victims? Note the article's mention of
the psychoactive effects of the
broadcasts. And also the effects mentioned when the
power was increased and applied directly
to the head of the 'subject' via surface
electrodes. So basically the 'authentic'
sensitives were entraining their own brains
into a psychoactive state. This also
coincides with stuff like vision quests, white
lights near death and the like. Again when
entering this psychoactive state, the
people doing so are only going to 'see'
what has been programmed into them that
they will. Even if said programming (or
database, which would not contain any
'answers' that would go against whatever
cult brainwashing they have been deluded
by) includes options, they will 'see' what
they wanted to see before they entered said
state. This could also be called
self-induced hallucination, or could be referred to as
their own brain providing the suggestion
when entering into said 'hypnotic' state. Now
as for the specific frequencies mentioned
in the article, there are several mentions to
higher frequencies being used for
entrainment to aid in brainwashing, brain
programming or behavioral modification in
the patent list that I posted/e-mailed.
Whether electromagnetic, visual or
auditory and with or without subliminals or
supraliminals. That also applies to
training someone to self-induce the 'meditative'
states.

As for what happens with brainwave
entrainment, whatever device that is used for the
entrainment be it visual, auditory,
tactile electromagnetic, etc. overrides the
frequency or frequencies occurring in a
person's brain and forces that person's brain
into a different frequency. That is why it
can be used on people that are unaware that
someone is attacking them. Even when said
frequency forcing is felt by the person
under attack. Personally as I take no
psychoactive or psychotropic drugs (never will)
that would either mask the attacks or aid
in them, some of them even admit to
heightening someone's level of
susceptibility to suggestion, I can feel the alterations
in the frequencies used to attack me. It
is not pleasant and this would also be a
cause of the headaches that people under
attack get when their brain fights against
the entrainment.

And I should point out the the author,
Robert Beck, of the article in the previous post
worked for the government and the
co-author, Eldon Byrd, of the bibliography page
worked for the department of the Navy

Here are some excerpts from Robert Beck's
article that I found amusing.

quote:

In the course of traveling,
lecturing, teaching classes and
demonstrating this EEG equipment, and
because one of my personal
interests was in parapsychology and
consciousness research, I had
the unique opportunity (and reliable
instrumentation at hand) to make
electroencephalographic recordings of
the brain wave patterns of a
number of truly exceptional subjects
in the U.S and Hawaii who were
famous or who had demonstrated
established reputations as psychics
, healers , medicine-men , dowsers,
etc.

quote:

Unexpected variables emerged, such as
reliability factors dependent
on lunar phases and time of day.

quote:

It is well known that
naturally-occurring earth-ionosphere magnetic
oscillations will vary slightly in
frequency diurnally, monthly (full vs.
new boon), and in definite cycles
related to sunspot activity. This may
well explain observable "full moon
craziness".

quote:

Resonant frequencies are also
affected by
earth-venus-mercury-moon-Jupiter-sun
gravity vectors. And there is
well-documented correlation between
these geophysical phenomena
and episodes of political unrest,
mood alteration, and health cycles; as
supported by a vast technical and
medical Literature.

I'm sure there are many many more.

Sigh, sometimes it's cons. Sometimes is

Well, at least this is all in one thread,
and not a whole forum of it all.

One thing about patents. A patent doesn't
make the thing actually work.

Hey, if there is a patent on man/machine
interface, then maybe noone will bother
trying to build one. The patent holder
would only be able to sell it right?

And if it doesn't work, well, nothing to
worry about. No borgs running around. Oh
well.

I think James is definiely on to something
here and noone can deny it.

>From time to time there have been EEG studies
done on individuals displaying exceptional or what might be considered
anomalous phenomena by
some....that is, defying conventional
explanation at our current state of knowledge. The first one is an
abstract of an EEG analysis done on one of the definers
of remote viewing, Ingo Swann. The second one
is a much earlier study done by Dr. Charles Tart on the self-professed
OBEr, the late Robert Monroe whom he
identified originally as Mr. X. In the
original, Tart described an unusual rhythm in terms of frquency and
amplitude but which he did not name. Nor did it have a
name back in 1965-7. Today, based on that
description, this rhythm was theta hypersynchrony which is frequently
seen in young children but extremely rarely
if ever in adults.

The third study done at the University of
Chicago dealt with the phenomenon studied rather than selected
exceptional individuals. In this case an evoke related
potential was identified on the EEG when the
true target card was shown as opposed to the other 3.

Remote viewing with the artist Ingo
Swann: neuropsychological profile,
electroencephalographic correlates,
magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and
possible mechanisms.

Persinger MA, Roll WG, Tiller SG, Koren
SA, Cook CM.

Department of Psychology, Laurentian
University, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.

In the present study, the artist Ingo
Swann, who helped develop the
process of remote viewing (awareness of
distant objects or places without
employing normal senses), was exposed
during a single setting of 30 min. to specific patterns of
circumcerebral magnetic fields that significantly
altered his subjective experiences.
Several times during subsequent days, he was asked to sit in a quiet
chamber and to sketch and to describe
verbally distant stimuli (pictures or
places) beyond his normal senses.

The proportions of unusual 7-Hz spike and
slow wave activity over the
occipital lobes per trial were moderately
correlated (rho=.50) with the
ratings of accuracy between these distal,
hidden stimuli and his
responses. A neuropsychological
assessment and Magnetic Resonance Imaging indicated a different
structural and functional organization within
the
parieto-occipital region of the subject's
right hemisphere from
organizations typically noted. The
results suggest that this type of
paranormal phenomenon, often dismissed as
methodological artifact or
accepted as proofs of spiritual
existence, is correlated with
neurophysiological processes and physical
events. Remote viewing may beenhanced by complex experimentally
generated magnetic fields
designed to
interact with the neuromagnetic "binding
factor" of consciousness.

Further Psychophysiological Study of
Out-of-the-Body Experiences in a Gifted Subject, Robert A. Monroe

Charles T. Tart

Parapsychological Association.)

This article was originally published

Association, W. Roll, R. Morris & J. Morris

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Article

In a previous publication (Int. J.
Parapsychol., 9, 1967, 251- 258), a psychophysiological study of a male
subject (Robert Monroe) ,who had
frequent, self-induced, out-of-the-body
experiences (OBEs) was reported. The two brief OBEs he was able to
produce in the laboratory occurred
during an EEG state that resembled Stage
1 dreaming, but this identification was somewhat ambiguous because of
exceptionally high variability
in the subject's EEG patterns. The
subject was unable to report on an ESP target used in that study.

In the present study, the same subject
was studied again in a more comfortable laboratory setting. In the
course of a two-hour session, he
reported two brief OBEs, and reported
awakening within a few seconds after each, allowing correlation of
physiological recordings with the OBE.
EEG, eye movements, and peripheral blood
flow (plethysmograph) were recorded, and the subject was monitored via
closed circuit TV for the first
OBE, but not for the second.

The subject was asked to try to produce
an OBE, to travel into the equipment room where the experimenter was,
and to read a five- digit target
number in the equipment room. In his
first experience, he reported finding himself in the hall connecting
the rooms for a period of eight to ten
seconds at most, but then being forced to
return to his body because of breathing difficulties. In his second
OBE, he reported trying to follow the
EEG cable through the wall to the
equipment room but, to his amazement, found himself outside the
building and facing another building wall,
still following a cable. He later
recognized a courtyard on the inside of the building, 180 degrees
opposite the equipment room, as the place he
had experienced himself at. Although he
had no memory of ever having seen this courtyard, it is possible that
he could have gotten a look at it
while in the experimenter's office
earlier in the day. There was no cable in the courtyard.

The EEG prior to the first experience may
be roughly classified as a borderline or hypnagogic state, a Stage 1
pattern containing bits of slowed
alpha rhythm (indicative of drowsiness)
and theta activity (a normal sleeping pattern). This pattern persisted
through the first OBE, but was
accompanied by a sudden fall of systolic
blood pressure lasting seven seconds, this being roughly equivalent to
the estimated length of the OBE.
There was eye movement activity of an
ambiguous nature during this period. The second OBE was reported after
a period of EEG shifting
between Stage 1 and Stage 2 sleep. Its
exact duration is unknown, but appears to have been accompanied by a
similar Stage 1 pattern, and
only two instances of isolated eye
movement activity near the end. No clear-cut cardiac (plethysmograph)
changes were seen. The subject
reported having used a different
technique for producing the OBE this time.

