This is a combined self-help & hands-on practice group. Like it's famous Californian counterpart it's motto is "You do the drills... you get the skills!" No previous experience is necessary. All you need is curiosity, an open mind and a desire to learn. Our focus is on practising self-treatment techniques and classical techniques such as hypnotic inductions with many partners so you get competent very quickly. We cover a range of hypnotic phenomena and topics drawing from Classical Hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP).
