GOOGLE PROVES BROOKS LYING! - REBUTTAL
For all those that are ethical, believe in the truth, and is NOT a
member of a hate/smear and con gang like the Nigel N. Brooks
hate/smear and con gang, I sincerely wish you and yours a very Merry
Christmas, and further, sincerely wish you and yours a long, healthy
and prosperous life.
However, for the hate and con gang members, who regularly operate in a
tyrannical, cowardly and in a mob hate manner to smear and defame
veterans, I hereby provide the following rebuttal to their recent
fraud, false accusations and general cons - which have now been
provided to several different legal venues:
Please understand I am forced to post my rebuttals to the
hate/smear/con gang that operates under the tutelage and direction of
Mr. Nigel N. Brooks. As long as Nigel Brooks and gang's et al
hate/con and smear web sites and groups operate (which are clearly
designed and updated regularly to smear me with fraud, forgeries,
false accusations and general obloquy) I will be forced to defend
myself with the truth - as this and my past rebuttals clearly and
irrefutably provide.
Nigel Brooks Served
By this time Mr. Nigel N. Brooks and some of his gang members have
been contacted by the legal departments from Google and Lycos asking
them for sworn certification in respect to their rampant and flagrant
copyright violations on their "Get Doug" web sites and Google groups
(Federal court has ruled that "Fair Use" does not apply if a pattern
of spite and defamation is connected to the copyright violations).
Ergo, Mr. Brooks already knows the name of my law firm, the law
enforcement people that are already involved, and he has by now read
my law firm's letter to the US Attorney, and to various Federal law
enforcement entities. I am waiting for Brooks and his gang members
sworn statement replies that must be sent back to the Google and Lycos
agents, and of course I invite the hate/smear gang members to make
and issue statements to my lawyer, the US Attorney, law enforcement,
Google and Lycos about this issue. In fact, I and others *cannot
wait* to see their statements under oath!
Also note that after completing an extensive and comprehensive
investigation of the facts, including reviewing hundreds of posts from
the said hate gang, and my rebuttals, my lawyers have written to the
US Attorney and provided her with their conclusions and
recommendations, along with hundreds of exhibits supporting said
conclusions. Moreover, my law firm has further contacted several
Federal Investigators over some of the issues mentioned herein, and I
have, based upon advice of my counsel, personally contacted the FBI
in Portland, Or, and in Vancouver, Wa. I have been advised by the
FBI to file an official complaint with the FBI, and file a complaint
with the Oregon Police. I have also filed a complaint with the Clark
County Sheriff's office, and I am preparing other complaints for other
states based upon the conclusions of my law firm and their letter to
the US Attorney.
I have (with legal assistance) also rewritten my John Doe lawsuit and
it is ready to go as soon as Nigel N. Brooks (and/or some of his key
gang members) respond under an oath to the official legal complaints
and to the official complaints filed with Google and Lycos.
It appears, one way or another, this issue is going to the courts.
(Probably several courts considering I have been advised to file
several complaints in several different states). (If Mr. Brooks
refuses to provide you with any of the information mentioned above,
then email me directly at legal...@comcast.net with your request,
and once your email and real name have been verified, then I will
provide all information mentioned above. Please understand that
anything you say in statements in regards to these issues can and
will be used against you in a court of law). Note further that you
will retain a copy of your email, so any whines and excuses from Nigel
Brooks or members of his smear gang to NOT ask me directly to reveal
the information I am offering herein are nothing more than a
desperate attempt to keep you in the dark about the truth of this
issue. Of course they do NOT WANT you to contact me and read my law
firm's letters, for doing so would provide evidence they are the liars
and frauds I know them to be.
If you believe my actions are Draconian, then I must ask what would
you do if someone lied and posted that you were a pedophile, dealt in
child porno, broke into your medical records and posted some of them
on USENET, used fraud and forged FBI reports to defame you, lied
profusely about your military service (such as claiming I was never in
combat) and posted thousands of lies stating that I claimed I received
a Purple Heart medal, which of course I never said? Not to mention
the filing of false criminal charges against you and experiencing the
direction, tutelage and incitement from Nigel N. Brooks to his
smear/hate and con gang members to continue with such fraud and abuse
of process with similar acts?
I suspect anyone that was subjected to such fraud and con man false
accusations for as long as I have would be forced to do the same as I
have, and will. And you can bet I have just started to defend myself.

