I have been listening to Israel Regardie's CD of the Enochian Calls.
Some are clearly by Izzy himself; he has an American accent and there
is generally some music with them.

But most of them are done by some kind of...(grimaces)...cockney.
He sounds like someone kibitzing the Cheltenham Gold Cup in an East
End pub.
Any idea who he is?

Not sure who does the Calls but the IR over at
http://www.ritualmagick.org/tiki-list_file_gallery.php?galleryId=1 has
that Cockney "bwilliance" going on.

That was regardie as well, he had a bad and well known habit of sounding
like elmer fudd at times
