I think more books came out in French (like 11 already maybe 14, I don't
recall exactly) in B/W pocket size format. They are directly taken
from the cartoon (can be seen on french TV TF1 on Wenesday).
Maybe you could catch the few you're missing.

: Dan.
There are now 12 books published in France. The publisher's name is Glenat.
They are catching up very fast, because they publish at average one book
every month. It is a straightforward translation of the original Japanese
manga, without the original cover but on a better paper quality.
They are not taken directly from the cartoon (i.e. they are not
anime-comics).
By the way, TF1 has just begun showing us the latest episodes of
Dragonball Z. They took a two-month break probably to catch up
with the dubbing. Will they show us everything?
(Bideru being beaten up by Supopo-Bitchi,or other violent scenes)
As usual, the censors will probably cut those scenes
(6 year olds also have to be able to see it).
Peter
P.S. Please excuse me for my bad English.
It's not my first language, neither is French by the way.
