Too many variables...
Where to, weight, physical size, how quickly sent, how much insured for
are some of the variables. There's no one "best" carrier.

From where to where? At what weight? What delivery time? It makes a
big difference.

Depends on the weight and size of the package. If it only weights a few lbs
then USPS, if it weights 100's of lbs then maybe a freight company.

Don't forget insurance..., that's a huge factor too, especially since USPS
raised those rates... sometimes even a small package is much cheaper to ship
via UPS if it's a high value item.

For instance, I shipped a small, 2.5 pound package to southern CA, insured
for $364. Cost via UPS $6.06.

Cost via the USPS site, Priority Mail with DC tracking... a whopping $10.55!

True, I did have to buy a box for $1.89, but that's STILL cheaper than the
USPS.

I do. Send all your items to me with a list of where they should be shipped
and I'll work up a special price for you... :>)
