Ąjumping to lawsuits, who ever is in charge the Ambulance aspect and the Behavour/Thought Modifying Criminals as well. Something perhaps
Ącould thoughtfully be offered in accomodation of not jumping to litigious means, but I am not holding my breath; I lost my time,
Ąfreedom, and property; liberty in general. I was slandered, marked, and detained for no proven criminal or harm caused or
Ąpending, I have no criminal record and no record of ever harming anyone. Anything alleged would be irrelevant, but even that is
Ąnot the case, I was called paranoid when my accuser must have been much more so, as for a ceramonial dagger that was blunter than
Ąpicture and cash I carried. I had the weapons for paper cuts alone. I also sought assylum from my Church a Vatican location not
ĄCanadian and was in the church and on it, they said nothing to me, the abusive Cops or what I call PIGs, wannabes with a Pay Check,
Ąclaimed I wasn't welcome in a place where the motto is "all are welcome," by someone who was claimed as Eucaristic minister with no
Ąauthority there, was a Sacristy or Eucarist Closet. If they were to send me to a mental health facility the dagger belonged with that, not
Ąan evidence locker. I was not charged, I wasn't to have the respect of even a trial. To think if I was paranoid that event would have caused
Ągreater harm; I'd probably would have found something a shot at every cop that entered my building as a result, and haven't. I am not more
Ątrusting of them none-the-less. Ah, it's paranoid to panic when they aren't there, but not to be caucious of a rabble or government everyone
Ąhas someone or some group out to get them, the paranoid think everyone is, not just some.
ĄI am not just some drug dealer or thug taken for a walk in the park, why do I get less respect? That I don't even like.

ĄĄI just learned about your office and the e-mail case and have a few complaints along with my mother over Car 87 and MHT abuses, if that isn't a redundancy.
ĄĄI may not be in a panic, but still emotionally shaken up a bit. Here are some inspired things and complaints, I've had so little help against this.
ĄĄOh and a Cathedral is a sanctuary and a diplomatic property of the Vatican, I had a right to argue for the sanctuary I sought running back in.
ĄĄThe "cop" told me the "sacristy" thinking a cabinet was a eucaristic minister, wanted me out of there forever; or was unwelcome, my catheticism taught me
ĄĄthat all are welcome. I hurt no one, nor threatened anyone and heard nothing from the Eucaristic minister except not to go up to the preaching area.
ĄĄthis was in 2002 on the Saturday of Palm Sunday. I was taken in the year before and they bashed my knee in taking me down as a pile as I phoned
ĄĄthe community office (well tried to) about their presense knowing 911 was designed for emergencies. Another of their home invasions caused them to
ĄĄleave because they could not get an ambulance or my acting, "sleepy" worked. Imobile. I ran on this issue in 2002 and 2005 for Mayor.
ĄĄI am seeing an orthopod now. They gave me olansapine and respiradol when I needed things like Neurontin, Buscopan and Clonazepan.
ĄĄThe latter wasn't by force. They never showed me or had a warrant at the hospital the first two times it was at my home; first one they
ĄĄhad no right to enter from me or my mother according to her, in fact my Aunt Iris Low invited them under their programming. The secind they
ĄĄstormed in with several copers with no warrant and I read the act, they needed one.
ĄĄI know it's late but the BCCLA wasn't any help in directing me to your office. Please hear me out and let me know what I can do.
ĄĄI want the offenders to pay with their jobs and pensions, and I need some restitution for the trauma and perhaps the 500 I need to
ĄĄhasten my knee scan (privately).
ĄĄI want official apologies as well and an official order keeping the Mental Health team adn Car 87 away from me on all circumstances.
ĄĄIn fact I want them abolished. Forced treatment is an abomination and leaves you worse then when you started, Behaviour/Thought
ĄĄmodification creates a modern psycho-prometheus like the guy who murdered his "creator" at an MHT office recently.

