The book, Sar Bachan Poetry Selections, published by the Radha Soami
Satsang Beas, has the text arranged as three columns in three
languages: Hindi, Romanized version, as well as a column in English
like what you're looking for. My review of this book is below.
Namaste', Radhasoami,

New Translation of Sar Bachan Poetry -- Sections
There's a new English translation of Sar Bachan Radhasoami Poetry,
the Shabds (hymns) of Swami Ji Maharaj. Each copy costs $3.50,
postage paid, in US currency. The address to write for this new book
is:
Science of the Soul Study Center
RS Book Department
4115 Gillespie Street
Fayetteville, NC 28306-9053
This is not a complete translation of the entire Sar Bachan Poetry, but
selections. Nevertheless, it is a fairly large book containing MUCH of
the material. I'm glad there's another translation out these days. It
will really open up the study of this great Radhasoami bible or granth,
a spiritual classic of India.
Why Mix Poison With Nectar?
The whole world is caught in doubt and superstition.
Those who never find a Master
to instruct them on the path
are mere pretenders to faith, mere imitators.
They are all confused, lost in their ignorance.
Only those who find a Master become all-wise.
Radhasoami says: all grace comes from the Saints --
when the Lord wills it.
To whom shall I reveal my secret, brother?
I see no kindred spirit,
for what the Saints tell people
is not what they are used to hearing.
Everyone talks about the three worlds of Triloki,
but no one explains the secret of the fourth.
Therefore people look with suspicion
upon anyone who draws their attention to it.
There is no way to show it to them,
no way to convince them of it,
no matter how hard I try.
I have finally accepted the fact
that without grace no conviction is possible.
Only through the Master's help
does everything fall into place.
Radhasoami has therefore put aside these worries
and become resigned to the Supreme Will.
There is hardly a true seeker in the world --
everyone indulges in discussion and argument.
Priests use their holy garb simply to make a living --
they are arrogant, they thrive on their conceit.
Radhasoami cautions you:
be on your guard against them
Take firm refuge with the Saints, for Kal is formidable.
Until your soul tastes the nectar of Shabd
it will go on suffering humiliation.
Therefore seek the companionship of a Master
to regain entry into your own home.
There is an ocean of nectar within you,
which you can drink
just by withdrawing your consciousness inside.
Burn away the world, push your way into the inner sky
and recognize the palace by inner signs.
Enshrine the image of the Master in your heart --
why degrade yourself wandering around
in the company of the mind?
Keep listening to the never-ending melody of Shabd
and the Master will accomplish everything for you.
People of the world go crazy
with rituals and superstition --
why should you go along with them?
Take charge of your soul
and keep the company of Saints --
why mix poison with nectar?
Your home, dear soul, is in the inner regions,
so why tie yourself down to the physical?
Quick, rise to the higher planes of consciousness,
so says Radhasoami.
