In OE (where O is 0 and E = 1 in a coordinate system):

If O is from greek Omicron = beginning
does anyone know where is E from?

I can't find an answer on google.

Wild guess: "Einheit" (unity, in German).
But you'd have to ask the person who wrote it.
Certainly don't take my word for it: I'd have guessed "O" meant "Origin".
