Hi all, I just joined this group.

I'm 31 years old, mostly bedridden, and have been a CFS sufferer for about 2
1/2 years now, and would go nuts if I didn't have a computer setup beside my
bed. I'm wondering if anyone here has heard or talked about a clinic in
Tijuana, Mexico called I.M.A.Q. run by a Dr. Isai Castillo Ramos? It's
apparantly seen some good results with many cfs and cancer sufferers, among
others. The treatment involves some sort of blood transfusion, where they
take your blood, clean it, then put back into your body.

I'm curious if anyone has tried it, or knows of someone who has. Here is
their website if you're interested: http://www.drcastillo.com

Stay strong and positive,
Peter

Peter,

I tried cell therapy in a Mexican clinic. I didn't trust their methods and
whether I was in fact getting cells or just saline or hormones. Since there
essencially are no regulations there, I would look skeptically at their
claims. I tried the treatment only because it seemed to help a friend, I got
it for free, and I was desperate.

So, unless you personally know someone who's been treated there, be cautious
(especially when blood is involved).

Just my 2 cents.

Jim