These findings generally parallel those
of the earlier published study: the subject's OBEs seem to occur in
conjunction with a prolonged,
deliberately produced hypnagogic state
(Stage 1 EEG). Such prolonged states are not normally seen in the
laboratory. The preponderance of
theta rhythms and the occasional slowed
alpha show an intriguing parallel with EEG states reported for advanced
Zen masters during meditation.
Modern EEG feedback techniques have shown
that subjects can learn to produce increased alpha rhythm, and to slow
the frequency of their
alpha rhythm. Studies now being conducted
in my laboratory will determine the feasibility of training subjects to
produce an abundance of theta
rhythm. If this is successful, they will
then be taught psychological techniques believed to increase the
likelihood of OBEs, and to superimpose
these techniques on a high theta state,
to see if this offers a key to the laboratory production of OBEs in
ordinary subjects. The major
achievement of the present experiment has
been to demonstrate that OBEs can occur in a laboratory setting, and
are thus amenable to scientific
investigation.

Differential Event-Related Potentials to
Targets and Decoys in a Guessing Task
Bruce E. McDonough, Norman S. Don, and
Charles A. Warren, Kairos Foundation, University of Illinois at Chicago

Abstract (only)

Event-related brain potentials (ERPs)
were recorded from 20 subjects performing a computerized, forced-choice
guessing task. On each of 40
trials, ERPs were elicited by digitized
images of 4 playing cards, sequentially presented on a video monitor
for 150 ms. After the last card was
presented, subjects guessed which of the
4 cards would be the target for that trial. Following the subject's
guess, the computer randomly
selected one of the 4 cards to be the
target and presented this as feedback; the remaining 3 cards served as
nontarget decoys for the trial. We
found that a negative Slow Wave measured
at 150-500 ms post-stimulus had greater amplitude when elicited by
targets than when elicited by
nontarget decoys (p ¾ .05). This result
indicates an apparent communications anomaly because no viable
conventional explanation of the ERP
differential could be identified. It is
the fourth study in our laboratory employing essentially the same
design to yield this or a similar ERP effect.

james m. vierling jr,

Dont put yourself through the unnecessary
burden of worrying about psychotronic
weaponry, its science fiction. Its never
going to be anything but fiction.

Dont worry about the patents, you can get
a patent for just about anything (did you
know things like the Flobee and devices
designed to talk to the dead have patents
behind them). Hell, even the Q-ray is
patented, but it doesnt mean the Q-ray device
actually works as it was intended (unless
its intent was to scam and fraud people, in
that case it works GREAT!).

There are no such things as "mind control"
devices (Note: Things such as electrodes
which stimulate neural tissue probably
wouldnt be defined as "mind control", and
certainly wouldnt be "psychotronic
weaponry").

Alright, now dont think about such things
and have a good day.

"It is completely clear that the
state which is first to create such
weapons will achieve incomparable
superiority." -- Major I. Chernishev,
Russian army[1]

The human body, much like a computer,
contains myriad data
processors. They include, but are not
limited to, the
chemical-electrical activity of the
brain, heart, and peripheral nervous
system, the signals sent from the
cortex region of the brain to other
parts of our body, the tiny hair
cells in the inner ear that process
auditory signals, and the
light-sensitive retina and cornea of the eye
that process visual activity.[2] We
are on the threshold of an era in
which these data processors of the
human body may be manipulated
or debilitated. Examples of unplanned
attacks on the body's
data-processing capability are
well-documented. Strobe lights have
been known to cause epileptic
seizures. Not long ago in Japan,
children watching television cartoons
were subjected to pulsating lights
that caused seizures in some and made
others very sick.

Defending friendly and targeting
adversary data-processing capabilities
of the body appears to be an area of
weakness in the US approach to
information warfare theory, a theory
oriented heavily toward systems
data-processing and designed to
attain information dominance on the
battlefield. Or so it would appear
from information in the open,
unclassified press. This US
shortcoming may be a serious one, since
the capabilities to alter the data-
processing systems of the body
already exist. A recent edition of
U.S. News and World Report
highlighted several of these "wonder
weapons" (acoustics, microwaves,
lasers) and noted that scientists are
"searching the electromagnetic
and sonic spectrums for wavelengths
that can affect human
behavior."[3] A recent Russian
military article offered a slightly different
slant to the problem, declaring that
"humanity stands on the brink of a
psychotronic war" with the mind and
body as the focus. That article
discussed Russian and international
attempts to control the
psycho-physical condition of man and
his decisionmaking processes
by the use of VHF-generators,
"noiseless cassettes," and other
technologies.

An entirely new arsenal of weapons,
based on devices designed to
introduce subliminal messages or to
alter the body's psychological and
data-processing capabilities, might
be used to incapacitate individuals.
These weapons aim to control or alter
the psyche, or to attack the
various sensory and data-processing
systems of the human organism.
In both cases, the goal is to confuse
or destroy the signals that
normally keep the body in
equilibrium.

This article examines energy-based
weapons, psychotronic weapons,
and other developments designed to
alter the ability of the human body
to process stimuli. One consequence
of this assessment is that the
way we commonly use the term
"information warfare" falls short when
the individual soldier, not his
equipment, becomes the target of attack.

Information Warfare Theory and the
Data-Processing Element of
Humans

In the United States the common
conception of information warfare
focuses primarily on the capabilities
of hardware systems such as
computers, satellites, and military
equipment which process data in its
various forms. According to
Department of Defense Directive S-3600.1
of 9 December 1996, information
warfare is defined as "an information
operation conducted during time of
crisis or conflict to achieve or
promote specific objectives over a
specific adversary or adversaries."
An information operation is defined
in the same directive as "actions
taken to affect adversary information
and information systems while
defending one's own information and
information systems." These
"information systems" lie at the
heart of the modernization effort of the
US armed forces and other countries,
and manifest themselves as
hardware, software, communications
capabilities, and highly trained
individuals. Recently, the US Army
conducted a mock battle that
tested these systems under simulated
combat conditions.

US Army Field Manual 101-5-1,
Operational Terms and Graphics
(released 30 September 1997), defines
information warfare as "actions
taken to achieve information
superiority by affecting a hostile's
information, information
based-processes, and information systems,
while defending one's own
information, information processes, and
information systems." The same manual
defines information operations
as a "continuous military operation
within the military information
environment that enables, enhances,
and protects friendly forces'
ability to collect, process, and act
on information to achieve an
advantage across the full range of
military operations. [Information
operations include] interacting with
the Global Information Environment
. . . and exploiting or denying an
adversary's information and decision
capabilities."[4]

This "systems" approach to the study
of information warfare
emphasizes the use of data, referred
to as information, to penetrate an
adversary's physical defenses that
protect data (information) in order to
obtain operational or strategic
advantage. It has tended to ignore the
role of the human body as an
information- or data-processor in this
quest for dominance except in those
cases where an individual's logic
or rational thought may be upset via
disinformation or deception. As a
consequence little attention is
directed toward protecting the mind and
body with a firewall as we have done
with hardware systems. Nor have
any techniques for doing so been
prescribed. Yet the body is capable
not only of being deceived,
manipulated, or misinformed but also shut
down or destroyed--just as any other
data-processing system. The
"data" the body receives from
external sources--such as
electromagnetic, vortex, or acoustic
energy waves--or creates through
its own electrical or chemical
stimuli can be manipulated or changed
just as the data (information) in any
hardware system can be altered.
The only body-related information
warfare element considered by the
United States is psychological
operations (PSYOP). In Joint
Publication 3-13.1, for example,
PSYOP is listed as one of the
elements of command and control
warfare. The publication notes that
"the ultimate target of [information
warfare] is the information
dependent process, whether human or
automated . . . . Command and
control warfare (C2W) is an
application of information warfare in military
operations. . . . C2W is the
integrated use of PSYOP, military
deception, operations security,
electronic warfare and physical
destruction."[5]
One source defines information as a
"nonaccidental signal used as an
input to a computer or communications
system."[6] The human body
is a complex communication system
constantly receiving
nonaccidental and accidental signal
inputs, both external and internal.
If the ultimate target of information
warfare is the information-dependent
process, "whether human or
automated," then the definition in the joint
publication implies that human
data-processing of internal and external
signals can clearly be considered an
aspect of information warfare.
Foreign researchers have noted the
link between humans as data
processors and the conduct of
information warfare. While some study
only the PSYOP link, others go beyond
it. As an example of the
former, one recent Russian article
described offensive information
warfare as designed to "use the
Internet channels for the purpose of
organizing PSYOP as well as for
`early political warning' of threats to
American interests."[7] The author's
assertion was based on the fact
that "all mass media are used for
PSYOP . . . [and] today this must
include the Internet." The author
asserted that the Pentagon wanted to
use the Internet to "reinforce
psychological influences" during special
operations conducted outside of US
borders to enlist sympathizers,
who would accomplish many of the
tasks previously entrusted to
special units of the US armed forces.

