Did CIA secretly develop Mind Control Technologies? Do Mind Control

Answer is a RESOUNDING "YES".


CIA developed Mind Control Technologies under their Project MKULTRA
since the 1950s. In the early 1970s, Senator Frank Church investigated
ABUSES in this program. CIA took it underground and kept developing
these insane technologies in "complete secrecy", reverse engineered

CIA themselves admitted in 1961 that they were able to REMOTELY CONTROL
"multiple species of animals", and they will adapt those technologies to
man.

in the CIA) led the scientists working under him to advance the “brain
map” research. After searching through all available literature on the
brain, they mapped out the parts of animals’ brains that produced

radio (or electrical) signals to remotely control the activation of
