This is our Winter 1997-1998 Catalog. When it is time to update, we will be sure to let you know. Our first concern is customer satisfaction, so if you want something you don't see, let us know and we will get it for you.

I am a professional locksmith myself, so any questions you may have pertaining to our products, products you have heard about, or the art of locksmithing itself will be answered to the best of my ability and in a prompt and courteous way. Next, we do not sell garbage. I personally use the tools we sell in my own work, and would not sell you anything I am not happy with. One possible exception is the Slim Jims we sell. Although I would never use one because "real" car opening tools are much safer to use and more effective. Some people have an affection for them, however, and can use them very well. This is up to you to discover/decide on your own.

Until I find the perfect book on locksmithing, I will make myself available as tech support for the products we sell. If you need assistance using something, let me know and I should be able to help. Our products also carry a money back guarantee for 30 days as long as the item is not damaged and is in resaleable condition. I'm sorry, but this doesn't apply to key machines (easily damaged) or books (too many people just photocopy them and send them back.)