Others, however, look beyond simple
PSYOP ties to consider other
aspects of the body's data-processing
capability. One of the principal
open source researchers on the
relationship of information warfare to
the body's data-processing capability
is Russian Dr. Victor Solntsev of
the Baumann Technical Institute in
Moscow. Solntsev is a young,
well-intentioned researcher striving
to point out to the world the
potential dangers of the computer
operator interface. Supported by a
network of institutes and academies,
Solntsev has produced some
interesting concepts.[8] He insists
that man must be viewed as an
open system instead of simply as an
organism or closed system. As
an open system, man communicates with
his environment through
information flows and communications
media. One's physical
environment, whether through
electromagnetic, gravitational, acoustic,
or other effects, can cause a change
in the psycho-physiological
condition of an organism, in
Solntsev's opinion. Change of this sort
could directly affect the mental
state and consciousness of a computer
operator. This would not be
electronic war or information warfare in the
traditional sense, but rather in a
nontraditional and non-US sense. It
might encompass, for example, a
computer modified to become a
weapon by using its energy output to
emit acoustics that debilitate the
operator. It also might encompass, as
indicated below, futuristic
weapons aimed against man's "open
system."

Solntsev also examined the problem of
"information noise," which
creates a dense shield between a
person and external reality. This
noise may manifest itself in the form
of signals, messages, images, or
other items of information. The main
target of this noise would be the
consciousness of a person or a group
of people. Behavior modification
could be one objective of information
noise; another could be to upset
an individual's mental capacity to
such an extent as to prevent reaction
to any stimulus. Solntsev concludes
that all levels of a person's
psyche (subconscious, conscious, and
"superconscious") are
potential targets for
destabilization.

According to Solntsev, one computer
virus capable of affecting a
person's psyche is Russian Virus 666.
It manifests itself in every 25th
frame of a visual display, where it
produces a combination of colors
that allegedly put computer operators
into a trance. The subconscious
perception of the new pattern
eventually results in arrhythmia of the
heart. Other Russian computer
specialists, not just Solntsev, talk
openly about this "25th frame effect"
and its ability to subtly manage a
computer user's perceptions. The
purpose of this technique is to inject
a thought into the viewer's
subconscious. It may remind some of the
subliminal advertising controversy in
the United States in the late
1950s.
US Views on "Wonder Weapons":
Altering the Data-Processing Ability
of the Body

What technologies have been examined
by the United States that
possess the potential to disrupt the
data-processing capabilities of the
human organism? The 7 July 1997 issue
of U.S. News and World
Report described several of them
designed, among other things, to
vibrate the insides of humans, stun
or nauseate them, put them to
sleep, heat them up, or knock them
down with a shock wave.[9] The
technologies include dazzling lasers
that can force the pupils to close;
acoustic or sonic frequencies that
cause the hair cells in the inner ear
to vibrate and cause motion sickness,
vertigo, and nausea, or
frequencies that resonate the
internal organs causing pain and
spasms; and shock waves with the
potential to knock down humans or
airplanes and which can be mixed with
pepper spray or chemicals.[10]

With modification, these
technological applications can have many
uses. Acoustic weapons, for example,
could be adapted for use as
acoustic rifles or as acoustic fields
that, once established, might
protect facilities, assist in hostage
rescues, control riots, or clear
paths for convoys. These waves, which
can penetrate buildings, offer a
host of opportunities for military
and law enforcement officials.
Microwave weapons, by stimulating the
peripheral nervous system,
can heat up the body, induce
epileptic-like seizures, or cause cardiac
arrest. Low-frequency radiation
affects the electrical activity of the brain
and can cause flu-like symptoms and
nausea. Other projects sought
to induce or prevent sleep, or to
affect the signal from the motor cortex
portion of the brain, overriding
voluntary muscle movements. The latter
are referred to as pulse wave
weapons, and the Russian government
has reportedly bought over 100,000
copies of the "Black Widow"
version of them.[11]

However, this view of "wonder
weapons" was contested by someone
who should understand them. Brigadier
General Larry Dodgen, Deputy
Assistant to the Secretary of Defense
for Policy and Missions, wrote a
letter to the editor about the
"numerous inaccuracies" in the U.S.
News and World Report article that
"misrepresent the Department of
Defense's views."[12] Dodgen's
primary complaint seemed to have
been that the magazine misrepresented
the use of these technologies
and their value to the armed forces.
He also underscored the US intent
to work within the scope of any
international treaty concerning their
application, as well as plans to
abandon (or at least redesign) any
weapon for which countermeasures are
known. One is left with the
feeling, however, that research in
this area is intense. A concern not
mentioned by Dodgen is that other
countries or non-state actors may
not be bound by the same constraints.
It is hard to imagine someone
with a greater desire than terrorists
to get their hands on these
technologies. "Psycho-terrorism"
could be the next buzzword.
Russian Views on "Psychotronic War"

The term "psycho-terrorism" was
coined by Russian writer N. Anisimov
of the Moscow Anti-Psychotronic
Center. According to Anisimov,
psychotronic weapons are those that
act to "take away a part of the
information which is stored in a
man's brain. It is sent to a computer,
which reworks it to the level needed
for those who need to control the
man, and the modified information is
then reinserted into the brain."
These weapons are used against the
mind to induce hallucinations,
sickness, mutations in human cells,
"zombification," or even death.
Included in the arsenal are VHF
generators, X-rays, ultrasound, and
radio waves. Russian army Major I.
Chernishev, writing in the military
journal Orienteer in February 1997,
asserted that "psy" weapons are
under development all over the globe.
Specific types of weapons noted
by Chernishev (not all of which have
prototypes) were:
·
A psychotronic generator, which
produces a powerful electromagnetic
emanation capable of being sent
through telephone lines, TV, radio
networks, supply pipes, and
incandescent lamps.
·
An autonomous generator, a device
that operates in the 10-150 Hertz
band, which at the 10-20 Hertz band
forms an infrasonic oscillation
that is destructive to all living
creatures.
·
A nervous system generator, designed
to paralyze the central nervous
systems of insects, which could have
the same applicability to
humans.
·
Ultrasound emanations, which one
institute claims to have developed.
Devices using ultrasound emanations
are supposedly capable of
carrying out bloodless internal
operations without leaving a mark on the
skin. They can also, according to
Chernishev, be used to kill.
·
Noiseless cassettes. Chernishev
claims that the Japanese have
developed the ability to place
infra-low frequency voice patterns over
music, patterns that are detected by
the subconscious. Russians
claim to be using similar
"bombardments" with computer programming
to treat alcoholism or smoking.
·
The 25th-frame effect, alluded to
above, a technique wherein each 25th
frame of a movie reel or film footage
contains a message that is picked
up by the subconscious. This
technique, if it works, could possibly be
used to curb smoking and alcoholism,
but it has wider, more sinister
applications if used on a TV audience
or a computer operator.
·
Psychotropics, defined as medical
preparations used to induce a
trance, euphoria, or depression.
Referred to as "slow-acting mines,"
they could be slipped into the food
of a politician or into the water
supply of an entire city. Symptoms
include headaches, noises, voices
or commands in the brain, dizziness,
pain in the abdominal cavities,
cardiac arrhythmia, or even the
destruction of the cardiovascular
system.

