I just printed out my 1099-R from mypay and found out some will have a
problem getting their 1099-R.

If they accessed their account in the past four months some were asked
if they wanted their payments electronically or by mail. Some maked by
electronically but have later called wondering why they have not
recived their 1099-R in the mail.

I have tried for over 5 days to access the Mypay site but all I get
after 10 minutes is a message to call back later, when I try to set
up a Mypay account I can't because they ask me for a PIN which
I have never set up. I would bet this is a civilian run company.
What ever happened to a Army that was in control of the army ?
Now we have contractors that control every thing from our
food to our security, who has control over the United States the
United States or a bunch on contractors that only have the best
interested in getting as much as they can from the foolish Government
that allowed the Military to allow a civilian company to take control
over the military is the worst possible example of stupidly the
military the world has the world has ever seen.

I have been unable to get into the site because it didn't like my
password. tried resetting my password, that was Monday, but I have yet
to see a new, temporary password. I have used up a bunch of cell phone
minutes to find out that there is a "large" backlog and eventually a
reset password will show up. Thrilling. A trouble ticket to the help
desk is in limbo.

The genius that decided to "improve" security desperately needs to be
forced to live with the results of his/her "improvements.

I just go back from helping a friend update his myPay account I
noticed this post.

When you go to myPay do not try to use your old numbers yet.

First, read the Allert: New Login ID and password reqirements.

Then go to the step-by-step instruction and you should print it out
and then when you have your new numbers ready you should have no
problems updating your account.
