Hello,

I have been having problems accessing my hotmail account (We...@hotmail.com)
for the last 5 days and could possibly be more. I have sent you multiple
emails but
still have had no response. The problem is when I enter my username and
password,
I get the following error.

--------

Account temporarily unavailable. Access Denied.

For more information, please see the detailed error message explanation
below.

We apologize that your account is temporarily unavailable. We are doing all
we can to make your account available as soon as possible, and we expect the
delay
to be brief.

--------

I would very much appreciate it if you can suggest any solutions to my
problem in the very near future. It's getting a bit much. 5 days to solve
this problem is ridiculous, please don't make me use Yahoo mail.

Thank you,

Alastair Moore

Today I tried to log into my Hotmail acct and it keeps asking me to put in
my password, like the one I have always entered is no longer correct, is
this because it's now Jan. 1, 2000 or just because Microsoft sucks? Or
both?

You get what you pay for, at the price what do you have to complain about?

It probably dependson how long you have gone getween accessong your account.
They like to close accounts that have been inactive for so long. That's the
only explanation I can really give. Maybe it'll help.
