Unable To Add Tracking Number in My eBay

Anyone else unable to add tracking numbers?

I select the particular auction under 'Sold' in My eBay, but when I
click on the 'Add Tracking Number' button all I get is this:

I do it under PayPal, which does work.

Yeah, that was eBay's suggestion as well. They acknowledged it as an
issue.