There is confirmation from US
researchers that this type of study is
going on. Dr. Janet Morris, coauthor
of The Warrior's Edge, reportedly
went to the Moscow Institute of
Psychocorrelations in 1991. There she
was shown a technique pioneered by
the Russian Department of
Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical
Academy in which researchers
electronically analyze the human mind
in order to influence it. They
input subliminal command messages,
using key words transmitted in
"white noise" or music. Using an
infra-sound, very low frequency
transmission, the acoustic
psycho-correction message is transmitted
via bone conduction.[13]

In summary, Chernishev noted that
some of the militarily significant
aspects of the "psy" weaponry deserve
closer research, including the
following nontraditional methods for
disrupting the psyche of an
individual:
·
ESP research: determining the
properties and condition of objects
without ever making contact with them
and "reading" peoples' thoughts

·
Clairvoyance research: observing
objects that are located just beyond
the world of the visible--used for
intelligence purposes
·
Telepathy research: transmitting
thoughts over a distance--used for
covert operations
·
Telekinesis research: actions
involving the manipulation of physical
objects using thought power, causing
them to move or break
apart--used against command and
control systems, or to disrupt the
functioning of weapons of mass
destruction
·
Psychokinesis research: interfering
with the thoughts of individuals, on
either the strategic or tactical
level
While many US scientists undoubtedly
question this research, it
receives strong support in Moscow.
The point to underscore is that
individuals in Russia (and other
countries as well) believe these means
can be used to attack or steal from
the data-processing unit of the
human body.

Solntsev's research, mentioned above,
differs slightly from that of
Chernishev. For example, Solntsev is
more interested in hardware
capabilities, specifically the study
of the information-energy source
associated with the computer-operator
interface. He stresses that if
these energy sources can be captured
and integrated into the modern
computer, the result will be a
network worth more than "a simple sum
of its components." Other researchers
are studying high-frequency
generators (those designed to stun
the psyche with high frequency
waves such as electromagnetic,
acoustic, and gravitational); the
manipulation or reconstruction of
someone's thinking through planned
measures such as reflexive control
processes; the use of
psychotronics, parapsychology,
bioenergy, bio fields, and
psychoenergy;[14] and unspecified
"special operations" or anti-ESP
training.
The last item is of particular
interest. According to a Russian TV
broadcast, the strategic rocket
forces have begun anti-ESP training to
ensure that no outside force can take
over command and control
functions of the force. That is, they
are trying to construct a firewall
around the heads of the operators.
Conclusions

At the end of July 1997, planners for
Joint Warrior Interoperability
Demonstration '97 "focused on
technologies that enhance real-time
collaborative planning in a
multinational task force of the type used in
Bosnia and in Operation Desert Storm.
The JWID '97 network, called
the Coalition Wide-Area Network
(CWAN), is the first military network
that allows allied nations to
participate as full and equal partners."[15]
The demonstration in effect was a
trade fair for private companies to
demonstrate their goods; defense
ministries got to decide where and
how to spend their money wiser, in
many cases without incurring the
cost of prototypes. It is a good
example of doing business better with
less. Technologies demonstrated
included:[16]
·
Soldiers using laptop computers to
drag cross-hairs over maps to call
in airstrikes
·
Soldiers carrying beepers and mobile
phones rather than guns
·
Generals tracking movements of every
unit, counting the precise
number of shells fired around the
globe, and inspecting real-time
damage inflicted on an enemy, all
with multicolored graphics[17]
Every account of this exercise
emphasized the ability of systems to
process data and provide information
feedback via the power invested
in their microprocessors. The ability
to affect or defend the
data-processing capability of the
human operators of these systems
was never mentioned during the
exercise; it has received only slight
attention during countless exercises
over the past several years. The
time has come to ask why we appear to
be ignoring the operators of
our systems. Clearly the information
operator, exposed before a vast
array of potentially immobilizing
weapons, is the weak spot in any
nation's military assets. There are
few international agreements
protecting the individual soldier,
and these rely on the good will of the
combatants. Some nations, and
terrorists of every stripe, don't care
about such agreements.

This article has used the term
data-processing to demonstrate its
importance to ascertaining what
so-called information warfare and
information operations are all about.
Data-processing is the action this
nation and others need to protect.
Information is nothing more than the
output of this activity. As a result,
the emphasis on information-related
warfare terminology ("information
dominance," "information carousel")
that has proliferated for a decade
does not seem to fit the situation
before us. In some cases the battle
to affect or protect data-processing
elements pits one mechanical system
against another. In other cases,
mechanical systems may be confronted
by the human organism, or
vice versa, since humans can usually
shut down any mechanical
system with the flip of a switch. In
reality, the game is about protecting
or affecting signals, waves, and
impulses that can influence the
data-processing elements of systems,
computers, or people. We are
potentially the biggest victims of
information warfare, because we have
neglected to protect ourselves.

Our obsession with a "system of
systems," "information dominance,"
and other such terminology is most
likely a leading cause of our
neglect of the human factor in our
theories of information warfare. It is
time to change our terminology and
our conceptual paradigm. Our
terminology is confusing us and
sending us in directions that deal
primarily with the hardware,
software, and communications
components of the data-processing
spectrum. We need to spend more
time researching how to protect the
humans in our data management
structures. Nothing in those
structures can be sustained if our
operators have been debilitated by
potential adversaries or terrorists
who--right now--may be designing the
means to disrupt the human
component of our carefully
constructed notion of a system of systems.

If you want to use a single word, Eos, why
not try "nobody"? I'm sure no one will
have the slightest problem with that.

Geni's spelling is creative, for sure.
It's also hightly fluid - I saw "mercury" spelled
wrong two different ways in one sentence.
This adds significantly to the gaiety of
nations. Besides, I can't see much point
in trying to discipline someone who seems
mildly dyslectic but nevertheless highly
intelligent and a good arguer.

A single, repeated, annoying error,
though.... Go get 'er, Steve.

Rolfe.

First off, I would like to point out that
there is a big difference between being a
skeptic and what some of you people do.
Those people just want to be an a**hole for
the sake of being an a**hole, which has
nothing to do with skepticism. It would
however fall under a religious or cult
mentality. Obviously some of you have never
heard of things like someone being
'railroaded' or being 'blacklisted'. Maybe that
doesn't happen either in your little
fantasy world. In reality though, unfortunately it
does, for know anyway. As for being
paranoid, I don't seem to be the one hiding
behind fake names or stupid little
graphics (There are probably some
grade-schoolers that would be impressed by
them.). What's the matter scared
someone might see how much of an a**hole
you really are? Afraid your mommies
might find out what you say about them?
Afraid that someone will kick your sorry
ass? Are you the type of people that
either go to work and hurry home so you can
sit at your computer all night or just sit
there all day and night? Even some of the
highly delusional conspiracy theorists put
their real name and face on what they
write. Oh and by the way, it is not that
uncommon for someone to be right about one
thing and wrong about a lot of other
things. Scaredy cat? Now there is a term I
haven't heard since grade school. Actually
for you it would be more correct to say
frightened little sheep. Now for another
twit. It is quite legal to post patents anywhere
as long as it is not done to profit off of
what is in the patent. The first thing you need
to do is go to www.uspto.gov, which is the
U.S. patent and trademark office official
site and read it. Anyone else going there
to find the patents you go to where the
page says patent search. From there it
will take you to another page that has search
options, if you click on patent number
search you will go to another page. This page
will have a little box for you to type in
the patent numbers provided. If the patent
number is after about 3880000 (to be exact
it would be any patent issued before or
after January 1, 1976 as to whether or not
you will need the viewer) the site will then
display the patent. If you want to see the
pretty pictures, diagrams and schematics
for those with a brain, then click on the
box at the top that says images. If the patent
number is smaller, again if the patent was
issued before for those with a brain, then
the site will take you to a page to
download a free viewer to be able to read them.
And again if you had read the foreword
(that means the part before the main body) in
the post you would have known that that is
the title of the patent unless otherwise
specified. Pertaining to the dips**t that
made the left the material world comments.
So you don't think that electromagnetic
waves exist? Or were you referring to the
inane concept of anything for money, the
delusional thinking that you are somehow
better than someone else just because you
have more belongings or the childish
"he/she that has the most toys wins"?
Sounds pretty pathetic to me. Hey did your
neighbor just get a more expensive car
than you? How dare they! You better go put
them in their place. See I actually liked
my little four room efficiency apartment,(the
one I had before the destruction of my
life) and as I have always said "If it isn't good
enough for you, then stay the fu*k out of
it. Because that won't bother me a bit."

Now for the post containing the link to
the site describing Soviet weaponry. First off if
it gives valid details on the weaponry (I
have not had the time to check and verify as
of the time of posting this) then it may
well be worth reading. However as I have
pointed out to others before there are
several people out there that try to make it look
like this country is some squeaky clean
goody two-shoes. It is not even close. There
are also sites out there that read like
they were written by the PR (public relations)
person at the pentagon's or other agency's
weapons fund drive office. This by the
way, creating fear in people to prey upon
it, is a form of psychological warfare.
Wonder where they got that idea from? I'll
give you a clue RELIGION. As to why read
the patents, because they show what this
country is up to also. And if they read dry
to you, they are not usually meant to be
entertaining. Granted some of them contain
questionable statements, however when
there are literally hundreds of them dealing
with mind control, 'behavior
modification', brain programming and the like people
might want to start paying attention.
REALITY CHECK.

