Wife is using PowerMac, running OSX10.4.11 and Mail 2.1.3. I need help
solving two problems in Mail.
First, "Trash" icon is missing. Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Junk, & Deleted
Messages are shown. How do I get Trash to show and operate and how do
I remove "Deleted Messages" icon?
Second, Drafts show "1" draft, and when it is opened several drafts
each repeated several times appears. How do I sort this out?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I took the lap top to the Genius Bar and was told two things: Much of
the problem was the ISP, who uses a POP server; The 'Trash' icon can
be trashed. 'Genius' reworked the account at ISP web site and
everything is back to normal.