I have provided herein, then once again, please email me directly,
confirm your identity, and I will refer you to the letter from my law
firm to the US Attorney and to various Federal Investigators).
Smear Merchant Disclaimer
I have better things to do than rebut the fraud and false accusations
made by members of the Nigel Brooks smear/hate and con gang.
However, unlike the gang's other smear victims, I will defend myself
from the gang's obloquy and fraud in each case.
You would think these pathetic souls and cowards would find
something to do other than spread their fraud, hate and smears about
people they have targeted for their obloquy, but alas, it appears to
me their malicious bullying and perpetual hate and frauds have become
their "pathetic life."
I believe Nigel N. Brooks and some of his hate/smear/con gang members

Nigel Brooks Hiding From Independent Legal Analysis
I have repeatedly offered Nigel N. Brooks and his hate/smear/con gang
members the opportunity to take their hate, false accusations and
fraud to (1) the American Association of Arbitrators, loser pays, and
if that independent legal entity frightened them I even offered them
the opportunity to (2) pick any University they choose (that has a
law school) and they can submit their rants and fraud to that
University, and I will provide my rebuttals, and if the University
says I am lying I pay for everything, but if the University says the
con men are lying, THEY pay for the independent analysis.
Once again the cowards that compose the Nigel N. Brooks hate/smear and
con gang pissed their panties and ran for cover in respect to my
offers of an independent legal analysis of their outrageous, unethical
and malicious false accusations.
I also offered Nigel N. Brooks an opportunity to even NAME a single
document he claims exists in those military records he received via
his FOIA request about me that proves ANY of Nigel Brooks or any of
his hate gang's smears or statements they have posted about me . . .
once again we see Nigel N. Brooks and his smear gang hide, cower, and
pee their panties over this simple means to prove to the readers the
volumes of cons and fraud Nigel Brooks and his smear gang have been
posting about me and others on this forum.
You must always remember that hate mongers and con men are true
cowards - and that is one reason why I have been forced to bring this
issue into a public legal arena.
Web Sites for Hate and Profit
Note that Nigel Brooks and some of his hate/smear/con gang members
maintain web sites and a Google Newsgroup designed specifically to
defame me with fraud, serial lying, outright con man fraud, and of
course libel, which forces me to rebut their fraud with these truthful
rebuttals. Also note that Nigel Brooks and/or members of his hate
gang make a profit and/or gain value from selling advertising on
those said hate and fraud sites.
Once again, I have offered Nigel Brooks dozens of times (and/or any
of his con/hate/smear gang members) the opportunity to take their
fraud and false accusations to the American Association of
Arbitrators, or to any legal department of any University they select,
and if either of those entities agrees with Nigel Brooks in respect to
his accusations about me, I will pay for their services. HOWEVER, if
those legal experts agree that my rebuttals are correct and accurate,
then Nigel Brooks and/or his smear/hate/con gang members pay for the
independent legal analysis.
Nigel Brooks and his gang members run, duck, hide, cower, piss their

autobiographical facts about my life on USENET in any detail. Only a
quip now and then. And, if anyone wants to know the true facts, or a

issue which are clearly missing in my quips they must first contact
me via email, identify themselves, and then I will determine if I want
to exchange such personal information with them.

specifically state he was using fiction or sarcasm in such posts. If
*all* posts stand as written like Nigel Brooks claims, and can never
be explained nor the true intent and context provided by the author
when asked, then I must assume the same rules apply to all posts
published by Nigel Brooks and his gang.