Here is something that I have written
before and sent out. I will fight to the death
before I become a mind control slave to
any technology or system of religious beliefs
(cult). And had the morons with the
weaponry checked they would have found out
that I have been that way for as long as
it was possible for me to be that way. I
despise a**-kissers.

.

The references to looking in industrial
catalogues pertain to comments in a different
discussion group. And there will be some
things in this post that have already been
stated in posts here before. This post
also contains comments on various post
topics to a different group. I will
however leave it in it's entirety as was posted
elsewhere.

First off, I am 38 years old. Anyway, as
for looking in industrial catalogues, anything
in them would more than likely have a
patent or at least fall under the other
embodiments and/or modifications as the
author/s of the patent/s states can be
made. Again, if people read the patents in
the list that I posted/e-mailed then they
would see that some of them are worded so
as to apply in an industrial setting. I am
not the only person that has accumulated a
patent list either. For example,
www.ou-research.com/ewpatents/nsaPR.html
has a few patents as well as an article
on Project Stargate. When reading the
article one should keep in mind the blatant
falsities claimed in order to prey upon
the delusions created in people by various
religious (cult) programming. If peoples'
thoughts "unintentionally emanated" from
their bodies or parts of their bodies
(brain), then why would they need to irradiate
(attack) someone's brain to pick them up
(Evoked potentials from EEG patterns)?
They don't and they wouldn't. Another site
with a patent list would be

www.web.wannadoo.be/reveil/somepatents.html which has about 140 patents
listed
on it, about 30 or 40 of which are on the
list that I posted/e-mailed. This site contains
abstracts from some of the patents. There
are also more patents on this site about
'implantable medical devices'. Yes, I went
through all of them also. This site however
does not contain anything after the early
to mid 1990s. There is also a site that I
don't have the exact address with me at
home. It was montana something and it is
entirely about department of defense
patents. It seemed more about chemical and
biological research, but there were a few
that I wrote down to check into when I get
the chance.

Anyone wanting to read more about Project
Stargate, there is a website for the
Cognitive Sciences Laboratory. Basically,
it was/is a government funded project for
supposedly investigating paranormal or
parapsychology. There are articles there from
both people that wanted to continue the
experiments, which allegedly stopped
around 1995 or 1996 (started 1972), and
ones from people to get the experimental
funding stopped. Basically the fuss was a
form of psychological warfare playing both
sides, or allowing one side to play itself
as a misdirection tactic so they wouldn't see
what was really going on, along the lines
of the UFO stuff. It was/is also another
example of preying on peoples' fears,
delusions or just plain ignorance in some
cases to obtain guinea pigs and still be
able to keep their official deniability cover. In
reality the 'project' was nothing more
than a way to perform neurological experiments
on people and a way to further the
development of weaponry based on said findings.
Also a way to find out how easily
different things could be planted in someone's
mind. A little time frame for you, the
aforementioned project started 1972 - the
remote monitoring patent filed 1974,
granted 1976 - MKUltra 'exposed' 1977 - the
aforementioned project continues until
1995-6 officially anyway.

By the way, the pieces of garbage that
took part in or are still taking part in any of
the mind control atrocities (the
experimenter end) should have been or should be
tried for crimes against humanity and
executed. Throw in those that cover-up for
them and those that aid in their
atrocities also. If anyone is interested in finding out
who a lot of the people that were in on
the attacks on me are, some of them are
mentioned in an account of the attacks
before about November 2002 posted at
www.mindcontrolforums.com/vierling.html .
I should point out that other than that
posting, I do not have any affiliation
with that site. I would also like to point out that
everything there was given to the
Mishawaka police department along with what it
states was sent to other agencies. It is
81 or 82 pages when saved as a word
document. It may also be hard to read or
follow as it is a series of different sets of
faxes that either fill in or extrapolate
on the first set.

Anyway, those that say the government
doesn't experiment on people then why is
the FDA using the mass media, it was on
CNN Headline News this past week, to
recruit volunteers for an experimental
drug? Who do you think funds and gathers the
data from various experiments like sleep
study for example? The military has and
still does experiment on its own members
and others.

Those that use entrainment devices or
methods on themselves, ask yourself this;
would a bullet do any less damage if you
shot yourself?

To reiterate a point, religions have been
using various forms of hypnosis and
entrainment (self induced included) to aid
in their brainwashing for thousands of
years.

A brief history lesson for those that
would say this country was founded on religious
principles. Late 1400s to early 1500s
'explorers' came to the Americas and brought
with them disease which they spread. These
explorers came took (stole) whatever
they found that was valuable to them and
would kill the peoples already there if they
opposed them in this. The explorers also
kidnapped people to take back and put on
display for their rulers and religious
leaders. These explorers were usually highly
religious and would not leave without the
blessing of their religious leaders. Next,
1500s brought more settlers to the
Americas (a lot of whom were convicted criminals
in the countries they came from) to do the
same as the explorers. Late 1500s to mid
1600s; The oh so wonderful witch trials. A
religious excuse for torture. The mid
1600s to late 1700s - More settlers often
bringing with them slaves. These slaves
were often sold to them by other tribes of
differing religious beliefs. Not all of the
slaves were black either. These settlers
also would take whatever land they wanted
and often killed to do so. After all they
didn't consider the 'heathens' that weren't
members of their cult to be equal as
humans. That applied to the slaves also. Late
1700s the constitution when written called
blacks less than human, and said only
white males could vote. Said slaves were
often beaten into submission to change
their beliefs to that of the cult of their
owner. Those would be an example of some of
the religious principles. This type of
s*** is pretty common in all religions.

Again, what religion would say that it was
alright to say it was false (freedom of
speech). The only way that separation of
church and state would be a religious
principle would be if religion tried to
say that it meant they could do whatever they
wanted because of their religious (cult)
beliefs and the state couldn't say or do
anything about it. In other words laws
wouldn't apply to them. Freedom of religion
should have been written freedom from
religion.

Also, I would like to point out that the
experiments by the nazis, the night squads of
the Soviet Union, experiments and
atrocities by various countries all over the world
have been done under the guise of
so-called national security. And replace a
religious entity with a flag, or add a
flag, and what do you have - patriotism. In other
words this type of s*** is NOT alright no
matter where it is done or who is doing it.

The usage of the various entrainment
devices (electromagnetic or other) and the
subliminal devices on someone else is an
attack. Since they are often advertised as
a way to get someone to have sex with you
without them knowing it is being used,
they should carry the same sentence as if
the person using them had drugged
someone and had sex with them. The above
just shows how much of a pathetic
a**hole the person using them in that way
is.

The Shomer-tec Super Sonic Nausea device
should also be banned.

I do not know if the above links have been
posted here before or not.

Death to psychotronic weaponry. Religion
is fraud. James M. Vierling Jr.

P.S. The entire signature is Death to
psychotronic weaponry any and everyone that
uses it, produces it, funds it or
covers-up for it. All religions are terroristic,
brainwashing, mind control, fraudulent,
bulls*** cults.

Have a nice day.

Three varieties of electromagnetic pulses
are the on/off type, the power surge type
and the modulation pulse. The on/off type
can be described as flipping a light switch
on and off or having a computer controlled
time between the on and off phases of the
transmission, which in turn can also be
time-varying. Time-varying simply means
that the amount of time in either the on
or the off mode can be variable. Examples: 1
second on followed by one second off then
one-half second on followed by one-half
second off, or one-half second on followed
by one and one-half second off, etc. Any
amounts of time can be used as long as not
continuously repetitive. (Frequency
varying would be the same except
substituting frequency for time, and both can be
used at once.) A laser turned on then off
again, regardless of time left on,
would/could be an example of this type of
pulse weapon. This also applies to visual
entrainment devices and visual
sub/supraliminal devices. (Which should all be
classified as weapons and banned in my
opinion.)

