I guess I'm the first one passing the dateline so first of all Happy New
Year!
This is Thomas Ristvall, SSG, Royal Swedish Army MP (ret.) reporting in for
the annual 2003 Roll Call.
BCT and AIT took place in 1 Cav Reg't (K1) Stockholm in 1991 and then after
about 10 years waiting for the phone to ring (reserve duty).
I've amassed little more 31 years of living, mostly in my birthplace
Karlstad, Sweden.

as long as they will have me.

When I got out of the Military I went to College for Criminal Justice and
worked in various security jobs and as a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation
Counseling Aid in a Juvenile Rehab.
I just started my 8th year with small PD in Northern NY and hold the rank of
Patrolman. I am also an Armorer and an Instructor in Firearms, Breath Test
Operator, and General Topics. I was also just assigned to the newly formed
County HAZMAT Response Team.
Hobbies-
Hunting, Fishing, Plinking, Computers,and Cooking(more experimental than
cooking).
Kids-
2 soon to be step sons
Hoping to have another in the near future.
Pets-
1 dog-9 year old Black Lab named Sam, the biggest baby you've ever seen. I
had 5 others but I moved and didn't have room so they went to good homes(I
did background checks).
I had a ton of fish but due to the move I gave all away(more background
checks), but as soon as I make room I'll be setting up my 55 gal aquarium.

For all you old timers out there, you probably remember (harassing) me.
Well, after some arm twisting and a few minor property crimes, Casey has
convenced me to get back active in the NG. For reasons unknown but to God,
when I moved up to the Cincinnati area for my current ROTC assignment, I
somehow ended up living down the street from Casey. No kidding! What were
the chances in THAT. So I am back on here after about a two-year break in
service. Now Casey, will you please return my Christmas lights???

I must have done something bad wrong for God to punish me like that. Well, you
needed a good neighbor to keep you in line while you were off duty and to tell
you how to get to XU and back every day. LOL (damn Southerners anyway)
