Dear AZ Computers,
I had directed this email complaint to Apple Computer seeking their
intervention and mediation to our unreasonable problem and hence have no
desire to speak any further to you.
Failing that I will consider my legal options before.
I understand from your advice on "Repairs and Servicing" that I have 30
days to collect the Machine before a storage fee is incurred and if
uncollected for a period of 6 months that the machine may be sold at
your discretion.
I will endeavour to seek a resolution before that time.

COMPLAINT TO APPLE:
I understand that an Apple MacPro1,1 SERIAL: **** is an obsolete
product and that you are not obliged to provide technical support for
the product--This machine had a NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 610 Graphics Adapter
which doesn't provide a black boot screen option.
I had installed on this MacPro1,1 a modified and unsupported version of
Yosemite which a hacked BOOT.EFI loader.
In my view, during the course of switching on the Vault file protection
it modified the booting sequence and I think this process over-wrote the
HACKED boot loader by replacing it with an authentic 64bit boot loader
which is not supported on the hardware.
I am aware from trying to recover from this failed status with a copy of
the DMG image loaded onto a Samsung P3 Portable 500GB that I was able to
on multiple occasions boot the machine without fail from there--However
it seemed that not all the pre-requisite language resources were
available and the dialogs were corrupted and I could not proceed with
the installation.
On the premise that the Apple Technician could reach that stage of
installation, he has falsely concluded that machine had overheated its
CPU and could not reach that stage of initialization:

SYSTEM NOT DISPLAYING ON ANY VIDEO CARD PLUGGED INTO ANY PCI-E PORT ON
MACPRO. SUSPECT EITHER A MLB IS FAILING OR CPU HAS GOTTEN VERY OVERHEATED.
MACPRO HAS BEEN AS MARKED AS OBSOLETE & PARTS AREN'T AVAILABLE."
This caused him to speak to me in a most disrespectful, high toned,
aggressive and contemptuous manner. Which was conduct that I very much
objected to.
In return, I elevated my voice but at no stage was I discourteous and
neither was I deserving of such acrimonious and haughty conduct:

Would you please convey to them my displeasure and if possible give them
advice on how to recover (eg. physically removing the Hard Disk and
placing it into another Computer) this computer which was still in a
condition capable of initialisation when I gave it to them for repair as
the place of original purchase?
And again, I realise that this MacPro1,1 is obsolete hardware and that
Apple Computer is under no obligation to provide any advice or services
to effect repair.
But quietly, neither have I ever been under any obligation to
voluntarily render the substantial, stupendous and effective Internet
anti-terrorism and religious extremism neutralization (ie. which are
about to bare fruit) as support actions given to Americans which
occurred since 11 September, 2001.
And never once did I get a thank-you and job well done.
I can appreciate your reluctance to do any good.

C) PURCHASED A REPLACEMENT GRAPHICS ADAPTER TO GIVE THE NON-SUPPORTED
YOSEMITE OS X INSTALLATION ONE LAST TRY--BUT I'M HAPPY WITH WINDOWS 10.

What a Shame
A brilliant Talmid chacham (Torah scholar), who taught Torah to
thousands both in person and through shiurim (classes) on several
websites, was recently discovered to have violated several extremely
serious Torah, Rabbinic and ethical prohibitions that lie at the very
*core* of Orthodox Judaism. Individuals have expressed that they are
upset, shaken, shocked or hurt by the recent unmasking of that scandal.
Unfortunately, it was not the first violation of its kind by prominent
rabbinic figures, and it will probably not be the last, rachamana
litzlan (God protect us). For many it causes personal, religious or
ethical difficulties, or a combination of those.
How are you reacting to that news? Perhaps you have found yourself
asking questions like these:
How could it be? I just don’t understand it. How could a person so
involved in Torah also behave in such a way?
My seminary hired him and clearly made a serious error. How can I trust
any Torah or hashkafah (religious outlook) that I learned in my seminary
altogether?
He probably was crazy. Geniuses are sometimes like that. He was just in
space. It’s a shame he needs to be dragged through such a scandal.

How can I trust any rabbanim? Why should the one I have a religious
relationship with be any different?
If that is how rabbis and scholars act, then why am I religious?
The issue is complex and multifaceted. An important issue to examine in
this situation, and those like it, is a mental health condition called
Narcissistic Personality Disorder and a personality trait often known as
narcissism.
NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER
One type of personality disorder is Narcissistic Personality Disorder
(NPD). Features of this disorder include an inflated sense of self,
arrogant behavior and an inability to empathize with another person. In
addition, narcissists are often so caught up with their sense of self
that they sell themselves very well. They often have magnetic
personalities, charm, charisma and a winning sense of humor. Part of NPD
as currently defined (APA, 2013) means that the individual suffers from
impairments in interpersonal functioning in the realm of empathy or
intimacy. Deficiencies regarding empathy include difficulty recognizing
or identifying with the feelings and needs of others. Impairments
regarding intimacy include having relationships that are largely
superficial or that exist to serve self-esteem regulation but contain
little genuine interest in others. In addition, it is common for a
person with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) to become extremely
irate or even dangerous toward a person or group that threatens his
superiority.
Almost everyone has features of this personality on occasion. Yet, if
these traits are severe, long lasting and severely impede an area of
functioning, they might be termed Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
NPD, like other personality disorders, does not need to inhibit all
functioning. It describes and forecasts significant impairment in some
aspects of life. Some individuals that might have had NPD went down in
infamy, such as Joseph Stalin. Others, such as Steve Jobs, became
fabulously famous. Yet both of them had significant feelings of
grandiosity that undermined their abilities to have secure, meaningful,
healthy relationships that were not based on mass murders or tantrums.'

