MED: Leg and Foot Pain

Dear Jeanne,

I had a lot of pain and stiffness in my feet/ankles and hands/wrists
a few years ago. I take 1,000mg of Evening Primrose Oil per day as
well as 120mg of pycnogenol, which seems to help it quite a bit. I
also take injections of magnesium with helps with overall FM pain.

Recently I have been having some very strange pain around the
heel/ankle bone of my right foot. The kineseologist thinks its
associated either with my right gall bladder meridian or possible a
kidney problem, and has referred me to an accupuncturist for
treatment. I'll post on the list how it goes.
