These are the ultimate sports utility vehicles - they'll go just about
anywhere in any weather. They would be great for collectors, off-road
enthusiasts, ranchers, farmers, hunters, construction crews, etc
I am offering them for purchase either "as is", or as is with modest
improvements, such as new canvas (tops, doors, seat covers, etc.),
configuration change from 2 to 4 man, etc. New civilian hummers typically
cost well over $50,000. In as is condition, I would consider $25,000 each
for a quick sale as is. The cost with new canvas, and more fussing over the
details will probably add another $5,000 or more to the price. Parts and
service for these vehicles are available through Hummer suppliers or certain
surplus outlets.
I would be glad to send pictures of the vehicles to anyone seriously
interested. The vehicles are located in the Atlanta area, and I would be
pleased to arrange to show them to interested parties. I hold civilian
titles on both vehicles. If you know anyone who may be interested in one or
more of these vehicles, please forward this message to them, or give them my
name and phone number (770) 426-7885. I in turn will be very greatful for
your assistance.
Sincerely,
John Wilcox
