Hi all. Well I got over my anger at hubby. I gave him a copy of all your
support. haha. He will not tell me to go exercise again, even though he did
it in the nicest way at the time.

I had a difficult day today but I have high standards for myself, like most
of us, so I kept at the gardening. My flower garden sure helps me to smile.
I did stay home from ceramics tonight though.

Tomorrow I am going to see a new doctor. I hope it will be successful. I
have to fill him in on a lot of information in a short visit. It is hard to
get a new doctor these days. Most doctors are now able to accept new
patients and they sure aren't interested in high maintenance patients.

Awe Well Wish Me Luck

"Wanderer" p.s. Thanks for all the rebuttals to my dear sweet hubby.

Type in your computer all you want him to know then print it out and take it
with you - but best to take it in BEFORE an appointment (seeing as you haven't
the time though, best take it with you).

I am changing doctors so I had all my records sent to the new one, and filled
out their forms, etc. BEFORE I even have an appointment. Plus I'm having him
talk to my old doctor first before seeing me. My old doctor is moving next
month out of the area.

At best, at least try to get everything written down and to your new doctor -
even if it's after your first visit. I find it's easier to do things in
writing rather trying to waste energy thinking and talking. :)

Boy you are right Rainbow. I have done all that. And will give it to him
ahead of time. I Fibro'd out today. The appt just passed me bye. And before
I knew it I was still sitting on the couch. So I called and apologised and I
have another date. Thank Goodness. Next time I WILL have someone remind me
when it is time to go.

Thanks... Wanderer

Boy your are so right. That eating at night is driving me up a pole. Cause I
have reflux so it ain't pretty. I had a really terrible Fibro few days and
trying to get beyond my own emotions is difficult. I think I am beginning to
come out of that fog. Unfortunately it does not mean I will not get up at 3
for 4 course meal. Sheesh......