The power surge pulse is actually a
combination of a continuous wave transmission
and intermittent pulses or power surges
along the same frequency. Said power
surges may also be time-varying. Note the
frequency of a transmission is not
dependent upon the power level of the
transmission. The power surge would follow
the directionality of the original
continuous wave transmission. An example would be,
a doctor using a medical laser (which is
defined as an optical maser). The doctor
first turning the laser on at a low power
setting to locate the spot where he/she
wants to begin cutting, then when said
spot located turning the power setting up to
where cutting will begin. The size of the
laser 'beam' and frequency remaining
constant due to the ability of the
apparatus used to focus the 'beam' at both the
lower and higher power settings. This
would apply regardless if the frequency used
were within the visible spectrum range or
not. Another example being a radio or
television broadcast, increasing or
decreasing the power level of the transmissions
will not change either the frequency or
the 'information' modulated onto said
transmission. This type of pulse can also
be applied to entrainment.

The modulation pulse simply being the
broadcast of an electromagnetic wave on one
frequency with no modulation, then at
intervals broadcasting the same frequency and
same power level just with 'information'
modulated onto it.

A couple of quick definitions before I go
into how the various pulses could be applied
to the psychotronic weaponry.

1. Standing wave - This is actually a
contradiction in terms. A wave transmission will
not stop until it dissipates, loses energy
or is acted upon by an external force. In
other words, if someone broadcast 1
wavelength of any frequency then stopped the
transmission, the wave or wavelength would
not remain stationary. A continuous
broadcast on the same frequency with
nothing acting upon it will follow the same
wave shape, thus producing what may appear
as a standing wave form. However, the
energy is moving in the wave shape in the
direction of the broadcast. The wave
shape or form is simply being re-supplied
with energy.

2. Standing field - This occurs when a
field is created between two or more objects
and said field does not extend beyond said
objects. The intensity of this field may or
may not change, however the waves (energy
along the wave forms) in said field are in
motion. This field also occurs around a
single object that has been supplied with
energy and emits continuous waves from it.
This standing field occupies the space
around the object that the waves extend to
before dissipation.

3. Scalar wave - This is again a
contradiction in terms. Wave implies motion. While
certain parts or descriptions of them may
be scalar quantities, the wave itself is not
unless used to describe the number of
waves. The intensity or power level of the
wave can be described as a scalar
quantity, (1 watt). The frequency of the wave (10
Hz) could again be described as a scalar
quantity. All waves however, have direction.
This would also apply to the description
of a pulse.

The electromagnetic pulses as would/could
apply to the psychotronic weaponry.
Note the frequencies mentioned are
examples. The specific evoked potential
modulation applies both the on/of and the
power surge type pulses and also to the
continuous broadcast used in the power
surge type pulse. Entrainment with the
on/off pulse can occur due to the
frequency of the pulse, provided it is within the
frequencies that human brainwaves are, or
can occur due to the pulse frequency
(repetition rate). For example, pulses
with a 10 Hz frequency pulsed at a repetition
rate that someone's brain interprets as an
8Hz stimulation would result in
entrainment to the 8Hz frequency. *(This
is along the same lines as visual or
auditory entrainment, as neither entrains
someone's brain to the frequency of the
stimulus, light or sound, but to the
frequency or repetition rate of the stimulus
application.) The above mentioned
entrainment could also occur due to the 10Hz
pulses being modulated with specific
evoked potentials patterns which the persons'
under attack brains would then interpret
as an 8Hz repetition rate stimulus or stimuli.
Use of the evoked potentials modulated
onto broadcasts also leads to the use of
sub/supraliminal placement of specific
evoked potentials within the aforementioned
evoked potentials. For example if images
(evoked potentials corresponding to) were
used in attacking someone, then by placing
an image every so many 'frames'
(modulation patterns) like
sub/supraliminals in a television broadcast. Which also
can be used as a method of entrainment.
This also leads to a fourth type of pulse. A
power surge within a pulse type of attack.
Or if you prefer, turning on at one power
level then increasing/decreasing the power
level then returning to original power level
then turning off. Which could be done on a
microsecond level within a millisecond
pulse.

The power surge on a continuos wave pulse
would be much the same as above. For
example a 25Hz continuous wave could have
power surge pulses that would entrain
someone's brain to the repetition rate of
the pulses. Or if you prefer, even though
entrainment would occur with the
continuous wave 25Hz broadcast (to 25Hz), the
repetition rate of the power surge pulses
would override that entrainment and cause
entrainment to the repetition rate of the
pulses. This would be especially true when
the pulses were modulated with specific
evoked potentials which would act like a
localized stimulus effect on the person
under attack with the evoked potentials.

The modulation pulse could also be used
similar to the other pulse types. This could
also be used to attack more than one
person at a time on the same frequency, as
each person's brain will only decipher the
specific evoked potentials attributed to it.
A rough comparison would be like the
antenna for wireless internet usage. The same
antenna can be used to both receive and
transmit a thousand or more signals at
once which will only be interpreted by a
specific computer. Many of the computers
will use the same frequency but will have
their own specific signals. (*NOTE by
receive I mean receive the remote neural
monitoring signal/s)

Those are some things to consider for
detecting the broadcasts. For said detection
purposes, seeing the images or displaying
the words or turning back into sound from
a speaker is not needed, though can be
done. What is needed is a way to correlate
the broadcasts to what occurs in the brain
of the person under attack. So starting
with the device in patent number 6377833
(or similar) or an EEG machine with
electrode placement to monitor all or, at
least, most parts of the brain at once and a
computer program similar to the one in the
patent above. Also a program to display
the mapping of the EEG signals in the
brain. This should at least give a starting or
reference point for detection of the
broadcasts. This would also be of use in detecting
the remote neural monitoring frequency
that occurs and goes back to the attackers,
which again would also aid in determining
the frequency or frequencies of the
attacks. Use of various forms of
electromagnetic shielding would also narrow down
the possibilities and could be used in a 1
layer at a time approach to monitor any
changes or just all at once. There were
several devices and modifications to them
mentioned in the patent list and
follow-ups to it, and there are probably hundreds of
others, to aid in the detection of the
incoming and outgoing frequencies and their
intensity levels. The above patent states
that it can register different intensities for
correlation to the broadcasts. The
computer should also be able to overlay any
modulated signals from the detected
broadcasts to then correlate with the signals
from monitoring the brain. Any broadcasts
meant to interfere with the process could
also be detected and filtered out in the
computer. The correlation process does not
have to be done in real-time at first,
(meaning correlating as it happens, as the
signals would have to be time matched). As
a sampling of the brain signals can be
stored in the computer along with all of
the signals detected and then the computer
can be used to analyze and compare. This
will then lead to frequency detection and
then real-time comparison. This would also
aid in detecting any frequency hopping.
Again once the signal frequencies have
been detected triangulation is a pretty simple
process, and could be done with the help
of someone located a distance from the
first place given the proper frequency,
intensity and phase detectors.

Pressure waves and electromagnetic waves
are not the same thing, nor do the
properties of one necessarily apply to the
other.

>From the McGraw Hill Dictionary of
Scientific and Technical terms.
Hertz - Unit of frequency: a periodic
oscillation has a frequency of n hertz if in 1
second it goes through n cycles. Also
known as cycles per second.

>From Encyclopedia of Electronics, Stan
Gibilisco editor.
Hertz - the standard unit of frequency.
Abbreviated Hz. A frequency of 1 complete
cycle per second is a frequency of 1 Hz.
The term hertz became widespread in the
late 1960s, and is now used instead of
cycles per second.

>From The New Lexicon Webster's Dictionary
of the English Language.
Hertzian wave - an electromagnetic
radiation produced by electrical oscillation in a
conductor, of wavelengths ranging from the
order of millimeters to kilometers [after
Heinrich Hertz]
Sound wave - a periodic progression of
alternations between high and low pressure
through an elastic medium.

