martial arts experience as well as those who want to learn martial
arts. But you'd better be aware that the training will be quite
stressful, and adequate preparation is highly recommended at home.
Good preparation is consist of running, stretching and stairs / hills
are rising, but each type of exercise is also suitable. The better
your preparation is, the less soreness you will feel when your are
training in China.5:40 to 7:10The beginning of the morning training
adapts to the season, so that it will begin in early summer and in
winter a little later. The morning training begins with running either
on campus or in the mountains. This is followed by conditioning
exercises, e.g. Sprints, climbing stairs, partner exercises or
bodyweight exercises. In conclusion, the body is stretched in a
variety of workouts. The 1 1/2 hour training demands everything from
the body, but the muscle struktur and speed of movement is increased
significantly. It's great to be trained in the mountains early in the
morning, where you can see the sun rise, a real experience.
BreakfastNow it is time for breakfast. Our students can choose between
different types of food. Chinese students prefer noodles or rice with
vegetables and meat (yes, even for breakfast), but most foreign
Studente prefer "bread like" pasta such as soy or sweetener Youtiao
soup.09:40 to 11:50The morning workout starts after breakfast, it
begins with running or some other warming up exercises (sprints,
partner exercises)just like other workout as well as stretching
exercises. One focus of this training are the basics of Shaolin Kung
Fu, so our students will practise the different levels (the Shaolin
Kung Fu is characterized by particular high levels!), Practicing kicks
and punches. Advanced students learn different combinations of these
basic techniques. Of course, cracked kicks and kicks are also taught.
In advanced stages of the training, our students can lern elements
such as acrobatic somersaults and back handspring.LunchThe lunch
provides the tired body a chance to regenerate. Our school offers its
students a wide choice of different foods (rice, noodles, vegetables
in different variations, meat). The experiences during training,
successes, failures, first successful jumps, etc. could be shared in
small talks. So you may use the time to learn the Chinese language
with new vocabulary or o implement with their Chinese peers or coaches
and practice your language skills.14:20 to 17:10After the warm-up
training, the main focus of the afternoon session is put on the
learning of forms. Our international students can now put skills which
they lerned in the morning training exercises with complex movements
together. The first forms which our students have already lerned are
the Xiao (Small) Hong (Red) Quan (Fist), a form which includes almost
all the basic techniques. After that - depending on the level of
knowledge - a variety of different forms - modern or traditional -,
animal shapes, drunken forms could be learned. Our students can choose
their forms. It makes no sense to learn advanced forms including the
acrobatic forms, which our students can not mastered yet. Advanced
students can learn, of course, a variety of weapons. Most students
start with the stick (gun) and then the sword. You can learn a variety
of traditional and famous Shaolin 18 weapons, too.
Formen
Xiao Hong Quan (Small Red Fist)
Tong Bei Quan (Straight Complete Arm)
Shaolin Quan.
Of course you can learn advanced animal forms too (e.g. Drunken
Boxing, Drunken Stick, Praying Mantis, Tiger, Dragon, Monkey and
more).
Shaolin Kung Fu includes a number of various weapons, starting with
famous
Shaolin Gun (Shaolin Stick)

in a relaxed atmosphere. The main workout is done, the body is tired
but happy with many small or large success during the training.

China or at home in his motherland. Our students come from many
countries all over the world, so that this mixture can make a
especially special mood - multicultural.from 20:00After dinner, it is

and other clothing can be bought very cheaply in China.
MedicineChinese medicine helps in case of illness very well, but it
may be advisable to bring some medicines from home. Stomach /
intestinal problems are the most common diseases, the body demands
everything because of the unusual meal paired with the long hard
training.Communication

charge. A school computer is available, many of the foreign students
bring their own laptop to store photos and videos so they can watch
DVDs, etc. They can stay in touch with their parents and friends by
email and Skype. However, considering that the Internet in China is
relatively slow.
Health insuranceDoctor and hospital visits in China must be paid in

time to shop, eat and have fun (bowling, etc.). These issues are of
course dependent on you. And you can purchase your training clothes
and shoes from the school.
SightseeingThe Yuntai Mountain International Martial Arts And Culture

weeks. Foreign students can vote which one to visit, eg The world
famous Shaolin Temple, the Buddha Caves of Luoyang, the ancient
imperial city of Kaifeng. If desired, to more distant targets over
several days as Xi'an - Terracotta Warrior can be visited. For these
trips incur additional costs.Physical trainingThe Training in the
Yuntai Mountain International And Martial Arts School Culture no
matter whether Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi & Qi Gong or Sanda, they are
quite strenuous and good physical condition will make the first few
weeks of training much easier. The long training with unusual
movements is a physical challenge and the body gets little rest to
recuperate, the Musclaches will accompany you first weeks.
It is not necessary to have martial arts experience to get through the
hard training. In our school there are some black belts who are
trained in their own Kung Fu school and they gave up after 2 weeks,
whereas the inexperienced have lerned Shaolin kung fu one year
intensively. A strong will is very important! All sports activities at
home are suitable for preparations. It is advisable to focus on
jogging (with Sprint), mountain / stairs and stretching.---We would
like to take this opportunity to thank all students who are interested
in Chinese martial arts and Chinese culture to share your ideas of