We all know, the WORLD knows, that when Fiction is used in any article
or prose it is NEVER identified as Fiction! Mark Twain even said
that Fiction has to be more believable than nonfiction or it loses its

Issue Background:
In a desperate attempt to CHA due to his and his gang's outrageous
fraud they posted about me which my public military records proved
completely false and fraudulent, Nigel Brooks and some of his gang
members dug through my electronic waste basket and found a discarded
post they then resurrected on the Google Archives (one member of the
Nigel Brooks gang claims he is a "computer consultant" and apparently
wrote malicious searches to find anything he could to use to defame
and smear me, including rummaging through my electronic waste
basket!).
Although the post in question ( a reply to Chip dated Feb 2003) was
clearly NOT about Purple Heart medals (as the last sentence clearly
proves) after a SDS member associate gang member connected to the
Nigel Brooks gang member, the SteveL anonymous cyberstalker (who
denies he is Steve Leyland) tried to insinuate otherwise, yet was
*immediately* told his insinuation was a "complete distortion" of the
true context of the post, I decided to remove the post from the
Google archive to immediately remedy any question about the true
context of the post.
(Note that I had already posted several times that I DID NOT have a
purple heart medal - and further confirmed that fact several times
subsequently, but I still thought that removing the post would
immediately remedy any question from those that were never in the
military and therefore did not understand the last sentence of the
reply - which of course is the key to the intended context).
After Nigel Brooks launched his hate/smear and con smear campaign
against me in March 2005 (ongoing to this day with new fraud additions
to his web sites) Nigel Brooks and some of his hate/smear/con gang
members then resurrected this *long removed and long remedied* post
from my electronic waste basket, and then fraudulently claimed (1)
that Google had replaced it back on their archives due to its
contents, and also fraudulently claimed (2) I did not remove the post
until 2006.
The false 2006 removal fraudulent claim by Nigel Brooks and some of
his con group was directly connected to their additional outright
fraud and con that the post was about medals, and they were trying to
con and lie and sell their outright fraud and con that I removed the
post due to the Stolen Valor Act which of course was promulgated in
2006.
The hate mongers, crackpots and con men that compose the Nigel Brooks
hate/con/smear gang knew they could never convince rational readers
that I intended to say something if I had in fact removed it from the
Google archives. No one is stupid enough to believe that someone
intended to say or convey something if they removed it from the
archives for the purpose of disambiguation or correction! Even hate
mongers know no one rational is stupid enough to believe such tripe -
so they had to dream up some con as a reason for me to remove the
ost - which they howled and fraudulently claimed was due to the
Stolen Valor Act - which was not even thought of until long after I
had removed this post, as Google as confirmed.
Of course, as Google has confirmed, this post was *removed months
before the Stolen Valor Act was even proposed - not to mention
enacted!* Obviously, if I had intended to convey what the con men are
claiming *I would not have removed the post from the Google archives
in the first place!*
Yet Another Third Independent Party Proves Nigel Brooks is Lying
Nigel Brooks and some of his gang member's outright fraud and cons
have been exposed by an independent third party ONCE AGAIN! How many
times has Nigel Brooks been caught in mid con and fraud? We are
compiling a list of his cons and fraud for an imminent legal action,
and you will not believe the amount of times this con man has been
caught posting outright fraud. His fraud and outrageously deliberate
and malicious false accusations are amazing! I suspect, but cannot
prove, that perhaps Nigel N. Brooks is one of the most egregious
hate/smear and con gang leaders that uses the Internet to spread his
false accusations and fraud against those he has targeted for such
attacks.
Nigel N. Brooks maliciously "frames" much of what I have said in the
past in the most false and defaming context he can dream up - and that
fact has been noted by every legal mind I have asked to review his
wild and outrageous false accusations about me.
What a Tangled Web of Deceit the Hate Gang Members have Spun for
Themselves
Nigel Brooks and his con men had to claim I did not remove the Chip
reply post until 2006 to add credibility to their first con that the
post was about medals and not about its obvious true context, which
was VA issued purple heart ID cards, which were issued at the time of
