I received my copy of the Enochian Magic today (July 2,1998)
Unfortuantely, my VCR ate the tape. Is it possible to get a replacement
copy? Do I need to send the defective tape back to get a replacement?
My

Since he insists that it was the fault of
Hooded Man Productions, for selling a faulty tape, perhaps his actual
email would prove otherwise?
This was the first tape EVER complained about to Hooded Man Productions
and the response email simply requested the alleged defective tape returned
for inspection, prior to sending out a new copy.
Mr. Eggleston, sent additional email stating the tape was mailed during the
week of July 6-13, 1998.
The tape was finally received on 7/17/1998 and post marked 7/14/1998.
I was present during the inspection and viewing of the "alleged" defective tape
and it played fine.
Mr. Eggleston went on a complaint rampage contacting just about every agency he
could prior to contacting Hooded Man Productions and allowing them to handle
his complaint.
I am writing this post to inform those interested of what really happened.
In our opinion, these complaints and attacks were unwarranted and sought to
damage the reputation of Hooded Man Productions and to interfere with
sales of the video tape entitled "Lon DuQuette's Enochian Magick".
We hope this will shed light on the previous posts made by Mr. Eggleston,
and allow his own words to tell the truth.
