British Army Helmet - WWII - J.S.S. I, 506 1941

Item in Fair-to Good condition
Has the following imprinted letters on the inside of the helmet: J.S.S.
I 506 1941
Camouflage net is probably modern
The camo net has left a "fish-net" pattern on the outside paint (see
picture).
I don't know if the paint job is original, but looks in suspiciously
good condition to be original.