the post. (Note the true context of this post was verified during a
conversation with Chip within about 90 days of the post that Nigel
Brooks and his hate/smear/con gang are trying to distort and con the
readers into fraudulently believing their con the post was about
medals).
Of course, Nigel Brooks and his hate/smear/con gang have been caught
lying and falsely accusing red handed on ALL issues about this long
removed post:
Although it is clear to all military experts and legal experts that I
have submitted all facts about this issue that the true intent and
context of the post were NOT about medals, the Nigel Brooks
smear/hate/and con gang, even after being told the correct context
several times, and even after having the non-medal context confirmed
by independent military experts with 30 years of military service,
has continued with their false and fraudulent accusations about this
issue on a regular basis, including on their hate for profit smear and
con gang web sites and gang operated forums -which also make money
from selling advertising based upon their outright fraud, false
accusations, libel, and various other forms of false light defamation
and outright cons and deceptions.
Apparently, based on the fraudulent and false content of the gang's
web sites, and the advertising that are being sold on those sites,
Nigel Brooks has discovered a new con game - "internet defamation and
fraud for profit."
Moreover, regardless of the dozens of times I posted *I DID NOT* have
a purple heart medal, and the dozens of times that Nigel Brooks, Tom
Rau and his gang acknowledged that fact, once the SteveL smear
merchant and anonymous cyberstalker (who denies his real name is Steve
Leyland) managed to dig the old discarded post out of my electronic
waste basket (Google did not replace it and they have confirmed that
fact in writing) the con men started to present this "long discarded,
corrected and remedied" post out of context while ignoring the dozens
of other posts, both prior and subsequent, that stated I did not have
nor was interested in any Purple Heart Medal, and further this gang
maliciously ignored I and the typist that wrote the post stated
succinctly dozens of times the post in question was about Purple
Heart VA ID Cards.
Con Men Deliberately and Maliciously Snooping in my Waste Basket to
Produce More Fraud and False Smears
The mere fact these hate/smear merchants dug around in my electronic
waste basket to try and find discarded and long corrected items they
could then fraudulently misrepresent to lie and con about me alone
should give the readers some insight as to the unethical and
fraudulent tactics the Nigel Brooks hate/smear and con gang use
against their targeted smear victims.
1. Google has replied to me as evidenced below that contrary to Nigel
Brooks fraudulent claims (see below); (1) Google DID NOT replace the
reply to Chip post in question, and Google's legal department has
further confirmed that it NEVER reads posts and decides which posts
should remain or be placed on their archives or not.
This statement by the Google legal department of course directly
contradicts what Nigel Brooks (and some of his gang members) have
repeatedly posted about this issue (see below for evidence of their
posts and what they said), and of course also proves irrefutably
that Nigel Brooks and some of his hate/smear/con gang members have
been conning and lying to the readers about this issue for years!
2. Google has also confirmed in writing the post in question (the
reply to Chip in Feb 2003) was NOT removed in 2006, and was in fact
removed several months before, (long before any Stolen Valor law was
even thought of) and was removed due to the reason I provided Google,
which was "the post context was about purple heart VA ID cards." The
date of removal of this post (certified in writing by Google) was
also LONG BEFORE Nigel Brooks or any of his gang members ever said a
word about it. Once again, Nigel Brooks and his hate gang have been
caught in a mid con.
3. Google's statement about the date of removal for this post proves
irrefutably that Nigel Brooks and some of his hate/con/smear gang
members fraudulently, maliciously and conspiratorially, worked
together to falsely accuse me of a crime, and to imply and
fraudulently misrepresent this entire issue for the malicious purpose
of false light and fraudulent criminal accusations - all designed to
cast me and my military service in a false and defaming light - for
the obvious purpose to harm my reputation and profession, and to harm
me emotionally.
4. So far, (and counting) Nigel Brooks and some of his hate/smear and
con gang members have perpetrated the following similar nefarious and
overt acts against me:
a. After posting hundreds of false light, fraudulent and defaming
posts about me on USENET, and after someone else outed this key gang
member's real name, and after he said he was "visiting Muslim Mosques