So by definition a sound 'wave' is a
pressure wave and is not representable by the
Hertzian wave designation (Hz). This in
turn means that any usage of supersonic,
hypersonic or ultrasonic followed by the
Hz representation is either a
misrepresentation (misuse of the term), or
is referring to electromagnetic radiation
without calling it electromagnetic
radiation. If tapping a finger once on a table created
a series of sound waves then it should be
heard more than once, or every time the
next sound wave came into contact with the
ear and started the hearing process.
Hearing once would by definition mean that
it has a frequency of one. Saying a guitar
string has a frequency? Certainly not a
stable one. Thus the 'twang' effect. The first
pluck (strum) causes the string to vibrate
yes, however this vibration becomes
smaller (the distance above and below
stationary that the string travels) and smaller
every time a cycle (down, up and return to
where it was stationary) elapses. This in
turn causes a continuous changing 'sound'
perception in a human. Such continuous
sound then would still have a 'frequency'
of ½ or 1 (maybe less depending on the
taughtness of the string) as the twang
lasts for one or more seconds. If this were in
waves it would sound like T - W - A - N -
G. In other words a frequency designation
of some sort may be assigned in reference
to the amount of time said guitar string
will complete the down up and return to
middle cycle, but it would be merely a
repetition rate which would not be
determinate of the pressure or sound 'wave' as all
the strings can be made to travel said
cycle distance yet all would produce a
different pressure wave. And since sound
'waves' emanate in a spherical pattern the
term wave doesn't actually apply. It would
be more of a sound front which is why the
still vibrating string keeps the sound
going after the initial front as it is still adding
vibrational energy in lessening amounts.
It is like a kinetic energy effect between the
atoms or molecules of the elastic medium
traveling through or solid object running
into and transferring the energy to cause
vibrations which in turn pass the energy on
to the atoms or molecules on the other
side of solid object. Even when representing
the vibrations passed on this way they
would lessen from atom to atom or molecule
to molecule so the frequency would
constantly change.

Also using the terminology that any kind
of pressure wave is modulated onto an
electromagnetic wave is false. What is
modulated is the electromagnetic wave. This
modulation is simply a predetermined
pattern corresponding to the pressure waves
(sounds) that are input to a device and
that a receiver tuned to the frequency of the
electromagnetic broadcast picks up, reads
and causes the speaker to vibrate
causing a pressure wave or series of
pressure waves in a predetermined manner to
represent what was input to the system.
This modulation is not dependent upon the
frequency of the electromagnetic wave.
Different radio stations with different
broadcast frequencies can play the same
song. This is also true of computer speech
programs, in that the computer is
preprogrammed with a modulation pattern, or a
program to read electrical impulses, to
send to a speaker output that produces the
corresponding vibrations.

That is also one way the psychotronic
weaponry works. The predetermined
modulation pattern being the evoked
potential pattern, obtained through the remote
neural monitoring, which is different for
everyone. This is one reason that they can
attack one person in a group and only that
person's brain will 'receive' the modulated
pattern. This is the same for the words,
phrases or images.

Wee, where to start.

The "hertz" as a unit of measurement is
simply a unit of frequency equal to
1/second. It can apply to any periodic
phenomenon, and applies equally to
electromagnetic and acoustical signals.

"Hertzian" used to be used as a
description of electromagnetic waves, but that term
is rather archaic now. That the name of a
unit of measurement is derived from the
same name is of no consequence whatsoever,
except perhaps as an homage to the
man himself.

All wave-like phenomena have similar
characteristics, and generally have a similar
form to their mathematical descriptions.
The differences are in choice of physical
variables. In an acoustical wave, the
variable of interest is air pressure. In an EM
wave, the variables of interest are the
electrical and magnetic field strengths.

There is one significant difference
between EM and acoustical waves: EM waves can
be polarized, because the direction of
wave propagation is orthogonal to the actual
vibration, whereas the changes in pressure
in an acoustical wave go in the same
direction as the wave.

Guitars do, in fact, have definite
frequencies when plucked. The twang you are
hearing is a change of timbre over time.
Musical instruments do not produce
sinusoidal signals, they produce complex
signals with many harmonics (additional
components at multiples of the fundamental
frequency). Generally in a physical
system higher frequencies decay faster
than lower ones, so the higher frequency
harmonics die out faster, which changes
the waveform of the note. This is modelled
in synthesizers which often use a swept
low-pass filter (as in a Moog or TB303) to
attenuate the harmonics of some basic
signal. Physical modelling synthesizers
generally include lowpass filters in their
feedback loops for the same effect (for
example, the Karplus-Strong algorithm,
which simulates strings).

For reference, the musical note A4 has a
frequency of 440Hz.

I looove all the name calling. Precisely
why I use juvenile terms like scaredy cat, it
fits with this thread perfectly.

Answer my questions james.

1. Why aren't you working.

2. What is your source of income. Mine is
work.

My only conclusion is that james will not
answer these questions because it would
prove my point.

I do not "hide" behind anything. My site
has my picture and name on it. I like my
avatar and my handle. I did put some
effort into both. Must come up with a February
theme on my avatar soon enough.

Let's see. My attempts to seek out james'
personality have been successful thus far.
My posts have illicited anger and name
calling. Rather typical.

Since james is rooted in denial and
paranoia, there's not much point to my posts,
but to try to get him to think of why he
thinks someone would want to drive him
insane with mind control.

Why would anyone bother with you james?
What would be the point on using the
psychotronics on you?

You are obviously smart james. Too bad
those smarts aren't being put to good use.
Instead they are wasted on this obsession
of yours.

others.

Recruit volunteers.

Are you a volunteer james?

Why would they bother with someone not
volunteering?

You say you are a victim. Volunteers are
not victims.

Your above point is moot.

Control with religion is very observable.
People gather and read and sing and etc.
etc. You are told to follow the herd of
sheep or suffer the imagined consequences. In
some cases there are drugs involved. This
does change the brain
physically/chemically.

Mind control via a machine that is not
even attached to an individual is not possible.
You are not a victim.

I like how James quotes LONG articles
written by Tart and Eldon Byrd, both noted
long-time crackpots and fervent believers
in Uri Geller and clairvoyents and such
fairy-like stuff.

If you are so convinced you are being

fairly obvious that you can tell EXACTLY
WHEN this is being done to you by ONE
PARTICULAR person, and also when it stops.
If you think that is correct, you could
be in the running for the JREF $1,000,000

Why does anyone bother baiting this poor
guy? He's clearly schizophrenic, and
those who taunt him are only feeding his
paranoia.

I worked with a guy like this, though not
quite as far gone. He was one of the "tin
helmet crowd." He was sure that he was
being watched, followed, harassed, etc.
However, he did have his lucid moments
when he knew he was loopy, and would
even make fun of it himself. He was a
former Scientologist who got kicked out for
being too loopy (and for not having any
money).

Drop it guys. Leave him alone, and he'll
find another place to play.

I'd like to see a lucid moment where james
will realize that we won't play into
delusions, and that is doing him a favor.
It would be more mean to go along and not
say anything, and just let him think we
agree with his "findings".

I don't agree with taunting. I do feel
james needs to look at why we don't just ignore
him.

If that makes him angry and tell us that
we have our heads in the sand, then it just
shows even more how ill he is. I've gotten
this all my life from my mom. If I just let
her rant on, then she thinks I agree with
her. Then when I finally counteract some of
her points, then she flies off the handle
and says I won't face "it" all of a sudden.
That now I'm being brainwashed to not
believe her. Then she tries to save me in a
variety of crazy ways (telling off my
in-laws or threatening to shoot her dad-whomever
she thinks is turning me against her).

It's better if the ill person knows up
front how you feel about what they are saying.

Just my experience.

In reference to the Hertz response to my
post. The post was originally a part of the
same thread, at a later point, as the one
on electromagnetic pulses in a different
discussion group. There are those that
write stuff like ultrasound modulated onto an
electromagnetic wave, which leads people
to think that the psychotronic weaponry
uses sound. When they should have stated
electromagnetic waves modulated so
that when received by a proper deciphering
device would then be sent to a device to
cause the vibrations sensed by the ear and
determined by the brain as sound. There
are references to subliminal messaging
through 'ultrasonic frequencies' just barely
outside the range of human hearing in the
patents I posted here. I am also against
the subliminal messaging devices. This
particular post was also to show that sound
vibrations and electromagnetic waves do
not propagate in the same manner. When
you say sound 'waves' can be described
by the Hz representation, what part are you
referring to? The initial disturbance that
caused the vibration of the medium, the
actual vibration of the medium (it is
possible to hear underwater) or the vibrations
when reaching the ear? As for the musical
instrument producing complex harmonics,
how can a series of different oscillations
be described with one frequency? And since
sound can be muffled, what would you use
to describe the frequency? The initial
sound or the sound after being muffled.
Unless saying the medium that muffled the
sound changed the frequency.

Are you sure that using the Hz designation
to describe sound wasn't actually taken
from using it to describe different
modulations of electromagnetic waves representing
said sounds? Or maybe applied due to the
use of a measuring device that displayed
the vibratory action of the medium? Which
the latter would still only apply to the
point at which the vibrations were
measured and would change with distance.