ĄĄto her what was promised by the mental health team and not by order of the
ĄĄministry in charge (HR) inHuman Resources.....they garaunteed these things by
ĄĄclaim no one can feel safe around me unless I am assessed by the quack patroll
ĄĄof the health "authorities" and possibly car87ed.

ĄĄIf I wasn't here to "function" as well as I do utility bills and rent could not
ĄĄbe paid and she'd be on the street and I would likely be forced treatment like a
ĄĄlab rat. The only individuals who should fear me are those who wish me or
ĄĄothers ill in a real sense, not in "what the voices say sense, and even if their
ĄĄwere voices, they have privacy rights too, for gawd sakes do I not have a right
ĄĄto my private unstolen intellectual property? That's all I need jack booted
ĄĄthugs ramming into this home again and asking me "who I know."

ĄĄ>which runs Bellevue, had a different view. According to the court
ĄĄ>transcript, in her opening statement, city attorney Nancy Botta told
ĄĄ>the jury, "... the plaintiff was aggressive. He was getting close to
ĄĄ>people. He was getting in their faces. As he pointed and waved his
ĄĄ>finger, he was loud and threatening ... the plaintiff was actively
ĄĄ>manic, he was psychotic and he was delusional."

ĄĄ>Bellevue doctors who committed Marion determined that he was "not only
ĄĄ>mentally ill, but that he was a danger to himself and a danger to the
ĄĄ>community," Botta told jurors.

ĄĄ>After a four-day trial, the jury awarded Marion $750,000 in damages
ĄĄ>for his confinement and $225,000 for the injections -- one of the
ĄĄ>largest awards nationally in cases involving the involuntary
ĄĄ>commitment of the mentally ill, experts said.

ĄĄ>It's also an extraordinary verdict because, in most cases, people like
ĄĄ>Marion don't have the means or the opportunity to bring their case to
ĄĄ>court. "It's generally very difficult for people with mental illness

ĄĄ>National Association for the Mentally Ill. "It's hard for them to get

ĄĄ>worked with Marion since 1999.

ĄĄ>compensatory and punitive damages. Over the years, different
ĄĄ>third-year students and a staff attorney who is a recent Touro

ĄĄ>damages. The city has asked him to reduce the award and to set aside
ĄĄ>the verdict, arguing that it is contrary to the weight of the

ĄĄ>reduced."

ĄĄ>research on the case shifted her career focus from criminal defense

ĄĄ>the bar exam. "When Professor Brooks called me and told me about the
ĄĄ>verdict, I was in shock."

ĄĄ>Another former student, Melodie Shuler, 26, of Washington D.C., said
ĄĄ>working on the case piqued her interest in public interest
ĄĄ>law. Shuler, who worked mostly on motions during the discovery phase,