about me" this gang member crossed state lines and filed a completely
fraudulent, bogus false cyberstalking charge against me with my local
DA.
After the Clark County Sheriff's deputy investigated the bogus
charges, and my lawyer also investigated same, and after we reviewed
the false evidence this hate gang member planted with that said
department to facilitate his fraudulent charges, and after the Sheriff's
Deputy reported back to the DA, the DA completely threw out,
dismissed and refused to prosecute this gang member's obviously false
and malicious charges. It was and is apparent to me that this gang
member had previously conspired with several other Nigel Brooks hate
gang members to file bogus criminal charges against me because
several of them joined him when he boasted about filing his false
charges on USENET - for the obvious purpose of malicious harassment,
defamation, false light fraud, and to cause me emotional harm.
B. After the gang's fraudulent and false charges were thrown out by
the DA (after a thorough investigation by the Clark country Sheriff's
department), then after Mr. Nigel Brooks in his desperation to stop my
rebuttals to his cons and fraud about me, called for and directed his
hate gang to file fraudulent charges against me with the Veteran's
Administration, this same gang member then mysteriously "volunteered"
to work for the VA in the same VA office that maintained and
controlled my medical records.
What this Nigel Brooks key gang member did not know was because of a
previous complaint to the VA about Mr. Thomas Rau posting some of my
private medical information on USENET, a "trap" had been placed on my
records by a Federal Investigator hoping to catch the perpetrator that
had been accessing my private VA Medical Files.
After the Nigel Brooks hate gang member posted some of my private
medical information on USENET, and provided same to third parties,
which they then trafficked to various other third parties, and this
process was made known to me, I then contacted the VA and asked them
if the person I knew as this gang member had, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
accessed my private VA Medical files. I was informed by the Federal
VA Investigator (in writing - a copy furnished the US Attorney and is
available for review if you email me) that in fact this person had,
without authorization nor approval by the VA, accessed my VA medical
records NOT LESS THAN THREE TIMES!
After a thorough investigation by the Federal Investigator, the Nigel
Brooks hate gang member was fired from the Veterans Administration,
and I was informed (in writing) by the VA Headquarters that he will
not be allowed to work for, on in any way access any VA Medical files
ever again. (If you want to know the name of the gang member ask
Nigel Brooks or email me as his name is stated in my lawyer's letter
to the US Attorney).
I asked the VA investigator if this gang members' propensity to
steal, traffic in and sabotage medical records should be provided to
the entire medical community in this gang member's area, and the VA
investigator informed me that would be something I would need to do
through other legal channels -although he recommended I do take
further action if the gang member continued with this harassment and
invasions, which of course, he and other gang members have done.
When Mr. Nigel Brooks provides you with the information he should have
received from Google or Lycos by now, you also will review several
statements to law enforcement (which Nigel Brooks and gang claim were
never contacted) from my lawyers.
Moreover, I urge all that wish to do so to contact these officials and
be sure to "tell them your side of the story" as I cannot wait to see
what some of these gang members say to Federal Investigators
(considering it is a crime to lie to them). In fact I and my lawyers
cannot wait to read statements from this hate gang - and it is time to
bring such statements under oath.
Real Vets Beware of Hate/Smear/Con Gangs
I find it absolutely amazing that any real Veteran would ever be
associated with Nigel Brooks or any of his gang members if they
actually believe in our troops and wish to support them. No wonder
the key member of the Nigel Brooks gang that has attacked our troops
fighting in Iraq by calling them "murderers" - is NOT a Veteran, yet
sleazes into Veteran's groups for the obvious purpose to smear and
defame *real* veterans. It is clear to me this hate gang's hidden
objective is to defame and discredit real veterans with lies, false
accusations and general fraud. (One gang member even recently
defamed the entire US Marine Corps, and he also said all NCO's were
"incompetent and ineffective" or words to that effect - not to mention
denied any POW's were ever held back by the Vietnamese, and further
claimed all that suffered from Agent Orange diabetes were "obese
slugs." Obviously, the true agenda of this hate gang is to attack
Veterans.

