The Spheres

There are 10 Spheres of Magick linked to Astrology and to The Ten Sephiroth. There is also an invisible 11th sphere in both Astrology & to Kabbalistic Tradition. In astrology it is the forgotten planet Pluto, and in Kaballah it is the black sphere Daath.

Each sphere has a purpose, and has greater or lesser forms. The lesser forms can be used with no one suspecting magic, while the greater forms will be harder to create and seen obviously as magick.

Each sphere has a candle to light and a chant to use when working a ritual. Also at the end of this post there is a universal "Power of Ten" chant, which can be used for any or all of the spheres.

Restoring: Uranus
Lesser: Renewal / Healing
Greater: Curing disease
Candle: Violet
Chant: Uranus, make not this life aimless. Take all pains & make them painless. Without your light the night is nameless.

2 - Chokmah
Transforming: Neptune
Lesser: Growth / Advancement
Greater: Changing appearance
Candle: Grey
Chant: I cast your name in ancient ruins. And stand in awe of you Neptune. For you bring Heaven's spheres in tune.

3 - Binah
Predicting: Saturn
Lesser: Wisdom / Observation
Greater: Seeing the future
Candle: Orange
Chant: I call out to your Saturn. Hanging in heaven like a lantern. Reveal to me your great pattern.

4 - Chesed
Transporting: Jupiter
Lesser: Guidance / Protection
Greater: Teleportation
Candle: Blue
Chant: As the galaxys stir. I ask this of you Jupiter. Permit this magic to occur.

5 - Geburah
Animating: Mars
Lesser: Force / Energy
Greater: Move objects / fly
Candle: Red
Chant: Gazing in wonder amid the stars. I beg the favor of us. The god of Mars.

6 - Tiphareth
Producing: Sun
Lesser: Attraction / Insight
Greater: Creating
Sun: Yellow
Chant: Oh, Sun. The day is never done. You are the center and the one. All around you planets spun. A light brighter there is none.

7 - Netzach
Influencing: Venus
Lesser: Suggestion / Charisma
Greater: Hypnotism / Control
Candle: Green
Chant: Of all the stars Venus. You are the most fair. Vast distances between us. I gaze up and stare/

8 - Hod
Mind Reading: Mercury
Lesser: Empathy / Understanding
Greater: Telepathy
Mercury: Any
Chant: Mercury in the sky. Above me oh so high. Give me wings so I may fly.

9 - Yesod
Vanishing: Moon
Lesser: Avoiding / Secrets
Greater: Invisibility
Candle: White
Chant: I call upon the goddess Moon. May my dreams come real soon. In her light that I see. All these dreams become real to me

10 - Malkuth
Penetrating: Earth
Lesser: Entering / Escaping
Greater: Travel through objects
Candle: Green
Chant: Mother earth. To all life you have given birth. Nothing's more than what you're worth.

11 - Daath
Destruction: Pluto
Lesser: Weaken / Curse
Greater: Kill / Destroy
Candle: Black
Chant: Oh dark and hidden Pluto. Share with me what you know. And save me from the grave below.

With the chant of one. The spell has begun.
