Dreamweaver's Trailing Spaces

When entering text, I always end up with a trailing space I must remove
manually. This is a problem particularly when I'm entering centered text
in a table cell. The trailing space throws the centering off noticeably
and it's really annoying that every version of Dreamweaver I've ever used
does this.

I'm using Dreamweaver 8.0.2.
