I am a poor, working band director like most of us, and I've been writing
arrangements for my groups for the past several years. Since I've always
been in small school systems with limited budgets, I couldn't waste any
money on "stand music," so I wrote and arranged my own tunes. Most of it has
been collecting dust in my filing cabinet, so I've dusted it off, and I'm
