"In that very simple way, in learning to periodically place your attention on the Spiritual Shabda Current, you will learn to become love. Divine Love will gradually fill your heart, fill the cup of the self as it expands to receive more. Eventually, your whole being will be imbued with It and dyed in Its color, saturated in Its fragrance. And that's really the coolest thing of all. In a sense, you're not going anywhere. It's not like you're struggling to get out of your body and leave all these things behind. You just gradually become more and more of that pure Spiritual Love within. There is nowhere to go. There is no time to be in. The River of Spirit - the Ocean of Love and Mercy - the Kingdom of Heaven - is here - now. And all we have to do is be aware of IT."
