Tonight in Manhattan, a group of Podiatrists (members of ACFAS) are
learning about JCAHO's accreditation for OBS and how getting accredited
can help them collect facility fees. The event is being staged by my
company, Validare. We help practices get through the accreditation
process, maintain their accreditation and collect the facility fees
from private payors.

Why should you care?

If the 40 doctors attending tonight choose to go through the
accreditation process, there will be 40 options for southern New
Yorkers who prefer the convenience of having podiatry procedures done
in their doctor's office, each of which belongs to the top 1% in
patient safety.

Doctors: Is your practice accredited?

Patients: Is your doctor's practice accredited?

Intelligent readers: What does this accreditation really mean? All I see
at this point is marketing.