Nigel Brooks posted that GOOGLE *decided* to replace my discarded post
back on its archives after it read the post and wanted to preserve it
for historical purposes - among other outright cons, frauds and false
statements about Google's involvement in the Nigel Brooks con game and

So I wrote Google, and told them what Nigel Brooks had said, provided
Google with the evidence below in respect to what Nigel Brooks said
about Google's participation. Google has finally replied in part, and

Note that I have contacted the Google legal department since several
times. They have recently verified that the post in question (the

(I have Google's written certification of removal). I am still
waiting for their reply to me once Nigel N. Brooks provides them with
his sworn certifications. Which of course will produce immediate
further legal action.
Copyright Violations
Note that I have already filed a complaint with the Google and Lycos
copyright agent in respect to the Google and Lycos Serb Bog group's
flagrant copyright violations. They will then notify Nigel Brooks
(should have done so by now) and ask him to certify under oath that he
is not violating my copyrights. If he completes such certifications,
then according to my lawyers he will be sued within two weeks of the
date we received such sworn certification. Or, if Brooks claims he is
violating my copyrights but has a right to do so under any provision
of the Copyright Act (such as "fair use"), my lawyers have found
several case law rulings from Federal Judges that state "fair use"
does not apply if the copyright violation is being used for spite,
harassment or defamation. (Not to mention to profit from shared
advertising fees) which is clearly the case in respect to the posting
history of Nigel Brooks and some of his gang members in my respect.
So if Brooks responds, he and others that have violated my copyrights
will be sued within two weeks from the date we receive such
certifications.
Further, note my copyrights are *registered copyrights!* What that
means is that I do not need to prove any damages for copyright
violations to obtain a monetary judgement against the infringers. For
*registered copyrights* damages are presumed and statutory, need not
be proved, and are awarded by the Judge along with restraining orders.
So at least I know I will receive my legal fees back when the suit is
filed. (I expect Brooks and his gang to actually lie under oath, and
then of course other complaints will be then filed when they do).
Also note that when Google provides Nigel Brooks with my copyright
complaint and asks Brooks for his certification, (which should have
already occurred or will occur soon) he will also be provided a copy
of my lawyer's letter to the US Attorney General, and to other law
enforcement and to other Federal Investigators.
I hereby urge Brooks and his gang to be sure and contact those law
enforcement officials and repeat what they have been posting on
USENET - replete with their out of context fraud and false
accusations. Then at least the investigators will be sure to have
both sides of the issue - and then we can move to determine who is
lying to Federal Investigators and who is not.
I know my lawyers and I have complied volumes of evidence in this
regard, and I for one cannot wait to see what the gang says under

Like I said, I have been forced by the Nigel Brooks hate and smear

and professional harm, which is an alleged violation of a criminal
law in the State of Washington. (Unlawful Harassment). This key
Nigel Brooks hate gang member has also violated my copyrights on

erred posts' Google has certified to me in writing were removed from
my account and from the Google archives have been reinstated by
Google on its archives, and are being used as malicious libel,
defamation and as a means to unlawfully harass me.
(At last count there were more than 41 of such posts above posted by
the Nigel Brooks smear and hate gang all designed to use Google to
unlawfully harass me, and malicious defame and smear me, and to paint
me and my life in a defaming false light.
Note above that Google has denied the SteveL (who denies being Steve
Leyland) and Nigel Brooks outright cons and fraud about Google being
involved in reading my posts and deciding to reinstate them on the

5. Nigel Brooks wrote the following, which claims that Google reads

The above defamation is an absolute fraud and is typical of the fraud

Further, please again review my law firm's extensive letter with
hundreds of exhibits they have provided the US Attorney and other
Federal Investigators in respect to the actions of the Nigel Brooks
hate/smear and con gang - especially the acts of breaking into and
trafficking in my Veterans Administration records and then posting
some of those extremely private records on the Internet.
If you are involved in trafficking in my personal information I
suspect some will believe they can hide such events by removing
emails - boy are they in for a surprise!

P.S. Note that clear morning report evidence of my admission to a
Hospital in Vietnam after a medevac from Can Tho, and my related stay
in that Hospital for several weeks, has been found and verified due
to the outstanding diligence of a clerk at the US National Personnel
Center at St. Louis. These records have been lost for more than forty
years - and we now know why they were lost. Up to now I never cared
one way or another to verify this event - but now I am prepared to
prove it in a court of law or to any investigator.
Now is the time for Nigel N. Brooks and his gang member to state their
accusations and defamation in writing - under oath. I strongly urge
them to do so. Then we can proceed accordingly. I am waiting for
their reply.
