HELP: #136 Kwikset Door Lock Installation Kit

I currently have a Kwikset Door Lock Installation kit, model #136. I am
trying to find replacement sleeves for the holes in the jig for the 2 1/8
inch drill bit, but with no luck. I have found a source for buying the
whole kit, or other replacement parts such as the drill bits, but not the
sleeves. I even tried looking for just the Jig itself (Model #108), but
with no success. The problem is that this particlar installation kit is
discontinued by Kwikset. If anyone knows of where I can get the sleeves
(and other parts) for this door lock installation kit, I would appreciate
any help.