Find a witch and then make their lives as miserable as possible. Just
about anyone could be a witch although those with little natural
popularity (like me) are ideal candidates and the more they squirm the
more they are pursued. This is a pretty hard thing to stop. People feel
little or no common ground between themselves and the general consensus
is attack and smear before it happens to you first. People are just so
stressed out and it makes it worse to know there are psychos waiting out
there to get you if you show weakness.

Dear AZ Computers,
I had directed this email complaint to Apple Computer seeking their
intervention and mediation to our unreasonable problem and hence have no
desire to speak any further to you.
Failing that I will consider my legal options before.
I understand from your advice on "Repairs and Servicing" that I have 30
days to collect the Machine before a storage fee is incurred and if
uncollected for a period of 6 months that the machine may be sold at
your discretion.
I will endeavour to seek a resolution before that time.

COMPLAINT TO APPLE:
I understand that an Apple MacPro1,1 SERIAL: **** is an obsolete
product and that you are not obliged to provide technical support for
the product--This machine had a NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 610 Graphics Adapter
which doesn't provide a black boot screen option.
I had installed on this MacPro1,1 a modified and unsupported version of
Yosemite which a hacked BOOT.EFI loader.
In my view, during the course of switching on the Vault file protection
it modified the booting sequence and I think this process over-wrote the
HACKED boot loader by replacing it with an authentic 64bit boot loader
which is not supported on the hardware.
I am aware from trying to recover from this failed status with a copy of
the DMG image loaded onto a Samsung P3 Portable 500GB that I was able to
on multiple occasions boot the machine without fail from there--However
it seemed that not all the pre-requisite language resources were
available and the dialogs were corrupted and I could not proceed with
the installation.
On the premise that the Apple Technician could reach that stage of
installation, he has falsely concluded that machine had overheated its
CPU and could not reach that stage of initialization:

MACPRO. SUSPECT EITHER A MLB IS FAILING OR CPU HAS GOTTEN VERY OVERHEATED.

This caused him to speak to me in a most disrespectful, high toned,
aggressive and contemptuous manner. Which was conduct that I very much
objected to.
In return, I elevated my voice but at no stage was I discourteous and
neither was I deserving of such acrimonious and haughty conduct:

advice on how to recover (eg. physically removing the Hard Disk and

Apple Computer is under no obligation to provide any advice or services
to effect repair.
But quietly, neither have I ever been under any obligation to
voluntarily render the substantial, stupendous and effective Internet
anti-terrorism and religious extremism neutralization (ie. which are
about to bare fruit) as support actions given to Americans which
occurred since 11 September, 2001.
And never once did I get a thank-you and job well done.

What a Shame
A brilliant Talmid chacham (Torah scholar), who taught Torah to
thousands both in person and through shiurim (classes) on several
websites, was recently discovered to have violated several extremely
serious Torah, Rabbinic and ethical prohibitions that lie at the very
*core* of Orthodox Judaism. Individuals have expressed that they are
upset, shaken, shocked or hurt by the recent unmasking of that scandal.
Unfortunately, it was not the first violation of its kind by prominent
rabbinic figures, and it will probably not be the last, rachamana
litzlan (God protect us). For many it causes personal, religious or
ethical difficulties, or a combination of those.
How are you reacting to that news? Perhaps you have found yourself
asking questions like these:
How could it be? I just don’t understand it. How could a person so
involved in Torah also behave in such a way?
My seminary hired him and clearly made a serious error. How can I trust
any Torah or hashkafah (religious outlook) that I learned in my seminary
altogether?
He probably was crazy. Geniuses are sometimes like that. He was just in
space. It’s a shame he needs to be dragged through such a scandal.

The issue is complex and multifaceted. An important issue to examine in
this situation, and those like it, is a mental health condition called
Narcissistic Personality Disorder and a personality trait often known as
narcissism.
NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER
One type of personality disorder is Narcissistic Personality Disorder
(NPD). Features of this disorder include an inflated sense of self,
arrogant behavior and an inability to empathize with another person. In
addition, narcissists are often so caught up with their sense of self
that they sell themselves very well. They often have magnetic
personalities, charm, charisma and a winning sense of humor. Part of NPD
as currently defined (APA, 2013) means that the individual suffers from
impairments in interpersonal functioning in the realm of empathy or
intimacy. Deficiencies regarding empathy include difficulty recognizing
or identifying with the feelings and needs of others. Impairments
regarding intimacy include having relationships that are largely
superficial or that exist to serve self-esteem regulation but contain
little genuine interest in others. In addition, it is common for a
person with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) to become extremely
irate or even dangerous toward a person or group that threatens his
superiority.
Almost everyone has features of this personality on occasion. Yet, if
these traits are severe, long lasting and severely impede an area of
functioning, they might be termed Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
NPD, like other personality disorders, does not need to inhibit all
functioning. It describes and forecasts significant impairment in some
aspects of life. Some individuals that might have had NPD went down in
infamy, such as Joseph Stalin. Others, such as Steve Jobs, became
fabulously famous. Yet both of them had significant feelings of
grandiosity that undermined their abilities to have secure, meaningful,
healthy relationships that were not based on mass murders or tantrums.'
