I know we had several battalions with assigned infantry companies. The
716th MP Battalion had Co. C, 52d Infantry Regiment as an example.
Also, in 25th MP Company we had an infantry platoon that was a mix of MP
and Infantry soldiers. It was disbanded in late 1969 as I recall.
