This is a Warning to existing or potential future users of Treskat
software program CODE MASTER.

As existing users are aware, the program requires a program
authorization to access the program. I have used Treskat for several
years, even before the programs required the authorization.

As to date my company has lost, FOUR (4) AUTHORIZATIONS and had to
re-purchase them to contiue to gain access to the program.

Of course when you call and talk to the owner Ray Nazarro, he will
inform you that the loss of the authorizations is "Physically
Impossible", and directly accuse you of removing the authorization for
whatever deceptive dirty tricks you may be up to.

CAUSE OF THE LOSS;
------------------
In my company we use laptops, with BOTH battery supply or 12v plug in,
usually relying on the battery until you get a Low Batt. warning or in
the case of older batterys, it will suddenly go dead.
The authorization loss will occur when you are accessing the program and
have a unexpected power loss. The next time you try to access it, BINGO
you are locked out. This does not occur 100% of the time, sometimes it
will give you a message that the authorization has been damage and to
call Tech-Support (Call him sometime, it will make your day.) the damage
depending on the Error msg. given may be repaired without costing
$95.00.

Another loss occured on a laptop (Epson 486) when the external power
supply went bad and the battery was low. The laptop had to be sent back
to the factory for repairs. Fearing the factory or computer store may
do me a great favor and compress my disk for me, (Which will destroy
your authroization) I inserted my System Access Disk to transfer the
authorization from C: drive back onto the disk for safe storage. Well,
guess what! Just as the transfer was taking place the old battery gave
its 1 beep warning and went dead. You guessed it authorization lost,
coughed another $95.00. Good Ol' Ray says shit like that just can't
happen.

If you doubt me, turn of your computer and just as you press the menu
button to access code master, reach down and unplug your computer. Then
call up ol' Ray and have fun explaining it to him,,, Oh yeah make sure
you have you credit card number ready to pay him $95.00, he just hates
to be left waiting.

I am a new user to this new group, so forgive me for being so outspoken
on my first post. All of you may already know what I'm telling you, but
maybe someone out there does not.

Oh no problem. We have heard it all very often and every so often someone
really goes on a tirade against Ray "kiss my ass" Nazarro. I think it is
great to continue to speak out against this abusive person's bad and unjust
business practices. It may not help the person who is in the dilemma at the
time (other than to vent his indignation thru a rant) but it may save some
poor lost soul from the same fate.

Ditto from me. I suspect that if it wasnt for new people coming into the trade who
don't know any better he would be out of business. When the trade mags like the ledger or nls
allows him to run his adds they're doing the newbies a real injustise by giving him
credibility that he dosent really deserve. Then later they find the real story
in clearstar or here but of course by then its to late. It's to bad. Maybe a few
newbies will be helped though by looking here and asking questions before the spend
their money.

BYE BYE Ray, I'm not sure if the above refers to the fact that Ray's new
customers are likely to have new computers, if so, good point. It does
mean of course that Ray's new customers won't be Ray's new customers
because his crap won't work on their machines. Way to go Ray, your
thinking is so far out in front of the rest of us, you form a group of
your own. And all this just because you're such a good person.

I think I finally get TNL's logic in allowing him to advertise.
INSTA-CODE makes TRESCRAP look like a kid's school project, and with
what Nazzaro must have spent on advertising, it probably paid for half
the development costs for INSTA-CODE. I EXPECT good stuff from TNL, and
going head-on against an inferior product is sound marketing. Start
cutting the price, and I'm going to wonder why. With Nazzarro paying for
the development costs, any money I might have sent him in the past is
going straight to bringing down the price of INSTA-CODE. Imagine, a
discount on INSTA-CODE for everyone, courtesy of Ray Nazzarro and
TRESKAT! Thanks Ray, too too much!

I don't think Marc's done yet, and he just took the high road and let
Nauzeaurro self destruct.
