I got the latest Microsoft Money last year and have been updating my
banking info all the time. It just happened to lose my information
for the last 9 months. I had my banking info open and this dumb-ass
program open at the same time after I had downloaded. microsoft money
missed an important deposit from my taxes, (so the info had been there
at one time and is gone now). I added the deposit in and it added it
to my balance. It won't let me add transactions. This program is too
expensive and SUCKS!!!!! so much. I had to go to the bank and have
them print out my accounts since last September. You are a rip off
and should repay the people that have ever purchased your piece of
crap program. I'll use Quicken from now on.

I don't know what the problem is with MS money - my balances aren't
even correct, I can't clear transactions. Piece of crap. Good
riddance.
