How original/creative in mathematical reasoning must be to be deemed original/creative?
How original/creative in mathematical reasoning must be to be deemed original/creative?
Perhaps in a positive philosophy, we should look at the giants of mathematics and consider methods as original as theirs to be the 'satisfactory' level, for a climber never looks below what he had achieved.
