What can I do to speed up shipment to Canada and prove that a package
was sent? I am thinking of not shipping to Canada anymore, if I did I
would lose a lot of bidders.
Get over it. Canada is cautious. You just gotta get used to the consequences
of living in a terrorist country, the USA.
Are you filling out customs forms?
You could make a photocopy and letter mail it to the buyer.

Wow! With that kind of loss, you must be shipping hundreds of things this
month to Canada! Way to go!

This doesn't help you now, but perhaps in your auctions, (or when a Canadian
buyer wins/bids) you can include a paragraph reminding them that customs can
hold up items and to be aware of it if it happens. I'm in Canada, and when
buying from the US, I know that there will most likely be a delay due to
customs. I would think that as long as you stay in touch with the buyers and
remind them of customs, that they'd be understanding and patient.
I ship ONLY inside the US and it works well. Custom forms, etc. just
don't seem to be worth the hastle.
Well im sure the items i won last week, paid for quick when i ask the US
sellers on 'ship to US only' wouldnt agree, they got more money than anyone
else would bid and was surpised how easy it was, you know, take a pen, spend
30 sec filling out a customs form, not hard is it.
Let me have your ebay name os i dot have to waste my time asking you before
hand if i can bid.
One of my biggest customers lives in Cache Bay. We gotta ship there!
You'll be fine, screw Canada.

Sometimes I doubt your commitment to Sparkle-Motion.
