Help Please Chronic Anemia & Hypertension

Hi,
It has been many years since I have needed to post here, so please
excuse me if this is not the correct forum and direct me to the proper one.
My problem is that I have kidney disease (currently at 14% function-not
on dialysis) AND high blood pressure. Cardiologist, family doctor and
nephrologist are not able to manage my blood pressure. While it is
relatively under control, I suffer from extreme anemia, low iron,
ferratin and hemoglobin. The problem seems to be caused by the low
hemoglobin. I find it hard to breath and am constantly out of breath
even after the most basic activity like walking, at which time my head
and heart start pounding and my BP shoots through the roof.
If anyone could help me with this I will gladly provide any info you
request. I have lab results, cardiac test results, list of meds, etc
etc. as well as other conditions.
