I am admittedly behind in css, but i am where I am. I am having a
problem with MX2000 ignoring my separate style sheet for A: Link,
Visited and Hover in the text section. I have 2 CSS styles for
different color text (color1 and color2). MX does just what the style
sheet says for the 1st color. For the 2nd color, the text displays
fine, but if I add a url to any text, MX changes the style to "color2"
and changes the text to color2. It also removes the bold attribute i
set for A:Link. If I try to change the text color and make it bold
fom the interface, MX creates a new style. I have looked in help and
searched Google, but cannot find an answer. Maybe MX2004 is too old,
but it is what I have. I am pretty sure I did the same thing with an
earlier version of Dreamweaver and did not have this problem. The
earlier version did not create any CSS.