So technically a sound 'wave' isn't
a pressure wave either. What ever caused the
initial vibration may also cause a
pressure wave but the vibrations would be carried
through kinetic interaction. Said pressure
wave may however cause a directionality
effect on the kinetic transfer.

The patents also make several references
to different types of band pass filters.
Since you seem to have knowledge of some
of them you might want to at least read
the patents that apply to manipulation of
someone's mind through audible
entrainment.

First I will address the foul language
post. I will stop using foul language in my posts
as far as I can. You might want to check
into the recent supreme court ruling on a
couple of the words however. I will also
state, as I have to others, that I won't tolerate
editing of what I post if it changes the
meaning. By the way you people seem to be
the ones that want to 'teach' people that
if they don't understand something to label it
crazy. Sounds like you would have called
people that spoke out against religion
saying the world was flat crazy also. The
number of you that jumped in to make a
faulty diagnosis also suggests that you
have become part of a cult mentality group.
There is nothing advanced about the
physics involved in the psychotronic attacks.
Why don't you check into the Luxemborg
effect that was found out in 1938. As for
the article posted, once again either you
did not read what I wrote about it or you just
can't comprehend it. Part of being an
actual skeptic involves being able to pick the
facts out of the fantasy and sorry about
your luck but the weaponry is very real. Here
is one for you so-called skeptics,
Einstein was nothing more than someone trying to
prove his religion. This statement has
also been attributed to quotes from him on
sites that are about mathematics. It is on
the Mathworld site for instance. As for
your questions, they were answered in the
page that you so claim gives you the right
to call me crazy. As for the person that
says his mother is schizophrenic, maybe
and then again maybe not. Have you ever
checked into the MKUltra atrocities
committed by the CIA and their independent
contractors? There are actual Senate
hearings on this. In those you will find
that the CIA was suppoosed to contact all of
the involuntary experimentees, however
there are also documents that show this was
never done. Actual government documents.
As for the machine not being attached
comments, why don't you read about the
loan of the Lida machine to Loma Linda
Laboratories in the mid 1980's. Granted
that is an older machine that doesn't work
on the evoked potential level. Why don't
you check into the Chuck DeCaro televised
experiments available from CNN. As for
your challenge, I could care less. Once
again you prove that you do not read what
was posted or have any knowledge of how
the human brain works. I will try to
explain briefly why your comment is not valid with
the psychotronic weaponry. First read what
I posted on how the brain works, it is a
fact. Second when using the evoked
potential technology the attackers match it to
any evoked potential pattern that they
have correlation to an actual sound. Which
again is in the posts about the patents.
Also in the posts about the patents are a
couple referring to interpreting a
person's thoughts. Which also menas that the
attacks through the weaponry using evoked
potentials can use this correlation. As
for the when, again as I posted yes I can
tell when the attackers do the mood
manipulation through various entrainment
frequencies. You people do realize that the
human brain does work with varied
frequencies. the following insert is one that I sent
to the, as you call them, "tin-foil"
crowd.

And as far as using metal as a shield, I
have some questions. Again metal being a
heat conductor and microwaves and
radiation causing heat, this would seem to be a
method of cooking one's brain. Also what
happens when you put metal in a
microwave? It would also seem that metal
would help to conduct the electrical
activity in one's brain or help to conduct
the electromagnetic pulses to one's brain.
And it would also seem that metal, which
attracts magnets, would attract the
electromagnetism more. When one has poor
t.v. or radio reception, what does one
attach to the antennas to improve
reception?

And for those that say the article was
written by a crack-pot, that may be somewhat
true and is if he actually believes the
psyhcic crap. However this does not
automatically dismiss the rest of the
article. Would you say Hitler's scientists were
sane? They definetly developed actual
weaponry. And definetly performed actual
experiments on people. The article was
written by Beck and the bibliographies by
both Beck and Byrd. By the way a lot of
the bibliographies are articles written and
published by the IEEE. Now I suppose you
will call them a bunch of crack pots also.

Yes some volunteers are victims when not
trully informed of the real nature of an
experiment. I suppose you don't think the
release of Phen Phen was an experiment?
So in reality it would be your statement
that would be moot.

I have read posts on the site that say
there are supposed physicists here. Well then
why don't they try to debunk the patents
and subsequent weaponry stemming from
them or like research? With facts not
inane and false diagnosis. What is the matter
no facts to prove me wrong so you get mad
and call me crazy. You say it is
impossible, prove it. Oh yeah that would
mean you would actually have to read it and
be able to comprehend it.

Again I am not sick, but I am sickened by
the amount of ignorance that appears here
and elsewhere.

Why would anyone want to attack me? Read
the web page. I don't play the PC crap
and I despise old-boy networks. I won't
kiss anyone's butt either. I speak out against
cocaine, religion, people that think they
own other people, sexual harassment, the
mafia, pedophilia, etc. Which there is a
little of each of these in the faxes sent to the
FBI. I also don't care how famous anyone
is, as that does not make them any better
than anyone else just because of it.
Actually it has been known to make them real
places where fecal matter is excreted
from. And also I am not afraid to get in
anyone's face if they deserve it. Wow
sounds real paranoid huh?

tolerate editing of what I post if it
changes the meaning.

Regardless of what the Supreme Court
considers to be foul language or obscene
content, this is a private forum board and
it is Hal's (and ultimately, Randi's) rules
that we live by on here. If a post
presents something that a mod considers to be
inappropriate, they will edit it whether
or not you tolorate such an action. If you
disagree, you can always appeal to an
Admin or, ultimately, Randi or Linda.

That being said, no mod will edit a post
simply because they disagree with what you
are saying. If we did, we wouldn't be a
mod for much longer. The mod's only duty is
to keep the forum legal, keep it from
being blocked by filtering software, and to keep
the forum organzied. That's it.

g-dang! Conspiracy, assertion of a
religious Einstein, Nazi's... we've got the whole
gamut. Experiments, unwilling victims,
Hitler's scientists... experiment dates as far
back as 1938, inconclusive results in the
1980's, Phen-phen was an "experiment,"
no one can disprove what he is saying
because he KNOWS it's the truth.

I'll just lay back on the floor now. All
this falling over from laughing is making my
head hurt.

James, why won't you answer these simple
questions?

And please answer these as well:

3. Have you ever been to a psychiatrist
and, if so, have you ever been diagnosed with
schizophrenia?

4. If you have not ever been to a
psychiatrist, would you agree to see one in the near
future? If you will not, why not?

We look forward to your response...

I would be looking forward to an answer,
but I haven't yet said anything in this thread
that suggests there might be a connection
between the Teamsters and Gay Unions,
so I don't expect any response whatsoever.

James, I would like to publicly appologize
to you. When I first saw your website I
thought it was a joke. I saw your link
where mind control perpetrators could send you
a confidential message explaining why we
attempted to control your mind. I sent you
a message from "SnakeStone", where I
explained that I first learned about my
psychic powers when I joined the army. I
also explained that I wasn't a controller,
just a viewer, my job was to read your
mind. Finally I explained that I kept doing this
because I was literally addicted to the
experience of reading other people's minds.

Again, I want to say that my reason for
sending this message was because I thought
your web site was a joke. I did not
realize that you might actually be sick. I think you
need professional help. The things you
claim are impossible. You are talking about
physical properties that don't exist. Some
of your rants here are gibberish. You really
do need to see someone.

else can one see so clearly the brushstrokes of dichotomy and the

No place outside of Texas has so much-martyrdom and
triumph, colorful characters and rugged
pioneers, huge cities and ghost towns, admirable deeds and
shady dealings-all of it happening
across a vast and incredibly varied terrain. And need I mention
cowboys, deadly gunfights, lost mines and
sunken treasure, political shenanigans, feuds, rodeos, natural
and man-made disasters, and multiple
revolutions? She's indeed a storied birthright.

Suezold! Stop making ME roll around on the
ground from your posts

Dragonrock, thank you for recinding your
submission to the site. I'm glad you realize
that they are serious there. The site
owner should be tarred and feathered for
encouraging fearful delusions.

James, you refuse to answer my questions.
You have given us another typical
paranoid accusation.

If you knew these forums at all you would
note that most of us disagree and bicker
with each other on a lot of topics (tres
fun).

This however is different.
We are concerned for your well being, and
will not discuss delusions seriously. It
would be unethical.