ĄĄ>confine him ... I felt it was also great because it gave me confidence

ĄĄClearly the BC Liberals rather (with the exception of officiating
ĄĄsubstance abuse as a weakness not a disability) see people suffer
ĄĄand consumers lost out of desperate measures so as to look
ĄĄfiscally responsible as the "free enterprise party" they are
ĄĄnot (maybe they meant they wanted a program to build the
ĄĄEnterprise with the Canadian space program *wedgie*), like
ĄĄthe cartoon character , Duckman, said as a ruler of a third
ĄĄworld Island, "Great! I'll need useless social programs to cut
ĄĄwhen I pretend to be fiscally responsible," on any account, I
ĄĄdigress and offer something the ministry of opposition [NDP]
ĄĄ[Fed. (Anarcho-Corp) Con] and protesters seem to lack, a
ĄĄsolution, a system change with cuts, but where they are needed
ĄĄthe most. Bureaucratic cuts, Public Service Union Bans,
ĄĄA Welfare System that is repayable after it's no longer needed
ĄĄwithout interest rates, but with billing fees (paper and printing
ĄĄand admin cost; it shouldn't go beyond 5 to 10 dollars a bill; maybe
ĄĄeven 1 a bill.). I would see a housing solution for those on drugs,
ĄĄit's called a cross-the-board NIMBY: Prison. As for temporary or
ĄĄpermanent disability(s) [This may include not being a member of a
ĄĄsecret society and maybe being a white looking person with black
ĄĄancestry.] I'd definitely increase the rolls and make it a health
ĄĄissue rather than a welfare system problem, perhaps see the rolls
ĄĄincrease to current disability levels (time limited to two years) for
ĄĄwelfare and disability to; well come to think of it average rent
ĄĄmight be $700, minimum bills phone (40ish) and power (40ish) and
ĄĄperhaps internet (15-19ish) would end up being roughly $100; perhaps
ĄĄwalk around would need to be $50 monthly, so $1050 (with 200 for
ĄĄfood) as the welfare roll makes sense and Disability should be at
ĄĄleast the same for bills, $200 on walk around allowance, $900 for
ĄĄrent, $400 for food (or walk around, one must trust it will be used
ĄĄproperly.), it could be called a $600 walk around if it's more simple,
ĄĄthis with bills add up to $1600. I'd even prefer this to be suggested
ĄĄas a potential pay back with a billing fee system for when the
ĄĄdisabled person, without pressure, finds something they can do and
ĄĄstarts working or perhaps regains control of their hostilely taken
ĄĄover property. Bus Passes in all instances should be part of the
ĄĄsystems and retro-active at least as an offer or at request, no
ĄĄpayment or more paperwork, people might find work faster this way and
ĄĄless paper work is less expensive for the taxpayer (this cost could be
ĄĄadded to future billings.). As for refugees, most of these
ĄĄdocumentation problems are federal/national issues that need to be
ĄĄtaken up with the Immigration Ministry/Dept. and I wouldn't expect
ĄĄmuch from Hedy Fry because she once saw a friend and former client of
ĄĄmine, an Actor named Dmitri Boudrine over documentation issues and
ĄĄsudden changes of heart on status and she threw him out of her office
ĄĄback in the 1990 rather than deal with the problem.
ĄĄNow to really make sure things work out BC has to collect it's own
ĄĄtaxes directly and not rely on the Nats in Ottawa to send less that
ĄĄthey get from us back. Also cut all corporate, arts, humanities,
ĄĄentertainment, sports, non-profit, science welfare. What does all
ĄĄthis do? Well it lessens tax burdens, it makes sure only essential
ĄĄworkers get work (in a sense make the unessential cheaper on welfare
ĄĄas they are), it boosts recipient moral, because it is no longer free
ĄĄmoney, just an interest free loan, and it guarantees that all revenue
ĄĄcollected for BC stays in BC. I'll add my opposition to the PST and
ĄĄGST and all other consumption taxes and levys just for the hell of it
ĄĄand conclude that it also keeps people at a more livable level and as
ĄĄconsumers who can pick and choose consumption (tastes and purchases)
ĄĄof their choice themselves with everyone else [preferably with banned
ĄĄmonopolies and stocks and other gambling, plus banned secret(ive)
ĄĄsocieties and their affirmative action.] and more freedom.
ĄĄFrom what I have learned from my tallying things up, it has occurred
ĄĄto me, that politicians rarely, if ever, pay for things themselves.

ĄĄExperience" as [M.Dr.] R.D. Laing put it in "The Politics of Experience (Ch.5,Pg.100)" that I have been
ĄĄput through; my property stolen, my religious freedom taken and stomped on, my freedom of speech
ĄĄand thought attacked, all the freedoms they could take and it took me through Easter (the other taking
ĄĄme through my Confirmation Day) so where is this sword of mine I mentioned years ago? Where is my
ĄĄapology? Where is the compensation for the time and freedom taken from me without due process?
ĄĄWhere is the long prison term those PIGs that called themselves Cops doing?
